I requested a key fob replacement for my Mitsubishi and they arrived on time ready to tackle the job and unfortunately my car had issue but they did not stop there. The older individual actually had me follow him to the shop and make a spare key to see if the ignition would at least turn on the dash so we could program the fob and after some minutes he gave me the key and it did just that. He then proceeded too give it another try buy unfortunately the system could not read my chip from my prior key but were able to turn on the vehicle with the new key for temporary relief!! His actions genuinely showed what their customer satisfaction standards are and I could not thank him enough for his hard work. I was looking to have a key duplicated and came across Curley's Key Shop on yelp. So I thought I'd give them a try. I walked in and was assisted right away and had my key duplicated quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Afterwards, I spoke with Debbie and let her know an issue I was having with the lock on our front door. I told her I was planning on replacing that lock. When I showed her a picture of our front door lock, she recommended that her locksmiths take a look at it because they likely could repair the issue. She said that the lock we had was a very good one and fairly expensive one, and that it likely could be fixed for much less than replacing it. I made an appointment for the following week, and Avery and Sebastian came right on time. They efficiently took apart the lock, saw what the issue was, and fix the problem. While they were there, I asked if they could re-key the other lock on the door so that I would only need one key for both locks, and they were able to take care of that no time. I highly recommend. This company showed up to my car that was parked in my place of business, 2 men got out and started pulling on the passenger side handle. When I approached them to ask what they were doing an older guy stated, "we got a call to make keys for your car" and I stated no one called for keys to this car. The younger guy that he was with stated "yes we just got the call" when I told him this is my car and no one called for keys, the old guy once again "yes they did" and then said "oh this is your car" I then told them to leave and stated that my car does not even use keys, it's a fob. They took off and when I called their office to inquire about this "call" an older woman argued with me about the incident, which she was not present for and continued to speak over me refusing to listen to me and hung up. It's a good thing I've never used this company, and I will never will. They are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. We hired them to Re-Key a camper that was being sold, and we made them aware of that, They said they Guaranteed their work, Great! Well, I contacted them when one set didn't work then they added a new term to their guarantee, saying we had to return the keys which we were not told upon original hiring we were simply told they guaranteed their work and they were very unprofessional in their final response. Their reply was, "Our return policy is the same as any other company's policy, return the product with invoice and we will refund or replace. Can you Buy something from Walmart and get a refund without returning product... no. All we are asking is to follow the rules of the return policy" Will not do business with a company such as this again. I Hope they start informing people properly of their policies and handle things more professionally. read more

My partner scheduled an appointment a couple days in advance to have a mobile guy (Morgan I think is his name) come out and perform the work that I needed. They guy was suppose to come to the house at 10am as scheduled. An hour went by and nothing. Called the guy and said it would be at 3pm. 3pm came and went. I kept calling the guy and didn't answer my calls or text messages. Finally he called and made some excuse of an alternator not working so he was unable to come but said he would come the following day. My partner took the entire day off from work waiting for this D-Bag to show up. The following day came and I told my partner if he doesn't show nor call by 8pm I will be calling the guy myself. A little after 8pm, I finally called the guy. He answered politely and I asked him if he was coming by to look at the car that needed the repair. He said, "Yes I will, I am 30 miles away with my son and will go after spending time with my son". I then responded with, "Well you told us at 4:30pm you would be here at 8:00pm. It's past 8pm and you're not here." He hung the phone up on me. I will be calling your office tomorrow and speaking with management. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

I do Not recommend these people who claim that their experts in automotive keys as well. They only have 1 person assigned to this, and he's incompetent. I was charged $400 for keys that wouldn't work, and he came out 3 times, spending approximately 90 mins each time. I reported this to them, and they promised to investigate and return my calls. They Never bothered to. I went to another true expert, and had the appropriate keys made in 35 mins, at a fraction of that over rated expense!
