Reminds me of my late grandpa. He came with one other person (I'm assuming it is his wife) that was waiting in the car. Locked myself out when the wind decide to slam my door shut @ 7pm on a Sunday. Found him on Yelp and he answered my call almost immediately. Asked for my address and my situation. He arrived in 20 mins as promised. He attempted to lock pick first but that Kwikset doorknob lock was too good. So he drilled the keyhole and was able to open it then. The whole process took 10 minutes. Unfortunately due to the drilling, I now have to replace the doorknob but he was able open the door with minimal damage. Charged me $70. Replaced the doorknob lock with another Kwikset lock with similar finish to the deadbolt. Ace Hardware was able to re-key the new lock to match my existing keys for free. The doorknob lock was $22 bucks. So essentially a $92 lesson to always make sure you have keys on you before leaving the house. read more

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DAMAGED MY CAR 5/12/25 I had an extremely terrible experience with this locksmith and after reading other reviews, I realized I'm not alone. Many others described the same rude, aggressive behavior. David was impatient from the moment he arrived--clearly annoyed that I didn't have cash ( which he never mentioned on the phone.) He reluctantly agreed to follow me directly across the street to a bank but his attitude was already off, almost hitting another car because he parked too close. The tool he used to open my car was something I've never seen before to open a door--a long metal stick that he aggressively jammed into the window seal. After he got the door open, I immediately noticed the damage in the rubber lining of the window. I pointed it out to him, and he casually brushed it off, saying "no worries." As he cleaned up and I got closer, I pressed the issue; he denied it completely. I couldn't believe he was denying it and saying it was already there. The marks match up perfectly with the tool he used. I calmly asked if he could lower the price because of the damage. Instead of discussing it like a professional, he became confrontational--throwing up his hands, raising his voice and stepping into my personal space in an intimidating way. I explained I wasn't trying to get out of paying, but $60 felt unreasonable after he clearly damaged my vehicle. I didn't think it was fair. The damage is minor, but if he had just acknowledged it and apologized, I would've let it go. Even a $20 discount would've made me a satisfied customer. Instead, he denied everything and rushed me to pay him. As others mentioned before "money hungry". To make matters worse, I had a client with me at the time, and she told me afterward that she felt unsafe and uncomfortable during the interaction. I would avoid this Locksmith . He was unprofessional, dismissive, and aggressive--and took no responsibility for the damage he caused. read more

TL;DR: Don't hire this guy - He tried to scam me out of $50. We recently required a change of locks, so our landlord recommended that I give this guy a call. I personally was not home, so my roommate let him in and he changed our locks for $60. Afterwards, we noticed that the lock was turned by 270 degrees - I mean, it worked, but it was an inconvenience and should not have happened. I called him the next day to schedule an appointment for a week and a half later (due to scheduling on my end) to fix the lock that he had put in poorly. He came on the set appointment and "fixed" the lock by turning it another 270 degrees forward, not backwards, so it was completely reversed. I told him that's not the way our lock was before, but he said "this is better. this is the proper way." until I showed him the other locks in our house and how they were not the same. Finally he agreed to make it consistent with the other locks and how should have been originally. After all that, he asked "how much did I tell you this was going to cost?" And I said "nothing. You didn't tell me anything." He then charged me $50, $45 for the trip out and $5 for "fixing" the lock that he originally misaligned. I told him that was outrageous because he was the one who originally made that mistake, so we shouldn't have to pay for it to be fixed, to which he responds that HE DIDN'T DO IT, HE DIDN'T CHANGE OUR LOCKS. He asked me to provide the invoice as evidence, so I grabbed my roommate who was there when he came the first time. She confirmed that was the person who came to change the locks, but he never gave her the invoice paper. Finally, I showed him our set of new keys that he provided for us because it had his name and business on it, to which he finally said "Okay, no charge" and left in a hurry. Honestly, it felt like he was trying to swindle me out of $50 because I wasn't the one he originally worked with and he thought he could get away with it. read more

This place is a joke. Call a different Locksmith to come open your doors! The reviews are right, the owner is a greedy money hungry guy. Called him to ask for a quote to open a bedroom door and I told him I'll call him back and then he texts me about different prices and then after calling around a few places, I have tried contacting this place multiple times but the owner is purposely not replying or answering. I had used their service before and they charged $40 but in the text message he wrote that normal prices are "$50". What a joke.
