James was able to come out to my home within the hour, which was perfect. Our dead bolt lock got stuck and we were stuck out of the house. He was hammering and drilling away at it for 45 minutes and I felt so bad. He had mentioned that our situation took a little longer than usual and it was a little more complicated. That's why I appreciate him so much! The lock ended up being faulty so we decided to switch out the keyed door knobs for new ones because I definitely didn't want to risk getting stuck outside the house again. He seems to be very thorough with his work and I would call him again if I needed a locksmith. Competitive pricing and considering all the work he had to do get us in, it was worth it. Fantastic customer service My parents were locked out of their home and the company had them waiting out side for over an hour and a half. When they called to check them could not provide them with an ETA. I spoke to James from Crecrom and he was there in less than 30 mins and provide my folks excellent customer service. Sure enough he damages my front door and then to proceeds to try to open the side door because it was to hard to open the front??? I needed a locksmith for my business because my door was not closing properly. I called James and we talked about the problem over the phone and he told me it would cost $300 to replace the part that closes my door. I needed to get this fixed so I agreed. When James came out here he informed me that I didn't need the new part he just needed to make some adjustments and charge me $80. I thank him for saving me money but most important for his honesty. James is the owner, a very good locksmith, professional, and nice guy. He gave me a 1 hour window to show up (between 10 am and 11 am), and who does this nowadays? And then he showed up exactly at 10 am! His price was very reasonable, i.e., changed 7 door lock cylinders to work with one key, provided 4 key copies for these locks, picked one lock that was missing a key, and made 2 additional key copies for an outside side gate. He charged me just under $150. Will call him again in the future. read more
