When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. The first 7 locksmiths I called either didn't do laser key cutting or for some crazy weird reason their machine that does it was inoperable at the time (go figure) I think Alan was my almost 10th locksmith that I finally got ahold of and when I first called it went to voicemail but he literally called me back in a couple minutes. I never answered my phone so fast! He said he was able to do it and he would come to me within the hour. He did NOT DISAPPOINT. Not only was he here on time but he literally cut both my replacement keys and reprogrammed them in 30min!!!! It could've been done on my lunch break that's how fast he was. He demonstrated for me to show me they both worked and made sure I started my car before he left. What got me was his fee was maybe a quarter of what the dealership quoted me!!!
