I might be a buffoon, but after getting recommendations to just change the battery myself in my car key...after 2-3 attempts and even double checking that I got the right battery, it just would not work in my key, so I should have just trusted my instincts and gone here instead. I have gone here in the past and it's a super quick fix. Prior there was an older gentleman working here and the most recent time it was a younger guy. Dude fixed my key while on the phone and it happened in less than 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it's something that I did or it was the battery itself (Sony works but not Energizer???), but my car key now works. I think I'm just gonna save myself the trouble and just go here, especially since the batteries for the key are already $6+ and I paid the man $8 so that includes "labor". I'm glad we found this place. It's in a Asian grocery store so it's not in a completely obvious location. We needed two of our 2012 Toyota Camry key fob batteries replaced. He was very nice and did each one for only $6, which I think is a great price considering the price of the battery alone might be a buck or two. Came to get a battery replacement for my watch since it's the only battery replacement place open on Sunday. I was helped by a very polite gentleman and he was really swift in his service. I think he helped me replace my watch battery within 5 minutes. I could tell that he was very focused and in his zone. The price was $8 for battery replacement which is fair. I think his store emphasize on key services so I've asked him about my flimsy & old Honda key. He quoted me $50 to have it replaced. At first I was hesitant but I knew later down the road, I would need to do something about it and getting it repaired at Honda would cost way more than $50. So I went along with it. What he basically did was that he shifted the remote control into a new key shell and carved the Honda key piece. He was done after 20 minutes and the key worked perfectly fine. After my watch suddenly stopped ticking, I was completely lost in time. I found this place on our favorite website, and stopped by on my next grocery run. TL;DR: Got keys made. They work great. Wednesday afternoon around 5pm. Most key service places are closing up leaving only mobile key services available. I just needed two copies of a key for my Miata because they tend to bend/snap/dissapear. I bought some OEM blanks to have cut but didn't want to go to a home depot/lowes/insert other generic hardware store with automatic key cutters as i've had bad experiences with them. Somewhat hesitant, I ended up bringing the blanks to Giya house where Jacky (super friendly guy) made copies on a manual key duplicator. After cutting one, I tested the key and it worked great. Had the other cut and was in and out within 8 minutes overall including running out and testing all the locks (+break in period shoving the key in and out many times while maintaining direct eye contact with passerbys in parking lot). - Very fast and accurate duplication service - Very reasonable prices That's all I really needed.
