Beware of this reckless driver! This individual is a danger on the road, and based on my experience, I would not trust their service. Unfortunately, it appears I am not the only person who has felt unsafe because of their driving. They aggressively cut through traffic and nearly collided with my vehicle just to end up at Popeyes. I am currently expecting and had children in the back seat, which made the situation especially frightening. Their impatience and disregard for the safety of others could have resulted in a serious accident. Drivers have a responsibility to make safe decisions, regardless of how rushed they may be. So I call this company and they advise it'll be a half an hour. No problem. Well it turns out, the person I called for didn't need the service after all. So I call the number I originally called and the messages were full and so I sent a text. The boss called me and was upset because I didn't cancel the call. I told him the above and he said the phone number I texted to does not receive text. He then abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, the woman who needed the service told me the employee who arrived to her home told her that if we called back, they were going to charge us double. The woman is 83 years old and got treated like dirt....Don't use these people. They are unprofessional, uncaring and unforgiving and treat seniors poorly. The first time, I needed a BMW key. They hooked me up with a $35 shell that I could use. Well, a couple of weeks later it breaks. I call the guy and he says he can't do anything about it. I talked to the son, who was alot More helpful, tells me to come back tomorrow. I do and still no part. Needed to get my ignition fixed / re-calibrated on My Civic and I called The Happy Key and Juan came to my office and fixed it and charged me only $70 and did it a short time where as the 3 others I called locally wanted to charge me between $175 to $285 for the same service.
