Needed a chip key programmed and Happy Key was able to do it cheaper and more quickly than anyone else

So I call this company and they advise it'll be a half an hour. No problem. Well it turns out, the person I called for didn't need the service after all. So I call the number I originally called and the messages were full and so I sent a text. The boss called me and was upset because I didn't cancel the call. I told him the above and he said the phone number I texted to does not receive text. He then abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, the woman who needed the service told me the employee who arrived to her home told her that if we called back, they were going to charge us double. The woman is 83 years old and got treated like dirt....Don't use these people. They are unprofessional, uncaring and unforgiving and treat seniors poorly. The first time, I needed a BMW key. They hooked me up with a $35 shell that I could use. Well, a couple of weeks later it breaks. I call the guy and he says he can't do anything about it. I talked to the son, who was alot More helpful, tells me to come back tomorrow. I do and still no part.
