Very unprofessional and unreliable. Now im trying to find another locksmith that can come through before i have to pay to drop my car again or get it out of impound. ::update:: they responded 2 days after and said they were busy coaching a baseball game. If that were the case, the appointment should of never been made, considering they were the one who gave the availibility and suggested the appointment time. I ended up finding another locksmith that showed up early but im still out that extra 120 i had to spend on the tow drop fee.
