After describing the lock issue, he was able to give me an estimate. I unfortunately wasn't able to actually meet him in the afternoon (being busy with work); however my grandma did. This guy was an Angel from above We have a 24hr business that uses a low voltage lock for members to enter. For less then a week for a few hours every day between 2-4am it wasn't always unlocking the 1st time the key fob was swiped. Like a knucklehead, I locked myself out of my house. But thankfully as I sat on my front porch yelp'ing away I found Gil's page and called. Gil answered the phone and was able to give me an estimate of how long he would be able to get to me from where he was currently at. I was surprised that he was able to come in an instant since I had already anticipated I would be calling around to see who had the shortest wait time available.
