The previous shop took the easy way to run the rear camera cable via the roof. I have asked about the side curtain airbag but they assured me it is OK. Subsequently I found out that this is an unsafe way to install it. It can prevent the airbag from deploying or the cable may break and cause bodily injury. I called a few other shops and they all suggested running the cable on the roof. I am lucky to eventually find Aaron. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon to redo all the wiring. He ran the cable under the door sill and avoided the airbags. He added ties and clips for the cables that the previous shop missed. He even caught a missing heat shield that the previous shop failed to install. He installed the heat shield and remounted the front cam in a better position. Everything was put back the way it was. It was a very neat and clean job. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend Aaron and will definitely go to him again if I need another installation! If your car has a side air curtain airbag, do not let the shop install the cable via the roof. Go to Aaron for a proper and safe installation. It's worth it.

My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before. The best part was they were professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of upsell me on things I didn't need. They didn't even charge me. At the same time, the owner openly admitted he does not even properly remember me as a customer, yet somehow remembers my ex that I never mentioned any details about, felt confident enough to publicly call me a liar, call me a "Karen," and to "STOP LYING," and invent stories involving an ex boyfriend whose information was never even provided in the first place. projection at its best I guess I paid with MY money, from MY bank account, for MY car. I came into the shop alone both times. I paid the $35 troubleshooting fee, the issue was never fixed, and another shop fixed it afterward for free. Those are the actual facts. Never came in with my ex , never mentioned any sort of details, bank is in my name, Car is under my name. There are literally no ties at all to my ex besides his recommendation to this incompetent shop. What is especially concerning is publicly making factual accusations about a customer while lacking accurate records or certainty about the situation. King of Sounds was ultimately able to properly diagnose and fix the issue without charging . This owner will charge you $35 just to try to sell you more equipment and not even actually trouble your shoot any of the current settings or current equipment that you have And say you want free things Because you paid him to troubleshoot and expected him to do something after paying him for a service. Honestly, any serious business owner with professionalism, emotional maturity, and proper customer records would have simply addressed the service issue professionally. Instead, the owner chose to have what looks like a public emotional meltdown over a review because hes embarrassed himself by his own short comings and has to make things up when proven wrong. That response says far more about the owner's ego, lack of professionalism, and inability to handle criticism. No respectable business owner behaves this way publicly, and anyone reading the exchange can clearly see that
