My dad mentioned wanting a dash cam for his car so I did some research on Yelp for pricing. I prefer a professional service to do it since this is beyond my realm of expertise. I found Audio Dreams through Yelp and decided to move forward with them since I had a positive interaction with Sam as I asked questions about the service and the pricing was more than fair. Among best of the businesses I contacted. I was able to make an appointment for the following Saturday at 10am for both my dad's car and for my car. The day before I called and asked if there was a seating area. They mentioned there are 2 chairs in the sales floor or an IHOP or Starbucks in the same plaza that their customers usually go to. That was helpful for me to plan my day. When we arrived Ferris welcomed us in. He was very nice and thorough with his explanation of the device and where they planned the placement. All sounds great. I left my number with Sam and Ferris, and my dad and went for breakfast at IHOP. I received a call from Sam in about an hour and a half that both cars were done. Wow that was so quick. We walked back over. When paying I saw that there was also a 1 year warrantee with the services. What a deal! Afterwards Randy, who I believe was the installer, showed us the devices in the car and helped us connect it to an app where we can see the front cam and back cam. The installation was very professional and tucked in strategic spots so they don't disrupt your view. It was hard wired in so I didn't need to plug it into the outlet/socket. Staff here is all so kind and helpful. They were very professional and patient with us throughout the whole experience. I requested a quote to replace the Uconnect 8.4" screen on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. I had purchased a replacement screen online from CUEscreens and just needed the labor. I was quoted a range to install the screen which I thought was fair and I set up an appointment through Yelp. There was great communication over the Yelp app before arriving. This review is long overdue. My husband took his new F-150 to audio dreams about a year ago to get a sound system installed. Amplifier, DSP, speakers and subwoofer. Sam was very helpful throughout the process. A lot of business talk about lifetime warranty on labor for installed parts, Audio Dreams means it. My husband started having issues about 3 months after having the sound system installed. It was an intermittent issue so hard to pin down. After dropping off the truck a couple different days the issue (faulty crossover on the amplifier) finally happened while audio dreams had the truck and Jay (one of their installers) was able to quickly see the issue and replace the faulty part, even tuned the truck to sound better than it first did! My husband was nervous about having issues with an aftermarket system since it's a new vehicle. But felt comfortable knowing Sam and the rest of Audio Dreams stood by their guarantee and fixed the issue. Hardest thing to overcome is planning around being down a vehicle during the work week. I was preparing for an off-road event this week when a few issues came up. My car threw some error codes, and I needed new tires, so I dropped it off at the mechanic and got it back on Wednesday. Took a chance changing an auto sounds installer and found this place, what a serious mistake. Yelp completely let me down. I called thinking I got a deal for a complete system upgrade. I supplied absolutely everything, but wires and one connection. I was quoted $800, regular wires over the phone. Walking in, I was thinking an upgraded wire kit wouldn't be that serious. Turns out, it was a $300 dollar upgrade for WIRES. Keep in mind, a whole roll of about 50-100ft is $250 of quality wires online. It seems they charge customers a whole roll, to use 8-10ft of wire. Incredible up charge, I couldn't believe my ears. Unfortunately, I spent 2-3 weeks looking for someone, it was a nightmare dealing with them. But I had to knock out this project I started. Next thing I know, I'm being told $20 here, $60 there, $120 there... Honest work in the USA, is completely gone. He threw in an adapter to here music.. for free...???? So you're telling me, I'm paying to connect a system, that I need to pay extra to hear what I'm paying for in the first place.??? We must thank the current government administration for this type of behavior, coming from businesses today. Corruption has many faces, believe me. I will be returning to my original installer after this experience. Never leaving their side again. $30 dollar difference between my original installer. That's a no brainer and a mistake that shall not be repeated. Picked up my vehicle to notice complete paint damage on both sides of a FRESH PAINT JOB.! I can't believe I let this happen. Did an amazing job with my LC500. They were able to install the dashcam for me for both front and rear of the car, hiding all the cables and making everything absolutely amazing. Lexus panels are super tight tho so the interior trim popped a little and it needs some pushing once in a while, but it makes sense since we added a bunch of cables in there. 5/5 price was good, finished on time read more

So let me start by saying this is my second time using this shop. I'm not new to car audio just a bit rusty because now I'm a lot older. That said; my first experience was purchasing the Compustar T13 with the Drone Mobile device and having it installed on my 2021 Honda Passport Touring. Sam the owner quoted me a price $400 less than all the other shops I went to in the area. They did an amazing job and I'm completely satisfied. So my Passport comes with premium factory sound which sounds pretty good. However when I had my alarm installed one of the installers "Red" gave me a ride home cause I left my vehicle with them. While riding "Red" was bumping his sounds and I asked him if a sub could be connected to a factory stereo, he said yes and explained what that would entail for my vehicle. Well .... 2 months later and I had them make me a custom amp rack for the amp and Loc, and install that and the sub. Ed and Jay did such a clean and amazing job I tipped them just wish it could have been more. It's perfect for my needs and I'm very satisfied. Sam is a cool down to earth guy who knows the business very well. Shop is clean, prices are very competitive and the quality of work is top notch. Oh yeah had some light strips installed as well. From the second I walked in, everyone was friendly and extra helpful. I have a 2018 Jeep Rubicon and wanted to add LED light bulbs to my front lights and maybe look into a better sound system. Sam knows it all and is 10 steps ahead of you. He's not pushing or persistent. He makes sure the parts needed are a match for your vehicle. He didn't have the LED"s in stock and had them ubered over within minutes. I gave into a new radio for the jeep, and while sitting there waiting for the light and radio to be installed, I decided to go with a subwoofer and amplifier. Sam gave me a price I couldn't resist, so I went ahead and added it all. I walked in shortly after 2 pm. on a Friday, and he was able to get it all installed while I waited. A few customers walked in during my wait, and they were very helpful and professional with all those who walked in after me. I went with a pioneer radio that connects to my phone via Bluetooth as well as my back camera. The amp was placed under the passenger seat, and I am still able to adjust the seat as fit per passenger. The subwoofer was a 10' JL Audio box that sits in the back cargo with extra slack in the wires so that I can move it around as needed. Just as they were wrapping up, I realized I forgot to ask about being able to see the map on the screen as well. Without hesitation, he pulled out the pioneer unit that would be more compatible and did the switch. Before leaving, I ordered led bulbs for my front running lights and had to come back the next day. The next day came to get the additonal LED, and I upgraded again. I needed a bigger, more accessible screen, so I decided to go with floating Alpine. Yes, it sticks out a bit, but it's a jeep! Roberto made it work. I actually love it! The screen is bigger, and it's all digital, not to mention I can control all from the touch screen. The sound, climate control, and even check the gages. Sam worked it and gave me a killer deal. I'm so stoked, and I'm happier jamming to my tunes while driving. Not the mention seeing the road much clearer at night with my LED lights!
