Ambience. B Service. A Food. B Price. A This location has been here for decades and glad to see inside was upgraded. And mgmt must be very good as parking lot is clean of debris and inside has been renovated upgrades dining room with nice soft ambient lighting. Kept clean. And windows today were crystal clear! You can order at counter or use the pads to order or use the app if you want to get coupons. And rewards. 2 tacos for $1.60. I forgot they deep fried the beef taco and add lettuce. The bites were nostalgic memories. Like the semi hot taco sauce in packets. The Jr JB burger normally $3.99...small hun meat with lettuce tomato onion and pickle. Ordered in app on Hamburger Day May 28 and got for free with min order of $1 ! Today I am a FaN... PS. Periodically on 4th ave industrial area they do have sketchy characters roaming around establishment. read more

Checked in today to get me some tacos there was no one in line and it was a good day. I love me some tacos. The guy at the register was sweet and fun and made it a little exciting which is crazy to say at the Jack-in-the-Box line. But he sure did. Thank you so much for reading my review and I hope you're having a lovely day. By the way, the tacos were hot and fresh and really just hit the spot that's always. read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

This Jack in the Box has the nicest group of ladies working, especially on Saturday mornings. Very friendly. And they always get my order right! It's not in a great area, so I always go through the drive through and have never had a problem. Also, if you order on the JiB app you'll get some great discounts! read more

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and the worker gave me a cup of soft served ice cream. Not blended at all. Tried to explain that this was just vanilla ice cream in a cup and I want a vanilla milkshake thats blended. He said only the flavor milkshakes are blended.. so I had to get a flavored milkshake. Don't come here if you want a vanilla milkshake, you will get a cup of soft served ice cream and he won't understand that you want a milkshake. read more

I came in after a concert to grab a quick bite and use the restroom. When I first entered I saw an employee exit one of the restrooms and I asked if I could use the key. She ignored me and walked into the kitchen. I figured maybe just one rude employee and just got in line to order and then I'd ask again at the front. When I got to the front I asked about the bathroom and they said someone was in there so again I figured maybe I'd have access shortly. After waiting 10min no employees would acknowledge me and I overhead another customer request the bathroom to which the staff member stated the restrooms were closed. In what world is a restaurant allowed to be open without a functional bathroom especially when it is packed after an event like a concert?? Absolute incompetence and disrespect towards customers which far exceeds what you'd normally expect at a fast food joint! read more

Man I don't think it's worth leaving a note on most fast food places but this location is beyond disappointing. Ordered some munchies late at night because this spot is 24 hours. Items are missing and there's no care in the world. Ordered two munchie meals (the late night combos now). Got no tacos or fries, just the main sandwich while paying full price. Mind you, this was also on UberEats so price was higher and neither was helpful in assisting me. Bacon was missing from the Chick-n-Tater Melt which is whatever since they already messed up my order but it's the small things that count. Won't bother ordering from here again regardless of the time of day or how much I'm craving the food. read more

Rude employee it has the worst customer service the manager is argumentative and combative and. Instead of finding a solution to my problem they just started acting like the didn't understand English read more

I liked that they let us use the bathroom after the game. It's unfortunate that they couldn't fill our order of onion rings and fries after multiple minutes as the bus arrived that we needed to catch while they had plenty of fries and rings sitting in the fryer. read more

There was no available restroom. There was no place to wash my hands, prior to eating my food and after I had opened their door to get in the place. Who knows what kind of organisms are alive on a public access door handle? I thought the health code required working restrooms in all restaurants. read more

Start off i ordered my food asked for fresh fries. I reached in bag fries were cold as ice. Then i had asked for bbq sauce n ketch for my chicken tenders. There was NONE. I went to take a drink of my drink. The freaking lid was not on..... the drink spilled all over me. I also hit another car trying to not freak out. Top it off the fries n chicken tasted the sane and like OLD OIL.... I will never go there again. I was excited to go to a jack in box they are not down south where im from. I tried 15 times to call the place all i got was business signal. Worse place ever!!! read more

So I order my food, roughly 20 minutes ago with my service animal. The Manager, working the window didn't give me my receipt and messed up my order Even though, when I got to the window to pay, he had me repeat it. If I didn't check the sandwich before giving to my service dog they could've died because they gave us chicken instead of the beef patty. I came back to jack in the box the young man working was really nice and let me speak to the manger who took my order again I had to make sure an open the sandwich or giving it to my service animal to make sure it was correct and I still was not provided my receipt. Overall was not the best experience. read more

Do not do it. Just don't. Not only am I not a huge fan of fast food, I occasionally like to get a sourdough burger here. . At this location, it feels less fresh and honestly, I do not feel safe getting out of my car. If you do come here, there can be some illegal action taking place out on the public sidewalk. THere are other Jack IN the BOxes not too far away if you have a true hankering. Don't, just don't. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. I have never ever almost gotten into a fistfight with employee for such blatant disrespect. I expressed that I felt it was ridiculous to not have shakes available at 11:00pm in the summertime. I was promptly told to "go f*ck myself". I would have accepted a shrug or a bs response and been ok with it. But I can get more politeness from the resident meth addicts camped out in the parking lot. read more

We ordered our food to go and we ordered the double vision meal which included 2 jumbo jacks, 2 fries and 2 drinks. For some reason the fries weren't an option on the app so we assumed that we would just receive the fries but there were none and we went back inside and the manager, Erick wouldn't honor what's on the app and was very rude about it, not sure why the manager wouldn't make the situation right. I also had to go back in the store to get whipped cream and the cherry that goes on my drink which is an inconvenience and should've already been on there. read more

I don't understand why this location is open late at all staff always have a nasty attitude not to mention they always be running out of stuff, orders missing items, no team leader on the floor making sure things are running smooth for the crew. This is probably the most horrendous fast food experience I have ever had in my life. I never have high expectations when I go to a fast food place but this draws the line. I took a bite of my sandwich and it is dryer than the fucking Sahara desert. Eating the fries was like playing Russian roulette because I would either get a regular fry, wet soggy fry, or an ice cold fry. For dessert, I got the worst stomach ache of all time. I laid in bed in the fetal position after eating here because my stomach was in shambles!!! Fuck this place and I mean it in the most disrespectful way because they clearly do not respect the people who order food from here ! read more

4th Ave S in Seattle. Evening shift only. They talk over you when you try to order, talk too fast, and consequently get parts of the order wrong. This is one of the worst jack in the boxes in the state. The people they hired don't like blacks. Food was really good however they gave me my food to go instead of on a tray like I wanted. They lied about the soda machine in not knowing it's still broken even after 4 months since my last visit to where you can order Barqs vanilla but you can't order anything other than Coca Cola in terms of cherry, lime, vanilla etc Honestly they need to either go with a simpler machine if they aren't willing to fix it or use the machine they already have and fix it to where everyone can enjoy the whole reason why it's there even to begin with. read more

Hire a Security company to get rid of the homeless junkies that make all the normal people not want to come here . I have never seen a larger concentration of crack heads in my entire life as I did at this Jack In The Box. I couldn't even get to the drink fountain because there was a line of junkies filling up water bottles, used coffee cups, anything that could hold liquid, and at the front was a guy so strung out he didn't stand a chance of figuring out the freestyle machine. The food was on par with any other Jack In The Box, the service was good. I'd never go back based on the clientele alone. This place actually blows. I know you can't expect much from a fast food place but this place is nuts. Terrible food, terrible service.

If I could give this Jack in the box a negative zero review than I would. Arrived at roughly 1:20am to exceptional rude customer service. Window Staff gave me a terrible attitude upon taking my order. No total dollar amount for the order was ever communicated. Ordered 2 large coffees an orange juice and a #4 combo without cheese and a sprite. Gave me the coffees and the orange juice without a drink tray. Gave me a bag with just a burger with no fries so I gave her the bag back and requested that she place the fries in the same bag. Received more negative attitude as if her getting my order wrong was somehow my fault. Got the fries in the bag finally. No ketchup and no sprite to finish the combo. 4 workers just standing around in the background doing absolutely nothing but giggling and crushing on your boy. Logged into my bank account for the charge and I was charged 22.00 for 2 coffees an orange juice and a burger combo but didn't get the sprite. Was told by the window staff that she didn't ring it up as a combo. But charged my card plus what appears to be a tip to herself. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to rethink their hiring decisions. This location makes Jack in the box look like they just don't GAF! Absolute Trash Customer service! read more

While not specifically the restaurants fault, the perspective I had as a customer should have counted for something. I placed a mobile order and my credit card was charged and off to the restaurant I went. I get there and my order is nowhere to be found. They asked me for a receipt with my name which you can not get from the app. I REPEAT: YOU CANNOT GET A RECEIPT WITH YOUR NAME ON IT BECAUSE YOU ARE SIGNED INTO THE APP! I was not unreasonable when I was trying to get this resolved but never once did they offer to make it right. Their complaint to me was that I had to work it out with the app. I was not unkind and they were not especially unfriendly, BUT they also did NOTHING to help resolve this issue. Is it my fault the app order did not get into their system? I showed them what I could, including the complete order with the location address and that my card card was charged for the order. No kick. I wasted over an hour trying to resolve this by waiting in their parking lot. Only once the manager came out but again asked for a receipt with my name on it. I left the restaurant with a charge on my card and no food OR any kindness from them. Would it make a difference if I was not BIPOC? Maybe but not going to add that layer to this already horrible encounter. What a horrible way to end Tuesday. read more
