I came in after a concert to grab a quick bite and use the restroom. When I first entered I saw an employee exit one of the restrooms and I asked if I could use the key. She ignored me and walked into the kitchen. I figured maybe just one rude employee and just got in line to order and then I'd ask again at the front. When I got to the front I asked about the bathroom and they said someone was in there so again I figured maybe I'd have access shortly. After waiting 10min no employees would acknowledge me and I overhead another customer request the bathroom to which the staff member stated the restrooms were closed. Items are missing and there's no care in the world. Ordered two munchie meals (the late night combos now). Got no tacos or fries, just the main sandwich while paying full price. Mind you, this was also on UberEats so price was higher and neither was helpful in assisting me. Bacon was missing from the Chick-n-Tater Melt which is whatever since they already messed up my order but it's the small things that count. So I order my food, roughly 20 minutes ago with my service animal. The Manager, working the window didn't give me my receipt and messed up my order Even though, when I got to the window to pay, he had me repeat it. If I didn't check the sandwich before giving to my service dog they could've died because they gave us chicken instead of the beef patty. For some reason the fries weren't an option on the app so we assumed that we would just receive the fries but there were none and we went back inside and the manager, Erick wouldn't honor what's on the app and was very rude about it, not sure why the manager wouldn't make the situation right. This is probably the most horrendous fast food experience I have ever had in my life. I never have high expectations when I go to a fast food place but this draws the line. I took a bite of my sandwich and it is dryer than the fucking Sahara desert. If I could give this Jack in the box a negative zero review than I would. Arrived at roughly 1:20am to exceptional rude customer service. Window Staff gave me a terrible attitude upon taking my order. No total dollar amount for the order was ever communicated. Ordered 2 large coffees an orange juice and a #4 combo without cheese and a sprite. Gave me the coffees and the orange juice without a drink tray. Gave me a bag with just a burger with no fries so I gave her the bag back and requested that she place the fries in the same bag. Received more negative attitude as if her getting my order wrong was somehow my fault. Got the fries in the bag finally. No ketchup and no sprite to finish the combo. 4 workers just standing around in the background doing absolutely nothing but giggling and crushing on your boy. Logged into my bank account for the charge and I was charged 22.00 for 2 coffees an orange juice and a burger combo but didn't get the sprite. Was told by the window staff that she didn't ring it up as a combo. But charged my card plus what appears to be a tip to herself. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to rethink their hiring decisions. I have never seen a larger concentration of crack heads in my entire life as I did at this Jack In The Box. I couldn't even get to the drink fountain because there was a line of junkies filling up water bottles, used coffee cups, anything that could hold liquid, and at the front was a guy so strung out he didn't stand a chance of figuring out the freestyle machine. While not specifically the restaurants fault, the perspective I had as a customer should have counted for something. I placed a mobile order and my credit card was charged and off to the restaurant I went. I get there and my order is nowhere to be found. They asked me for a receipt with my name which you can not get from the app. I REPEAT: YOU CANNOT GET A RECEIPT WITH YOUR NAME ON IT BECAUSE YOU ARE SIGNED INTO THE APP! I was not unreasonable when I was trying to get this resolved but never once did they offer to make it right. Their complaint to me was that I had to work it out with the app. I was not unkind and they were not especially unfriendly, BUT they also did NOTHING to help resolve this issue. Is it my fault the app order did not get into their system? I showed them what I could, including the complete order with the location address and that my card card was charged for the order. No kick. I wasted over an hour trying to resolve this by waiting in their parking lot. Only once the manager came out but again asked for a receipt with my name on it. I left the restaurant with a charge on my card and no food OR any kindness from them. Would it make a difference if I was not BIPOC? I gotta say, even for Jack in the Box, this one is on the lower end of quality. Every time they grill something, it comes out with a black cakey coat which can mostly be flicked off, but is rather unappealing. Also, I recommend using the drove through if you ever visit this location. The diner area is basically packed with hyper energetic methadone patients, and fuzzy half awake heroin users.
