When you go in you can either order from the kiosk or to the front desk. I chose to order from the kiosk because it's my first time there and the kiosk has pictures of the tacos. It was fairly straight forward, click what you want, take a number, enter the number into the system, enter your phone number. Go to your seat and display the number so they know who to serve. The only problem is that it didn't have an option to text or print out a receipt which makes it hard to claim meals. Tacos had a good portion of filling. Really obsessed with how kind and patient the staff at this restaurant are! After I enter my credit card information and then place my order . They charge me for my card and I do not get my food. They are literally scamming you out of your money if you try ordering from them online, I can't believe these people have literally taken probably $50+ dollars from me and I have not received a single piece of food from them.
