Awesome food and friendly service! Four of us came on a Sunday for lunch and sat outside on the patio (patio is not large). We started out with chips and salsa.....you could tell things were "homemade" and we enjoyed them. My bride ordered the Pollo Bowl and commented on how moist the chicken was and how she loves the the. I went with the Fire Box and absolutely devoured it - everything was outstanding! My son ans DIL also got Birria Tacos and both said they they were delicious. Service was super friendly. Can't wait to come back!

BEST BIRRIA TACOS EVER!!!! we stayed in Alki beach for a week and went here 3/7 days, every single time it was good. The service was incredibly fast as well for how busy it was. They have halal options as well!!

Cute local place off Alki. Tons of drink variety, but def. not inexpensive. We came on a Sunday. Rainy. Not as crowded. Staff was super friendly. Got the chile verde quesadilla and it was really good, as well as the marinated pork tacos. Nachos were good. I'd come here again.

I stopped in at Fire Tacos & Cantina today for a Yelp Elite Experience and while there I bought an additional dish and a beer. I arrived soon after their 11:30 AM opening and sat at the bar where I was well taken care of. While there I tried their Chile Verde Quesadilla and topped it off with a pint of Pacifico! The Chile Verde Quesadilla caught my eye by the description in the menu that it won an award from LA Eater (?). I thought it was more like a soft open taco and not the two tortillas surrounding cheese and other fillings that I make at home. This one was unique and the pork cubes were very tender likely having simmered in the chile verde sauce for a good long time. It was very delish! Overall, the staff were friendly and checked up on me for anything I might need. I love their decorations inside and took a bunch of photos posted with this review. In the summer their rollup windows look like they make the place feel more tropical (as much as Seattle weather can get!). I learned they have a location in Kent, they have a food truck on Aurora Ave near Green Lake and will soon be opening a Cap Hill location. I recommend this place for some great Birria tacos and decor.

A great Mexican restaurant to eat at if you're at Alki Beach! We came here on a sunny Sunday and it was packed. We got their birria tacos and birria ramen. Their birria tacos were pretty good and the consome was made well! Each birria tacos did cost around $5 and the consome itself was $3, so it's a bit pricey here. The birria ramen was good as well, but it's not something I would get again. I wish there was more birria beef with the ramen. The service was great. The server was very nice and helpful. The food didn't take long to make at all, and it's crazy because it was packed. I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant. There's a decent amount of seating. Decorations are extensive throughout the restaurant and they have a great view of Alki beach looking out the windows. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience here and I would come back!

I had the best mango margarita I have ever had there! I'd go just for that. The food looks interesting, but I didn't see a ton of vegetarian options. There are some closer Mexican places that I would choose. Friendly staff and really cute spot.

Fire tacos? More like mid tacos. :/ I will admit that my expectations were set pretty high with a name like fire tacos. But the food was just mid. I will say the drinks were delicious. But what good are delicious drinks when the queso on your nachos taste like the kind that comes out of a can. :( The meat isn't as flavorful as I'd like it to be. We ordered churros which were decent and came extravagant truck with ice cream. Very instagrammable! The queso used here reminds me of the kind that comes out of a can :/ The server was very attentive but I felt bad because we showed at 8:00 because the website of the establishment said it closed at 10:00. Come to find out we get there and they close at 9:00. Which sucks because we want to take our time.

Came here for the first time. My sister and brother brought us here. Love the decor nice and cultural. The service was great, the lady was helpful in answering questions and did good descriptions of the food. The only thing was I got birria tacos, and it didn't have much flavor and it didn't look like birria it looked like scraps of meat. It was ok. But I wouldn't order it again. Even my sister and my brother in law said it didn't taste as good as before.

Walked past the window and saw someone eating Birria Ramen and two questions popped up in my head. 1) I have not seen Birria Ramen anywhere in my area, since when is this here? 2) How have I passed by this Fire Tacos location on my way to the arcade and never noticed it?? The current Valentine's Day decorations in the window and that ramen sucked me right in, and we agreed we made a good choice on a very chilly night. Our server Salvador was exceptionally friendly, sitting down at our table to chat for a bit since it was closing time. We chatted about our growing up in tropical environments and our appreciation for having 4 seasons here in WA. :) He made our dining experience unforgettable and we want to go back ASAP. Oh and yes the ramen, the quesadilla, and taco was excellent. The chips and sauce was ok. I prefer tomato salsas with my chips I guess. It was a great meal to fuel our night of gaming.

This is my second time going to this location. I am very satisfied with the service, the food, everything is fresh and delicious. This is my go to spot when I am on Alki.

I'm glad this event was a drop in! I got to meet with a friend for a girls night here. The churros were amazing. Fresh warm filling inside while crispy on the outside. The tacos were good, I ordered get the ramen birria soup but probably wouldn't recommend it. Soup was good when dipping the taco with the broth but adding noodles to it made it really bland. Chips and guac were kind of pricey for the portion received. My friend enjoyed her pork and beef tacos but since we ordered so much she didn't get to try the shrimp. Overall good food and fast service!

Ordered takeout but will definitely dine in next time. Bright and inviting interior decor with lots of seating. Servers were friendly and my to go order was ready when I arrived. Gorgeous view of alki. Street parking.

Such a great taco place! We tried beef and quesataco with consomme, pork chile verde tacos, pollo tacos and carnitas. All we're very flavorful and juicy except carnitas that were a bit dry, which I was disappointed with and it's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. They were very generous with the meat as well! The corn tortillas are very good. We also had a pollo burrito, a skinny Marg, and a mule. I definitely recommend this place!

Great authentic Mexican tacos at a reasonable price. Be forewarned that the spicy pork is very spicy!

They accidentally messed up part of our taco order, but the staff was incredibly kind about it. Not only did they quickly fix it, they also gave us an extra taco for free as an apology Totally unnecessary but very appreciated and such a nice gesture. Everything we ordered was delicious. The pollo burrito was flavorful and satisfying, the carne asada tacos were tender and packed with flavor, and the quesadilla had the perfect meat-to-cheese ratio. Yum!! There was no clear line for online orders or ordering in person and the environment was chaotic and unorganized. I told the gentleman my name for the order and he said we're still working on it while walking away from me. I was told to step aside and waited over 30 minutes as I watched other folks order and grab their food in a timely manner. After some time, my food that was sitting on a shelf was given to me. Upon coming home and opening my food, I found that it was lukewarm and nearly cold. In addition to that, my order was wrong. Their phone number does not work so I had to come back in person to communicate their errors. They remade my food and gave me free chips and guacamole, but that doesn't change the fact that I wasted over 60 minutes of waiting and driving back and forth for a simple order of tacos. An incredibly frustrating experience for food that I actually like and enjoy eating.

However, it still tasted like it had a really nice flavor, and had a soft interior. It being actually spicy would've moved this dish up a lot, though each taco was primarily made out of this chicken - and there was so much of it it was practically insane - but I loved this amount shoutout to the onions as well - they were great I asked for the habanero sauce - which i thought was ok - wasn't spicy at all and didn't add much flavor. will go with another sauce next time tried mixing in some taco bell fire sauce which was interesting i love that these came wrapped in aluminium foil to preserve heat. a great touch overall, as far as taste, these were pretty good, but when you consider the amount of meat you're getting, along with overall portion size - it's simply a fantastic meal.

I knew going in that I had to try their carnitas, but it was the other dishes that impressed me the most. The quesabirria was top notch. If you haven't had one before, it's as if a quesadilla and a taco had a beautiful baby - and the tortilla is dipped in the sauce that the meat is cooked in. The cheese is plentiful and delicious, it's a blanket that I've to take a nap in. I was a bit thrown off by the chunks of birria, most places shred it up. But I would say that it was much more juicy than the shredded version, I was blown away. This comes with some awesome roasted jalapeños and onions. The carnitas taco was excellent. For a street taco, they load it up with meat. It's a very traditional taco, so just carnitas, onions, and cilantro on a tortilla. But if you have the opportunity to eat here you should, they have an extensive taco bar with everything you need. The star of the show for me was the tostada de camarón. You just don't get them like this elsewhere in Seattle. Shrimp, mango, jalapeño, and avocado are all diced up to provide even distribution on a crunchy tostada. It's an exquisite bite every time. And there's a sweet sauce on it that makes the whole dish blend together so well. Carnitas Michoacán is a MUST visit if you're in the area. There's also a little market and carnicería next door that has some incredible food if you're making Mexican dishes at home, or if you just want some massive chicharrones.
