Hey, what can I say!?! Good service by Gloria. Food prepared quickly. Delicious turkey/avocado skillet. Leaving full and satisfied.

The best and most reliable spot in town. The food is always good and the customer service is always top notch. I highly recommend this place.

    J. Christopher's is always my go-to spot. I took my daughter here and she loved it! Service is always great and the delivery of food to the table is always quick but fresh. We came in around 9 am one morning so there was no wait. The music was not too loud and other tables were quiet. It was clean as well. Since this location is near my daughters' school, we will frequent here quite a bit.

We called a few days ahead to let them know we would have 20-30 people at 10:30 on a Saturday morning and wanted the separate room. No big deal. We arrived early. All separate checks. Our server was phenomenal at handling all this and did not add the gratuity to the bill. She brought carafes of coffee to the table, several things of creamer and kept the waters full. I wish I remembered her name to give her the shoutout. Their menu had a lot of appetizing breakfast things. But ultimately I decided on the blueberry crunch cakes. Full stack of course. Holy delicious stack of heaven. Blueberries tasted fresh. Pancakes were light and fluffy. The syrup container was full and not sticky. The omelets looked fresh and good. This place is great for breakfast. Lots of parking in the lot. Small waiting area. Will be back for sure!

    Hard Eggs Benedict

I ordered Eggs Benedict from them through Uber Eats and this is the 4th time they have gotten it wrong! The eggs are supposed to be lightly poached with a runny yolk and mine were both hard boiled! Hey store management AND CORPORATE you need to train your cooks way better AND whoever is working the pass or checking that orders are right BEFORE you just send them out, either in your restaurant or through delivery! Yes I call them cook's because I won't insult REAL Chef's by using that term on your people who can't even poach an egg correctly! I complained to uber eats and they are giving me a full refund which is money you lose because they are going to take it away from you!! I am going to continue to order this from you until you can get it RIGHT!! Every time it's wrong I will get a refund and give you a 1 star rating & you lose money!! Oh & yes I sent a picture to Uber Eats proving my point!! Check & see how much money I have spent with you over the last month. Hundreds of dollars!! Get IT RIGHT!!

2 egg scrambled breakfast with potatoes and Canadian ham.

I don't know why I keep coming here. This location lacks love for the food. Just take a look at my breakfast picture. Burned English muffin, dried scrambled eggs, semi burned ham, and a handful of potatoes. I ate it because I was starving and it was close to 11:30am. I did not want to send it back because I know times are hard, and I don't want to be THAT customer. I'll just have to remember to go elsewhere.

If you're looking for a solid American breakfast spot, J Christophers hits the mark. I had the sausage and gravy skillet and it was good. My wife had scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, and toast. The service was friendly and food was good.

Great place to grab brunch. I ordered the Eggs Christopher, which is the egg's benedict with turkey bacon and potatoes. It is a BIG plate, I was definitely full for the rest of the day. I requested the muffin to be subbed with a biscuit, and let me tell you it was definitely the right choice. The biscuit was light and flaky, the eggs were poached to perfection and a generous drizzle of hollandaise sauce really brought the dish together. The potatoes were well seasoned and let's face it, is brunch really complete without potatoes? Our food was out in minutes and our server checked on us often. I will definitely be back!

It was nice having a burger for breakfast. The service was polite. Our server was new (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) but she is the reason for the 5 stars. Her smile was infectious and she served us with care.

    a receipt for a restaurant

They charge $15 for Avocado toast: one thin slice of wheat bread- 1/2 of an Avocado, two tomato slices, and a nasty runny egg on top! These people are crooks, they have no shame in putting this on their menu. I would have sent it back had I known all I get was a 1/2 of Avocado! Shameless crooks!! Go to Flying Biscuit for real Avocado toast- this is place is CANCELLED. I'm concerned....

After being seated just before 3pm, it took almost an hour to even get beignets. I had to ask for water for our table because our waitress was all over the place and forgot. Our silverware had only knives (2 in one) no forks. Our orders were the simplest thing (avocado toast, eggs, bacon, coffee) and we didn't get the beignets until almost 3:45pm. It wasn't even busy the way I've seen it be on other weekends so the delay for a such a small party seemed odd. Multiple tables around us had theirs before our waitress even remembered to bring fried bread? Wild. I asked if the egg that was part of my meal was boiled, they said it was poached and surprise -- it was boiled. So they didn't know the menu. My food was obviously put together quickly (after complaining about the wait to the manager) and was so bland, I don't see the point in coming back. I know they have better dishes, but the simple ones shouldn't be that complicated. The whole situation made no sense from the beginning to end. It's ironic that the manager said we would be in great hands as we got seated, because my experience was anything but great. Two stars because they were at least polite about it, but that was ridiculous.

Trust me you may need to take a walk after you partake in the Delicious dishes served. I was greeted right away and had the option of a table or patio seating, although it was a nice morning I chose to stay inside to dine. My table was right by the bar. Other guests were sitting at the bar having a lively conversation, but not too loud where it disturbed others. All staff was helpful and friendly Saniya took great care of me. Started with Caramel Coffee-J added 2 hazelnut and 1 vanilla cream.. no need for sugar.. this coffee was divine. Scanned over the menu.. I decided on the Sunrise Spinach Scrambler--scrambled eggs, spinach, bacon, onions, topped with Monterey Jack cheese..I added mushrooms. Nice blend of everything scrambled just right. Omelette and Scramblers served with choice of grits or potatos and a English muffin. I got the grits.. they were nice and creamy. Of course I added a little butter and Sugar (don't judge me..go judge a pageant, lol) Nice spot for Brunch they offer spiked coffee drinks and other . mixed cocktails. Plenty of seating inside. Got to the table and the cushion we sit on was so torn up on the top. This should have been our first warning. Next they brought a high chair. I cleaned it with a wet wipe, which started as a white wet wipe and ended up being gray and nasty and I only wiped the upper half of the highchair. I had the Shrimp Benny which was served on grilled focaccia bread, but it came really soggy and had a large piece of an eggshell in my poached egg. The shrimp was nicely cooked. Spouse had a gravy biscuit dish and it barely had any gravy and ordered an upgraded grits bowl that came with burnt bacon and served lukewarm and fried chicken tenders that was so hard that they couldn't be eaten. Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.
