Anytime we've had an issue, they've taken care of it immediately and made sure everything was right. High-end vehicles can be a little more temperamental and sometimes require more attention than your average car, but what matters most is how a dealership stands behind what they sell. They have gone above and beyond for us every single time, and that's why we keep coming back. Great cars, great customer service, and people who truly stand behind their business. We will absolutely continue buying from them and highly recommend them!

Background info:…read more Recently sold my 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 6 (Ultimate Red) and after test driving Hyundai IONIQ 5 N, Genesis GV60 Performance, and the Kia EV6 GT I've decided to go with the Kia which was tough to find especially a used one with low miles. I've dealth with many dealers both local and remote (mostly remote) and by far this is one of my BEST (remote) experience. I've purchased used vehicles (sight unseen), it's always risky and definitely not for the faint of heart. The vehicle: It's a 2023 Kia EV6 GT (in Runaway Red), one owner, very low miles (under 9500), clean CarFax, no accidents, not branded, this is the one! 0 photos on the website other than it's coming soon. I wasn't going to let this one get away. Only oustanding thing is an open recall which I can take care of via a local Kia dealership. Sales process: Cody C. is the Sales Consultant I've worked with. I first reached out via the usual process (online form) but this was before xmas eve so I wasn't expecting any traction till after the holidays. Day after xmas I was on a mission, called him up and we were on a roll. After helping me get some photos and videos going along with a shipping quote, I was ready to see those numbers. Price: Since this is a used vehicle, I always use kbb to figure out what the vehicle is worth if I'm buying from a private party. Usually dealer pricing is a bit more but in this case, they've listed it very close to the range what I normally would pay if I went with private (if I could find one that is) The other items I normally look for is doc fee (only $200 in this case very low IMO as others usually much higher) title fee ($19) and.. that's it! Wait... wait.. wait.. What?!?!? nothing else? Are you kidding? What's the catch? I just can't believe there's no crazy dealer add-ons, it's unheard of! The only thing I need to take care of are the sales taxes (which I will pay when I register the vehicle in NV) Buying process: As mentioned earlier, I wasn't going to let this one get away, I put in a deposit (10%) luckily I was able to do this via my credit card. Seeing how I'm doing this remotely, other items needed were Driver's license, 2nd form of ID (utility bill), current insurance. Other than that, I just need to wire the dough (that's always the toughest part) Shipping: Now that everything is in order, it's time to get someone to pickup and transport the vehicle. Normally I usually find my own shipper (because it's cheaper) but then you have to deal with the logistics and coordination with the dealer. Once I got a more accurate shipping quote from Cody, turns out it was actually slightly cheaper (fully enclosed) so I had Cody set this up using part of my deposit money. My guess is the dealer gets a volume discount. The only catch was I did not have direct access to the shipper till he contacted me the day before drop off (which was OK) Delivery took a week (seems longer than usual) so if you want it faster, use your own shipper. Arrival: The day is finally here! After a week of waiting driver arrived right on time. I still can't believe it's in perfect condition, inside and out. Only thing I forgot to check was it only had one key. It's all good, not a big deal. The bonus was to find out it came with the exact dash cam I was planning to purchase. Final Thoughtss / Wrap UP: After driving the vehicle for over a week and had the local Kia dealer performed the recall, the vehicle always puts a smile on my face.. especially when I push that GT button. :) The title came in (via FedEx) about 1 business day after vehicle arrived. Everything is in perfect order, highly recommend Park Place (this is the ONLY dealer I've kept their plate on) while waiting for new plates. Thank you!!!

This is going to be kind of an unusual review. I was thinking about getting a good used vehicle and…read moresaw a couple online that I really liked. I was contacted within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry and the young man that contacted me was polite and professional, without being pushy and obnoxious. I let him know that I would like to try to handle as much of the transaction as I could online and he completely understood. He worked very hard on my behalf to get me pretty qualified and even got his sales manager involved to accommodate several of my request requests. In the end, I did not end up getting a new vehicle because I did another breakdown of the cost/benefit and found that it was better to just keep driving what I was in until I paid it off in full Rest assured, when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will not hesitate to reach out to this dealership. They treated me with professionalism and care, and I did not feel pressured or lied to at any point throughout my dealings with them.

My experience with AutoNation Ford Bellevue was extremely disappointing, particularly after the…read moreamount of patience we showed throughout this transaction. We waited **months** for our 2024 Ford Escape to receive the chip needed for the repair to finally be completed. We had already put down a deposit and agreed upon the price of the Escape, so we were committed to completing the purchase once the vehicle was ready. We also were not financing the vehicle. We had the money in the bank and were prepared to pay the full purchase price in cash. There was no financing approval to wait for and no uncertainty about whether we could complete the purchase. Unfortunately, while we spent months waiting for the Escape to be repaired, the used-car market declined. As a result, our trade-in lost thousands of dollars in value during a delay that was completely outside our control. When the Escape was finally ready, we spent more than two hours at the dealership, only to be offered $700 for our trade-in which an estimated its trade-in value over 3 K when we stated this process. After waiting months and being ready to pay cash for the Escape, a $700 offer felt insulting. The pricing made the experience even more difficult to understand. A used 2024 Escape with approximately 18K miles was advertised online for around $25K, yet AutoNation still wanted approximately $44Kfor the Escape we had been waiting months to purchase. Think about that: we had put down a deposit, agreed upon the purchase price, waited months for their vehicle to be repaired, watched our trade-in lose thousands of dollars in market value during that wait, and arrived with the ability to pay the entire purchase price without financing. After all of that, we waited another two-plus hours to receive a $700 trade-in offer. We did everything a dealership could reasonably want from a buyer: we were patient, committed to the purchase, had already provided a deposit, and had the money available to complete the transaction immediately. Instead of feeling that our patience and commitment were appreciated, we left feeling that AutoNation Ford Bellevue was simply trying to extract every possible dollar from both sides of the transaction. So, what did I do? I RAN AWAY! I walked away from the deal rather than spend approximately $44,000 under circumstances that made me feel I was not being treated fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here should research the vehicle's market value, obtain independent offers for their trade-in before arriving, carefully review every number, and be prepared to do exactly what I did -- RUN AWAY if the numbers don't make sense. P.S. -- A Tale of Two Dealerships! It should be noted that AutoNation Mercedes-Benz Bellevue offered us $1,300 for the same trade-in, nearly twice the $700 offered by AutoNation Ford Bellevue. That certainly puts Ford's offer into perspective! And here's how the story ended: We purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum from Roland Toyota in less than TWO HOURS -- completing the entire transaction with an all-cash purchase! After spending months waiting on AutoNation Ford Bellevue, only to endure another two-plus hours of frustration and a disappointing trade-in offer, it was refreshing to work with a dealership that made the purchasing process straightforward and efficient. I highly recommend Jesus at Roland Toyota. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the transaction. AutoNation Ford Bellevue lost a cash-paying customer. Roland Toyota gained one. I RAN AWAY from AutoNation Ford Bellevue -- and drove away from Roland Toyota in a brand-new Grand Highlander!
