No response, left multiple messages with customer service, spoke to a rep 2 days ago in the service dept, always the same answer, "C" is not in today, but when she comes in she'll call you back, and we'll also let another manager "J" know as well. Meaningless dribble...no calls after leaving multiple messages from anyone. Something tells me something is "going on" (management issues, financial issues, etc.) at that company, and not in a good way. When they don't respond to customers and in effect leave decision making to one person, who chooses to either not show up to work or is too "busy" to even return calls to customers, something is definitely wrong. Maybe they need to replace her or the entire management. Customers are not being serviced properly. Next step for me is to reach out to the State DCCA to file a complaint. If you feel you're not being treated fairly I suggest you do the same. Some action has to be taken to wake these people up or else it will remain the same. Me, I'm outta here with these guys, we had service for years but seems current management is sub-par and not taking care of customers. Watch for more reviews, if the negative trend continues, it's telling you something is really going on. Good Luck in the New Year!

We have had four different companies service our business for the last 20 plus years. We had the clinic hardwired back when we first opened up, which was like the standard back then. I really love the low maintenance and reliability of a hard wired system. Several years ago I decided to switch companies to someone who could offer more interfaces with my cel phone. I selected Aloha Alarm because of all the great reviews on Yelp. They were great at first and reasonably priced. I like the Alarm.Com interface and was happy. Then the panel started saying that the cel phone interface would need to be upgraded. They said my panel would need to be replaced and quoted me over $2200 for the installation? Seriously we were customers for about 4 years and the new panel was about $400 on Amazon. Plus they wanted another 4 year contract. I then learned that the company was sold and the new mainland based company did not have as much Aloha. I was out of contract so I searched for an alarm company. To my surprise Security Alarm Shop had great reviews. We had used them for years for our pagers. (Yes I know it's old but still loved that thing). Anyway Jim gave me a great deal on the panel (I think it was free, but I can't remember). This was over a year ago and they have been great. They changed the panel and keypads. I had to change to the Honeywell Total Control app which I don't like as much as the Alarm.Com but that was because I wanted a Honeywell panel. I requested service to replace a couple of old glass break and motion sensors which were 20 years old. They charged me just the cost of the equipment and did the service for free. Plus my monthly service rate is really affordable. I really like these guys. I was contemplating using ring security and doing the install and monitoring myself but as this is a business I wanted more of an expert to service and maintain the system. I couldn't be happier. I plan to install ring camera ms to supplement but I know the base system is solid.

Her assistance in choosing a 24/7 fall‑detection watch for my 98‑year‑old father with dementia was exceptional in every way. Gisele devoted a full 2hours to carefully walking me through every feature and service option. She clearly explained that the watch continuously monitors for hard falls and sends instant alerts, even if my father cannot reach a phone, and that it operates reliably day and night to provide constant protection. She also emphasized that emergency notifications go directly to family members so there is no delay or uncertainty when something goes wrong. Gisele aslo thoroughly demonstrated the GPS location tracking and heart‑rate monitoring, which are absolutely critical for my father, who can wander and is unable to reliably state where he is. Knowing we can see his real‑time location, monitor his heart rate, and that he can contact his children or 911 in an emergency gives our entire family tremendous peace of mind. Gisele repeatedly reassured me that this system is designed to safeguard him and keep us fully informed. What impressed me most was Gisele's warmth and empathy. She never rushed the conversation, answered every question in plain languageI could understand, and always spoke about my father with deep respect. She transformed what had been a stressful and emotional decision into one that now feels confident and secure. Because of Gisele's dedication, I am convinced my father is far better protected, and our family can finally rest easier knowing we have the right watch and support in place.

After shopping around; doing my research, comparing 2 other companies products, and service maintenance fees, I'm happy to say that I have chosen a great deal! The first company quoted me for 4, 4.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras which costed more and come to find out, they weren't in business very long; don't have as much man-power for maintenance and not as reliable. The second company didn't impress me; they didn't even use Bullet cameras - only Dome; but I was told that Dome cameras are better for indoor because of dust/cleaning, so I'd rather have bullets. I decided to keep shopping around and research. 3rd times a charm! I bought an 8 Channel NVR and installed 4, 4K 8.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras - Best Clarity I could find - made for outdoors. I also purchased separately; a 4K Monitor at BestBuy to view at home. It's cheaper to buy your own monitor. Lifeline Fire & Security is well worth the price and I have room for 4 more Cameras on the 8 Channel NVR for future camera add-ons.
