Best Overall - TV mounting…read more McShane Mounting was awesome to work with! Super quick response, easy communication and very friendly from start to finish. The service was excellent, the quality of the work was on point, and the price was very reasonable. As someone who doesn't know how to do this kind of work (same with my husband), it was definitely worth it to have someone who knows what they're doing. Fast, efficient, and got everything done right. Really appreciate the great service. highly recommend!

He definitely knows what to do and completes the work successfully and efficiently. He even carries a small dustpan/brush to clean up minor debris that has fallen from removing the existing fixtures. He had suggested to buy the new fixtures from Amazon since there's many choices. I scheduled with him once the new fixtures arrived. Again, another successful project done by Emmett! The installation of my security outdoor cameras are working great too! The first project that Emmett completed. Highly recommend him!!

When first getting the service the tech showed up 5 hours late, I didn't complain. It took them 3…read morehours to even put the mount on the wall, still didn't complain. I later had someone else do the other tv for half the cost, and I still didn't complain. When I asked why my wall has a plethora of necessary holes, a terrible patch job and what I have to do to get them to fix it, they decided to charge my card 113 dollars for the repair (no notice of clarification by the way), after I spoke to a rep about it, they told me that the charge didnt exist (you can clearly see that a charge is pending in the last photo). I implore you, go grab a drill, screws and a leveler and do it yourself. At the very least, if you do damage to anything you can blame yourself and not be charged for someone else's terrible service. Forgot to mention, the techs sat outside my door for about 2 hours. I had to call them and ask them if they would do the service. I suspect the reason why they do this is to void any other jobs and charge the person regardless of service.

I reached out to Wes on a Wednesday, he came to my house Thursday, he found multiple leaks, quoted how much the parts would cost and how much the labor costed, and we set a date for the repair, which was the following week. It was that simple and quick. His wife and his niece was there as well. His wife got a quote on multiple stores for parts within minutes, his niece was there to assist Wes. Wes is very trustworthy and honest about his work and immediately my husband and I were ready to do business with him. Fast forward to today (4 days later) he calls me to tell me my truck AC has been restored and ugh im so happy bc summer is approaching. It took 4 days, and to me, that's pretty amazing for one man to take on a big job. He was very informative during the 4 days, sent updates with pictures and texts just as reassurance. He really would've been finished earlier but it's been raining and he works from home, and it's Wahiawa, so it's always raining. He did extra on top of what was needed and I really appreciate that bc it's hard to find honest mechanics these days. Basically, Wes, his wife and niece are amazing! The turn around time is shockingly great, again it's JUST HIM, and his pricing is more than fair. So fair, I'm going to pay him extra bc he's that good. Thank you Wes we're definitely going to be coming to more often. God bless you and your family
