This is an update. Ever since my install in 2017 i didnt run into any problems with my system. But i did want to add more cameras. So i called Pat. Told him what i wanted and set a date for the install. The install went very well. But the new nvr recorder didnt recognize the older cameras. RJ said it was probly a firmware problem. These problems was unforeseen. But RJ an Pat did a really great job fixing it. You can tell a great company when things dont go as planned and how they react to it. I have had my Honeywell NVR and 6-Camera system for just over a year now. Honeywell gives you a 5-yr Warranty on installed equipment that includes labor. Can't say enough good things about R.J. and Pat. Courteous, professional and give you a fair price. They use stainless steel screws and other quality materials. Also, had some issues with my monitor and they responded within one business day with a brand new one, installation included. Finally, I recently had "upgraded" my Samsung Galaxy 9 Android software which caused me to have to upgrade the Honvuetouch software that allows you to view your property live. I have seen some bad reviews on the Honeywell upgrade but everything is great. I even got assistance from Pat on how to "reload" my Cameras. If only all businesses were this good. read more

I waited a year after my installation of cameras to make sure I give an accurate review. Setting the appointment for installation went very well with RJ. Now that my camera system is having issues, I've called and left voice messages numerous times during the working hours to have someone come out and take a look at my cameras.
