They called in their master tech, he came in with a condescending tone he questioned me about my system and how I wanted the system to run. The master tech unplugged some wires and said the receiver is broke and he can't do anything else about it. They charged me $224 for that. So I was sold a broken receiver for $380 and $224 to confirm it was broken, a $604 dollar loss. They said , "call us when you get a new receiver." I asked, will you install it for what I paid today? Thinking since he was charging me for an install but did really install anything. He was like no, I will charge you again.

Outstanding service! Initially I requested Pueo to wall mount an existing 50" TV in the living room…read moreas we were trying to make more space in our condo. We were looking for a clean look with no visible wires. Long story short I learned that Chad, the owner at Pueo, was also a Sony dealer and I decided to upgrade to 75" Sony XBR TV for the living room and had the existing TV mounted in a bedroom directly behind the living room wall which worked out perfectly. As part of the deal they also wall-mounted a 72" floating shelf below the new Sony XBR 75. I got the shelf from Amazon (Chad's recommendation). Everything turned out perfectly. No wires! They made sure they got it exactly as we wanted. They hooked everything up and showed us how to operate the new TV. I bought a Harmony 650 remote to control all A/V components with one remote. Being not at all tech savvy, Chad came by on a Sunday and helped me program the remote and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend Pueo Audio!
