Outstanding service! Initially I requested Pueo to wall mount an existing 50" TV in the living room as we were trying to make more space in our condo. We were looking for a clean look with no visible wires. Long story short I learned that Chad, the owner at Pueo, was also a Sony dealer and I decided to upgrade to 75" Sony XBR TV for the living room and had the existing TV mounted in a bedroom directly behind the living room wall which worked out perfectly. As part of the deal they also wall-mounted a 72" floating shelf below the new Sony XBR 75. I got the shelf from Amazon (Chad's recommendation). Everything turned out perfectly. No wires! They made sure they got it exactly as we wanted. They hooked everything up and showed us how to operate the new TV. I bought a Harmony 650 remote to control all A/V components with one remote. Being not at all tech savvy, Chad came by on a Sunday and helped me program the remote and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend Pueo Audio! read more

I had a TV and Bose surround speakers that I wanted to wall mount. Another company started the project but was struggling on even figuring out how to mount the TV to the wall. They left it unfinished and said they would come back some other time to finish it. I decided that I would stop while I was ahead and find a company that knew what they were doing. I contacted Pueo on Yelp and within 30 minutes Chad responded. He came over the same day to look to see what still needed to be done. We set up an appointment and they arrived on time. I had ordered an entertainment center from Inspiration. They picked it up from the store for me and assembled it. They also completed the installation of the speakers and hiding of the wires. I am very happy with the way it turned out. It looks so much nicer now that the TV and most of the speakers are wall mounted. My grievance is that they left two holes in my walls (one in the a/c closet and one in my wife's bedroom closet). I went to City Mill and patched the holes myself. It was easy to patch but I am disappointed they left the walls that way. I also would have preferred if they had brought their own vacuum rather than use mine to clean up the drywall dust. It was messy trying to clean the dust out of my filter. I could hear them making fun of some of the older equipment that I had but I do have some older media that I still use from time to time. Overall, it was a positive experience. They were friendly and worked efficiently. I would recommend them but I hope they invest in a vacuum cleaner and repair any damage they cause. read more

Ollie and mike did a great job for my wife and I, we had two TVs mounted simultaneously and it was done in under an hour, not only did they do a great job but it was cost effective and they made all the wires organized and fixed on site Connection issues, even the owner stopped by to oversee the job Recommend them completely and there on my next job for sure!! Update- on review. Just used these guys again and they were even better the second time, they were courteous and never gave up until the technology gods gave in. This time I had more extensive and more TVs to hang and hide wires. They didn't let me down, another five stars and all only use this company for anything house electronics I have read more

Chad and company were super helpful from the very beginning. Chad helped me pick out the perfect TV mount and the Sonos soundbar is amazing. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Pueo connected my ethernet network, mounted the tv and soundbar and the results were amazing. Oliver is the lead installer and he and his crew were friendly, informative, timely and clean. If you are getting a tv or AV system installed Pueo Audio is the right choice. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

Had an awesome experience with these guys. Had 3 Haiku ceiling fans installed and couple TVs mounted TV was challenging as it needed an articulating mount and was a large TV. They had to order another mount and come back. I thought price was reasonable considering time involved. Crew was very efficient. Everything was properly installed and a few months later is working great. Glad I didn't attempt to do this myself Chad was friendly and easy to deal with. Look forward to hiring them again read more

Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I contacted this company to install a large screen HDTV and associated 5.1 surround sound along with an AVR. I wanted quality equipment and they delivered. The quality of the the equipment and resulting sound is fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Chad Fukumoto runs a great business. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had to adjust schedules on them and they responded to all my request. I had problems finding a company to install Ring Floodcam security cameras in my house because these companies usually have their own security systems that they want to sell you, so I contacted Chad. He responded and came right away to check out the installation locations and electricals. Within a week, the cameras were all installed, no ugly power cords, and he even set up the Ring app so I could monitor my house right away. Just a good experience all around. I would definitely call on Chad for additional installations :) Thank you Chad! read more

Very happy customer! Just purchased a home and wanted to do an install for my entertainment system. Went on there website and asked for an appointment. Chad called within 30 mins. and right away I knew he was very knowledgeable. I let him know about what type of speakers and equipment I already own and he said it could be done. What I wanted was to mount everything onto the wall and basically have no wires showing. I live in a town home (upstairs) with an attic with limited space. On the day of install they came on time and went right to work. I felt like it was going to be a big install. They would have to mount my TV and my 3 speakers on a wall opposite of where my comment stand would be. Then would need to mount the remaining speakers on the wall behind the couch. Basically, all the wires are in the wall and would have to run through my attic to make that happen. It took a total of 3 days to complete about 4-5 hours each day. It took more time because of my schedule and availability. I believe they would have finished in 1 full day. The end product was exactly what I wanted. It was a clean install with a potential of adding more speakers and a better TV. One thing I only regret is purchasing my equipment on my own. If I have known that chad was a dealer of so many consumer and HIGH END equipment I would have purchase it directly from him. He also has a lot of brands that a regular consumer do not have access to. Chad is very accommodating and he gives you options he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Pueo Audio. Remember that Pueo Audio is a installation company they do great work not cheap work. In other words you get what you pay for. I hope to do more with them in the future. Thanks guys for the great install! read more

It was a bit of hassle and start to finish took way too long, but they did the right thing demonstrating excellent customer service in a tough situation. That goes a long way and is why I highly recommend them! My initial appointment was for 9am on NY Eve just to install a full mobility TV Mount for my 55" flatscreen. 3 friendly guys show up on time for what should be a simple job. They only brought 1 mount and it was either damaged or they bent a piece while installing. I am informed they have to go back to the shop and get a new one. As a result I have to cancel a personal appointment that I had scheduled for late morning. They are gone maybe 80 minutes to retrieve 2nd mount. Upon return, the mount and TV are installed quickly. But as soon as we turn the TV on there is now a noticeable vertical red line down the middle of my TV that is maybe 15 months old. They did not mishandle my TV in any way, I believe it got jostled a bit when they were trying to put it on the original mount that had the bent piece. A little back and forth on whether the red line was already there (why don't they ask customers to show them their TV is fully functional prior to touching it?) or whether it was a result of something they did. They agree to go to Best Buy and purchase a comparable new TV. I check in to see when they will return as I am now in danger of missing a 2pm appointment. They notify me they will have to come back another day. Obviously I was a little worried at this point. But true to their word, they returned on 1/3/19 with a same or better TV, got it installed very quickly and to my satisfaction. The final bill matched the original estimate. I would use them again and recommend to family or friends. read more

Chad Fukomoto(Owner) is an outstanding, knowledgeable electrical engineer provides quality audio and visual solutions. I first met him because I was searching for someone to mount my TV. I had a 600$ sound bar at the time, and he kept on telling me that some Elac B6's for under 300$ would sound better. I didn't believe him. Didn't want to try them out. He told me he would loan me them for free(plus 2 other sets from different brands LOL). I hooked them up to a receiver and was seriously, shocked? These speakers that costed half the price sounded WAY better than that overpriced sound bar. I've never heard of these companies due to walking around Best Buy too much, but these affordable bookshelf speakers allowed me to listen to my favorite songs in a much better, pleasing way. I have upgraded quite a bit through his company. He facilitated moving in and moving out many different speakers until I found the right sound I wanted. It took months. He didn't waiver; he provided service always. I now have a musical system that energizes my entire living space. If you always look forward and wait for your favorite artists to come to Hawaii. Wait no more. I now come home to concerts every night thanks to Chad. It just sounds incredible and so real as if you were there. Take the chance I did. Take the sound bar out of your living room and put it in the baby's room. Then call Chad. read more

I have a Bose surround system hooked up to a projector and have no idea how the whole thing works, so when it broke down and with no Bose office here I was in despair! I checked on yelp and found Pueo Audio. Chad could not have been nicer nor more efficient. I set up a date, with a call reminder. Chad called on the appointed day, showed up promptly and set to work. Not only did he fix the problem but he cleaned up all the unnecessary wires making the system much more user friendly. I couldn't recommend this company or Chad more highly for any audio problems, Bose or not. I am placing his number on speed dial for future use!! read more

I contacted Chad after reading the great Yelp reviews. I had been having internet connection issues for 4 years and could not work it out with Spectrum or Hawaiian Telcom. Chad was able to offer me a solution. He came out the next day and gave me a bid. He was able to do the work within a couple of days. Chad and his workers Ollie & Brian were very professional & friendly. Not only did they install several access points for my internet they also installed a new 65" TV that I purchased from Chad and they moved other TV's around. It was a long day and a lot more work than anticipated. But all the guys worked hard and got it done. The work they did was excellent and all the cords were out of sight. The job needed some adjustments afterward and Chad came right back to address the questions I had. I could not be more thrilled to have found such an honest and knowledgeable person to do work for me. I do not hesitate to recommend Pueo Audio. You will not be disappointed!!! read more

I was attempting to move my desk and lost my internet connection, this at about 7 or 8 at night. I posted on yelp and Chad called back in a few minutes said he could come by if it was an emergency. As all house holds are run on the internet, I said yes it was an emergency. He came and fixed the problem in no time, very courteous, professional and he only charged me $20.00. I would highly recommend Chad for any and all IT problems. read more

Chad and his team were fantastic, start to finish. Hired them to hang two TVs and a sound bar. They were running late because of the MISSILE ALERT, but I was shocked they were willing to still come out in spite of it, and appreciated Chad calling to let me know they were on their way. They took their time, and had great attention to detail. I'm usually very picky about small details, and they were too! Usually when you ask an installer to make minor adjustments, they roll their eyes and just want to get done and move on to the next job, but not these guys. They even brought a hand vac and made sure all the dust was gone and fingerprints were cleaned up before leaving. The end result was fantastic! Paid a little more than I had originally planned, but it was still fair and reasonable, IMO, and worth it. You definitely get what you pay for! read more

Chad(Pueo Audio) is a business that excels beyond business. It is a friendship that extends beyond the friendship that you may have with your best friend. That is something to say. Chad has answered 24/7 to more questions I have ever asked Google. Pueo Audio is genuine and realistic with your budget and your dreams. Pueo Audio is an audio and visual business you have always dreamed for. He is actually a senior engineer that claims, "I don't work with my hands anymore, I supervise it, but I miss working. I miss it." He means it. He supervises it and just wants to get a chance to work with his hands again. He is solely the master of his craft. My home theater sounds as immersive as something that costs four times its price because of his recommendations. Forgot Best Buy and the little cube speakers that they sell. I have never heard my music sound this good after years of listening to them on various speakers. I can hear the breaths and instruments that I have never heard before. I am starting to watch my movie collection over just because it is a new experience entirely. If there is anything you need to do. Trust Pueo Audio. read more
