So here is my review i visit this place three times before, and each time they were amazing even on the phone when i asked many questions: they didn't cut me off. I don't know the young girls name? but it was the same girl i spoke to on the phone because i gave her my name and she was extremely nice to me in the store. So yesterday i went here the fourth time, but since the parking sucks here i stayed in the car my cousin took the big box in for me, one it was too heavy for me to carry inside. He was out within 5 minutes even though there was four people ahead of him that's how fast they are customer service is amazing very helpful. So if you live in the neighborhood or even if you don't come to this UPS Store because sometimes Amazon won't take returns or even whole foods. So just to save some time you are better off coming here. That way to have the rest of your day to enjoy, lol. Thanks for the easy RETURN and great service to the young girls I've dealt with in the past 12 months. I would definitely be back if Amazon and whole foods gives me the WRONG INFORMATION and wasting my TIME!lol The store is very clean and they have so many different types of boxes you might need and anything else you might not have at ur house or forgot to buy at Target or even the dollar store, lol. Just get it here at one place! Thanks for reading my review. ~Lizzie~ :)

I like using this place. It's the same couple young workers there all the time. They don't remember me and that's fine. They just deal with an endless line of people all day long sending packages, making copies, or shipping back returned items. It's the same repetitive routine with them having to keep explaining the same instructions and corrections because we don't do this every day like them. Are they incredibly friendly and customer service oriented - not exactly but they do get you what you need to know and try to get you along on your way. This is not the kind of place where people would want to ooh and ahh and leave an A+ review because it was so great, or something. So all they seem to get are lousy reviews from people that were frustrated. That's not fair. They will try to help. One time, i recall, the fellow (i guess "erik" per other review comments) even was really kind and just paid for my fax fee himself because I'd forgotten to bring anything with me in rushing out to catch them just before they closed. Anyways, many thanks to you folks there at the irving str ups store for always being there and putting up with all of us all day long day after day. Rented a van. Cons and pros. Cons: The fuel level is below…read morethe E, like way way below the E. I heard that the gas gets siphoned since the place is rather isolated at night and the vehicles do not have locking fuel doors. The form said it had 1/4 tank, but way below the E is not a quarter tank. Needed to fuel up and it took 4 gallons just to get to the E, then another 10 gallons to make sure I don't get stuck on the Bay Bridge. The tires were low on air, in fact dangerously low and it showed on the info panel. Showed 55psi and it should be 80psi. Took care of the air when I got gas. Of course, this all took a half an hour to resolve these issues but done nevertheless. The interior could use a good vacuuming. But that's how it came, and that's how it's going back. Pros: Rented this on a Tuesday so there is no issue in securing a van. There were about 9 sitting in the parking lot. The app is easy but this also takes some time to take photos and answer all the questions, confirm a contact, and wait for authorization. I did not see or interact with a human at all: picking up and dropping off. In fact, there was nobody there in the morning, and in the afternoon the rear door was open and nobody was in. I dropped my key in the little slot and saw it drop to the floor on the other side. Renting at this location is closer to where I live rather than the one on Bayshore. At least you don't get dozens of laborers chasing you down for work. It's a nicer location in a residential area. Bottom line: my only complaint is getting the vehicle with a minus E tank. I never knew the gauge could go that low and indicates that fuel was siphoned out of the tank. So expect to get a vehicle with NO GAS, take pictures of it all and try to return it with NO GAS . . . which is almost impossible to do. So for tonight, I'm sure the person siphoning out the gas will get a good 1/4+ tank for their efforts.

Worst than not good…read more On September 10, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, Kathy Valladare from U-Haul contacted me and informed me that there was no truck available for my reservation. I explained that I was extremely disappointed because I had already prepared everything for the move and had scheduled helpers to assist me. I told her that U-Haul needed to help me find another truck. Kathy later contacted me and said she had found another truck approximately 20 minutes away. I agreed to accept the replacement truck, provided that my original charges and contract terms remained exactly the same. Since the truck originally reserved was no longer available, I requested to pick up the replacement truck at 5:00 PM on September 10 without any additional charges. Kathy agreed and offered one additional day and 110 miles. On September 10, I picked up the truck from the U-Haul location at 47 Cambon Dr., San Francisco, California. Before leaving, I specifically explained to the staff what had happened and expressed my hope that everything would go smoothly from that point forward. However, after I returned home, I received an email showing that the amount I was required to pay and the mileage included in my rental had been changed from my original reservation. I did not agree to these changes. I accepted the replacement truck with the understanding that my original contract, pricing, and agreed-upon terms would remain the same. My original contract required me to return the truck to a location in West Sacramento, approximately 30 minutes from my son's new residence. I agreed to return the truck there because I wanted to take advantage of the $80 discount that was offered. I accepted this arrangement based on the original terms of my reservation. On September 11, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, I arrived at Roland 4 Less Auto Sales, which was the return location originally provided to me and shown in my U-Haul app. When I arrived, the location was closed. The instructions regarding how to return the truck were also unclear. After calling the telephone number provided, I was instructed to scan a code and complete the return process through the U-Haul app. However, the process did not end there. The app automatically changed my return location to another location approximately 15 minutes away in downtown Sacramento. This created additional inconvenience and frustration after I had already experienced several problems with my reservation. I contacted the 800 number to request the refund for the difference between the charges and she said the manager will get back to me. The so call manager Kathy, same person who informed me of changed said she will refund the difference between the two price not including the tax result from the difference. I have to point it out that the issues was originated from U haul and i have to eat the tax resulting from the difference ? I can tell you personally, that the manager Kathy does not have any customer service understanding the issues nor diligently do her research before reaching out to the customer to offer the difference of the price with the tax arise from the mistake.
