The building had a beautiful window and Joe seemed really nice but he made me uncomfortable because when he was showing me around his facility he always had a grin on his face and went out of his way to stand close enough to me that i could smell him. I ended up renting a space here for two months. After I dropped off my boat and trailer I went back the next day to get some things I forgot and when I got there the gate was left open. I drove in and Joe was inside my boat going through the drawers and all my things were spread out all over the place. He told me that I "left a light on" and that he was "just trying to turn if off." I took my trailer and boat home with me and I ended up taking it to Chinook RV storage in Portland off Marine Drive. Very professional people here, no weird employees wandering around and it was cheaper. Feel alot better about this place!

Con Operator is not always there during business hours. Have gone 2-3 days before payment was due to find doors locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Operator claimed they were into overtime and couldn't run the place. Once went here and note said "Out back working" went through the entire place (Even second story) and nowhere to be found. Yet there were two cars parked there.....Yeah, "working" right...... Prices are stuck and rising without notification. They are limited as to their amount of storage spaces. They can't increase them and thus, the prices go up. Went from $68 to $77 in one month with no warning. No discounts to speak of. Plus they use "Cylinder" locks. If you don't know the size of them, you end up paying 2X to 3X the normal price. Boxes also are excessively priced. Lesson learned, I've cleaned out my unit and left. On the bright side, I know they can't charge me for another month since I paid by card every month. Sometimes making it easy for them to charge you is making it easy for them to overcharge you also.
