    Sashimi

Omg, had the nicest server in my life. She was such a cute older Asian lady, and was so generous, she gave us free food to go since the restaurant was closing . We were the last people in the restaurant but she kind enough to not rush us, and even helped pack our leftovers. Besides the service, food was good, I liked the creativity of the rolls, especially the samurai sushi roll. It's one where they don't put too much rice, and wrapped in white seaweed. The sashimi pieces are generously fat too. Ambiance is good, lots of seating both inside and outside.

Good quality fish and decent portion for the price but if you order togo or pickup they won't fulfill any note requests. Requested side of spicy mayo (bc not an option to order) and salted edema. Not too crazy of requests, in my opinion.

The all you can eat sushi is amazing and such a good price for what you can get. The vibe and service are always great as well.

Decent sushi option if you want to fill up with the AYCE and don't care about high-quality sushi, but the orange chicken was not great. The lunch combo came with chicken fried rice (no flavor), and a small crab rangoon and spring roll. But the orange chicken itself was drenched in sauce. I absolutely love sauce but this was overdoing it. As another Yelper mentioned, their dishes are way oversauced, which then ruins the flavor.

I've never been here, I had to call ahead to make sure there's no dress code and there's not lol. I was hungry but not too too hungry. I was thrown off by how cheap everything is here! I ordered chicken katsu (no curry :( ). I wasn't expecting much for $14, until they came out with 2 large cutlets!! The wonton soup had 4 wontons in it and it was very tasty! The soups were our favorite! I really want to try the house wonton now! We got spring rolls, hoping for the healthier option we see lately, but got fried ones. The sashimi we ordered were so THICK!! We definitely ordered way too much food! The check was about $52 after taxes and we got a lot of food! This place is definitely worth it. And they have all you can eat sushi and sashimi for $34.95/person. I think I may have filled up on water when I drank 6 glasses. Oh, everything pretty much comes out all together, so there's no real break between soups and appetizer and main course. The ladies waiting the tables were very tentative, refilling water, removing empty plates and replacing condiments. Definitely recommend this place if you love sushi and sashimi!

I have never had a bad experience here. I order to go usually and it's always delicious. Never had food poisoning from raw fish which I normally order. I love the Philly hand roll. They use slivers of salmon and not cubes thankfully and it's delicious. I even got a free drink which was very nice. And they always read my notes and super accommodating. I don't really like red tuna and every time I ask to have it not included they listen! Just the attention to what I ask for is incredible. The restaurant is a bit small but it's cozy and wonderful. Perfect for date night or meeting up with some friends

Service is always the best--fast, courteous, and friendly. The food is excellent, and great value. This is the first place I think of when I don't want to cook.

Lunch special was cheap at under 10 bucks, but food quality left a bit too be desired. The chicken with vegetables was doused with so much brown sauce, it was inedible, salty and disgusting. They put a whole jar on top of the food. Spring roll was tiny and burnt. Not a good lunch.

ALL YOU CAN EAT. that's all I need to say lol the service was great, super attentive since we got there and they took our order in right away, our server would periodically come check on us and take our new orders. Everything we tried was tasty and we would definitely go back. It's a small place but the outside seating was great and shaded and we truly enjoyed trying this chill place.

They have complimentary parking in the front, side, and back of the restaurant. There aren't a ton of spots, but there's street parking close by too. Ambiance (3.5/5): Like most Chinese restaurants, China Chili is pretty no frills. Which isn't a problem for me at all, I'm there for the food. It's a spacious restaurant with both regular tables and circular tables that rotates (good for large groups sharing dishes). Service (4/5): Fantastic service is also not something I expect at a Chinese restaurant. Yet again, I'm there for the food. With that being said, service, while not overly friendly, is typically pretty efficient. Which I always appreciate. Drinks (4/5): Pretty much your standard soft drinks, tea, and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. My favorite option is their buddha beer which you don't see in a lot of places. It's a lager and it's in a buddha-shaped bottle. It doesn't get much better than that. Food (5/5): The first time I came was for one of my favorite dishes... Peking duck. There aren't a ton of spots in Phoenix that have it, but out of the ones that do, China Chili serves it at a high level. You can go with either crepes or baos (additional surcharge). The duck is absolutely to die for. Flavorful, juicy meat with crispy skin that fits in perfectly into your mini "sandwich" with green onions and Hoisin sauce. For a reasonable price too. Their food outside of duck is of a similar quality. I especially like their flat noodles with beef. Even classic dishes like sesame chicken have a twist here. It's sliced chicken rather than fully breaded chicken. Just as good as the typical way, the sauce is delicious. My only complaint? They give you a pretty small helping of white rice with your dish. Outside of that, the portions are generous. Everything I've had at China Chili has been a hit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

There aren't many places in Phoenix that serve duck this neatly like in my photo, and I appreciate that it's not another chain restaurant. The front entrance doesn't really match the size of the restaurant, though. It looks surprisingly small compared to how big the place is inside. The restaurant is decorated with lots of red, lanterns, and even a giant fortune cookie. The food is a mix of Chinese and Korean dishes, but it's definitely more Americanized Asian food. We ordered from their Lunch Combo Special. My friend got the Chili Garlic Fried Chicken and the Seafood Jjampong without shrimp because she's allergic to it. I got the Chili Garlic Shrimp with fried rice. When our server found out it was my friend's birthday, she told us we could choose a complimentary dessert from the menu, which was so nice! My friend picked the Glazed Sweet Potato with Lemon Sorbet. The lunch combos were huge. My friend was already so full after eating the jjampong that she had to take the chicken home. I really liked my shrimp and fried rice. They were so tasty that I finished everything! We also really enjoyed the Glazed Sweet Potato with Lemon Sorbet. The refreshing lemon sorbet paired perfectly with the sweet, warm glazed sweet potato. I try, I review, and I might come back again to try something else.

The water glasses looked like what you'd make a tequila sunrise in (tall & skinny). Obviously with ice that type of glass doesn't hold very much water. Getting a refill and we needed several, was worse than pulling teeth. We had the bartender as the only employee left working. One time I had to ask four times for a refill. We also ordered beer and a whisky drink so we weren't cheap. The food was pretty good. The ticket time on my entree was about 10 minutes but the other two at our table didn't get their food for almost half an hour. No consistency. I may try this place again much earlier in the night.

Gotta support local when you can I say! The menu is pretty basic and has all your typical options for Americanized Chinese food. Wanting to get something that had noodles in it, I opted for the combination #1 which has chow mein crispy noodles, pork fried rice, and two tempura shrimp. Quite a lot of food and for a very reasonable price! I think the combo was around $10. If you are a fan of bean sprouts, this is your place. The chow mein had a massive pile of beansprouts on top. The noodles were indeed crispy but they was such a meager portion compared to the beansprouts. The fried rice was pretty basic but also a generous portion and the two tempura shrimp had a nice crispy batter. I tried some of the eggroll too which is one of the most unique versions I've had since the super crispy outer layer was either a different preparation or different wrap material than I'm used to. The interior was made primarily of beansprouts too. Service was good. Our food was prepared fairly quickly.
