We love picking up Yogis from the High Street location--it's one of our easy, go-to spots when we want something fresh and satisfying. My daughter always orders the Arizona Bowl, which has crabmeat, avocado, and cucumber over rice. It's basically a California roll in a bowl and is served cold. She says it's so refreshing. My son is obsessed with the garlic noodles. You can add veggies or a protein, but he prefers them plain, tossed in that garlic sauce. They come with a side of rice. I usually go for the Veggie or Shrimp Yakisoba noodles. They're cooked with fresh vegetables and Yakisoba sauce, and they're always delicious and comforting. My husband sticks with the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, which comes with rice and never disappoints. Everything at Yogis is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made well. Pretty solid meal as you get in most locations of this chain. If you order vegetables though, it is mostly cheap cabbage. Chicken was great and vegetable egg rolls were also good as I tried them for first time. read more

I've been coming here almost every week. I'm typically always consistent with what I order and the portions are always about the same. I love the simplicity of the chicken teriyaki bowl with veggies. I've been trying to watch what I eat when I get take out and this place will have you feeling guilt free if your trying to watch your waist. I have yet to dine inside but it's a very causal tropical vibe with bench like seating. The cashier up front is always friendly too which makes the experience even better. It's hit or miss for me when I visit this location especially in the evening. I've been in twice after 7:00pm and both times I've waited at the counter for a few minutes with no one even acknowledging that I was standing there even when I know at least one person in the back has seen me standing there. I get it that they might not be the cashier but they can at least acknowledge and say someone will be right with you. Today 2 people in the back could clearly see me standing there and nothing. I gave them a chance after the first instance but I will NOT be visiting this location again. read more

My husband and I got takeout from here tonight! I know it's a chain but j had never been here before I don't think! I got the tofu cutlet bowl with the sauce on the side. I thought it said it was supposed to come with veggies but mine didn't have any. I got avocado added to it. I also got a veggie sushi roll. The meal was super tasty and filling! I think I'd prefer a different sauce on my bowl, so I'm glad I got it on the side. The sushi was really yummy. It seems like getting avocado on things can be a risk cause sometimes restaurants will serve questionable looking avocado, but this one was good! I ended up having plenty of food for a second meal to eat tomorrow. My husband got chicken and rice bowl with extra chicken and no vegetables with sauce on the side. He enjoyed his meal too! Tried to go last week, but when I got there I was told "it was slow on the street so we shut down early". Tried to go tonight (Saturday) at 7:00 and they were out of rice. Thats brown rice and white rice. And it's a teriyaki chicken concept. Out of all their rice. On Saturday. At 7. Personally I know there's a half dozen stores within 3 miles that actually sell rice! I delayed this review for over a month. I was conflicted, & my taste buds were heart broken, but my common sense was on high. I love Yogis. I was so happy to finally stop by. I was on cloud 9 that they opened in the neighborhood. I have no doubt they're good. Buy this is run by people that showed no regard for the times we live on. Right now we are being more laxed, but when I went masks were really appreciated. The cooks had no mask. The cashier had no mask. I noticed they didn't have sanitizers either. no protocol for the times. People swiping credit card on the machine and not even a courtesy wipe to keep it safe, nothing! The bathroom was not that clean either and all this was shocking cause the place is new. They have no pride in their stablishment, and that worries me may translate to no pride in their food. It tastes good. Goodness, so good I had to fight it but ended up ordering a dish to go. But that was truly for the road... You can call me Jack. I hope to come back no more. I may tho.... Possibly. We ordered quite a bit of food to get a good sense of the menu! Everything was excellent and such large portions for the price. Very clean and the staff was nice and quick. We ordered the potstickers (beef and veggie) similar to an eggroll as these are deep fried. Vegas roll was delicious. And the teriyaki bowls (beef and a dark meat chicken) all would get again. Wow! What a difference this location has made! I absolutely love the staff and they were so incredibly pleasant and all about customer service. I've gone to two other locations; the one in the camelback Corredor and also the one near Scottsdale road and Shea and both of those locations were huge disappointments! The one in the Camelback corridor is so cheap with their sauce packets; god forbid you need an extra one... it was at the point to where I never wanted to go back even though I absolutely love the food. And the one near Scottsdale road and Shea closed early at 8:45 PM so the employees could walk out the door at exactly 9 PM sharp and those employees did not care about the customer at all even though I raced over there that night to make it before they closed at 9 PM to find out they were kicking everyone out early so the employees could leave at exactly 9 PM. But this location in desert ridge was such a refreshing experience that I will no longer go anywhere else but here! I absolutely love the employees and the owner is an absolute gem and if you love Yogi as much as I do you will make this your one and only Yogi's location because they absolutely rock it! read more

The place is clean and I have been there multiple times and the food is fair. I usually get the Teriyaki Chicken which is always dry and tasteless. First they never put enough sauce in and if you get a few packets on the side those never do the job. I have also had the Mitzu soup and it's so freaking hot and has zero taste as well. The roles have been ok but for the price I think I can find better options. I want the place to succeed but the food so far the food is not worth it. read more

We visited Yogis Grill in High Street on 4/7/21. They are open for in store dining. They were very helpful when I asked if we could have a small dog on the patio. "Yes, of course, we are dog friendly." Service was excellent, with smiles on all the employees faces. Chicken teriyaki bowl had good flavor, and lots of chicken. Not the freshest sushi. Tempura batter was all off when we started eating. It was soggy and very greasy. They need to do a better job of serving grilled teriyaki and make it more authentic. Prices are high so one would expect tastier food as well. Restaurant was clean and quite big. read more
