Allen's service was so lovely and attentive! He was wonderful about adapting requests though each substitution does cost extra. The lunch sushi combo was great. I upgraded the roll. A bit too much rice on the folks but everything tasted fine. Love the diverse menu of options and lunch specials. My friend enjoyed her chicken teriyaki. The glass noodles in her dish were the best part of the meal and her egg was a delightful surprise. 5 start service, I'd give food and overall value/cost a 4.
I was realllly craving sushi today and ordered from sushi crush. I usually don't like to order takeout for sushi until I've tried the place in person but I'm glad I gave them a shot. I ordered the mild Jin ramen which was spicy, had a nice kick. Great flavor! For sushi I ordered 1 Philly roll, 1 albacore roll, 1 smelt egg, and 1 salmon egg sushi. The fish was fresh and delicious. Safe to say I will be ordering again and also going in person to check out this establishment. Everything was very good!
Excellent sushi and food as well. They have happy hour everyday along with excellent lunch specials. Food is prepared fresh to order with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A great spot overall
Back at Sushi Crush and had to leave another review because this place never misses! The vibe in here is super cute -- great decor, good music playing in the background (not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation), and overall just a chill, welcoming atmosphere. It wasn't packed today, which was a nice change since it's usually buzzing every time I come. Service was great as always. The sushi chefs are amazing and everything comes out fresh and beautifully done. I ordered my usual Atkins Roll -- wrapped in cucumber for anyone who needs something keto- or Atkins-friendly -- plus shrimp (because why not?). And of course, the Shrimp Tempura Roll, one of my forever favorites. Whether you're grabbing a little solo lunch, a casual dinner, or meeting up with friends for happy hour, this spot is perfect. And yes... their happy hour is daily, dine-in only, all the way until close. Definitely a go-to sushi spot in AZ!
A family member and I decided to come try this spot out for lunch recently. After looking over the menu, we decided to start with the soft-shell crab and ordered a bunch of rolls to share. The rolls we ordered were the salmon skin roll, spider roll, sunset roll, golden California, and the spicy scallop nigiri. The soft-shell crab was surprisingly refreshing with the salad it came with, and the crab itself didn't have a strong ocean-y flavor. Out of all the items we ordered, the ones we enjoyed the most would have to be the sunset roll and the salmon skin roll. The salmon quality in the sunset roll was fresh; the roll overall was light with a nice balance of flavors and textures. Their salmon skin roll (a roll we usually order wherever we go) was one of the better ones we've had in a while, it didn't have a distinct fishy after taste to it, which is a plus. Overall, the quality of the fish wasn't the highest, but it was decent. The prices were also appropriate for the quality and quantity of food we received. Service was alright, friendly but somewhat slow. We came during lunch time, and it was busy; it seemed like there was only one server taking orders. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. Don't let the outside appearance of the restaurant fool you, there's a lot more seating both indoors and outdoors than you would assume.
Hadn't been here in a few years and ordered to-go tonight and it was just not good. The rolls did not taste as fresh as I remember and were on the fishier side and left a bad after taste. We got 2 second climax rolls, Philly roll, and California roll. Sadly, all of them missed the mark. The California roll was really gross and they must have changed the second climax roll because it used to be better. They didn't include any wasabi or ginger and charged for extra sauce but didn't even fill it up halfway...safe to say we won't be ordering from here again
Once again, a 5 star experience at Sushi Crush. Our waitress was amazing and so was our food. We tried a new roll but we weren't a fan of that one. No big deal since we ordered off the happy hour menu. Our food was great! The ambiance was great since we sat on the patio and it was a nice day. We went on Easter and it wasn't super packed but we were more than grateful that they were open. It was the perfect ending to a great night.
Good classic sushi spot! I just ordered a couple things but my favorite was the crispy tuna rice. Can't wait to return and try more.
Sushi Crush We mainly order the Bento Box at lunch time, very nice price with a good portion of food. I prefer the Bulgogi Bento Box which has a good complete variety of items. We have had dinner here a few times and ordered mainly sushi, our favorites being Dragon Roll, Spider Crab Roll and the Crunchy Roll. The gyozas, takoradi, shrimp tempura are nice appetizers
A group of girls and I were on a bachelorette trip to Sedona and decided on some sushi for take out. Sushi Crush was just down the street from us so we decided to check out the menu. I gotta say, I love their names for their specialty rolls. From Booty Booty roll to Climax to guilty pleasure roll, the names were definitely fun. They seemed to have plenty of variety at a fairly decent price (around $9 for basic roll and $15ish for a specialty roll) We spent $100 on 8 rolls between five girls which wasn't bad at all. The estimate pick up was 20 minutes so that was also impressive. I also appreciated that they packed each roll individually AND wrote the names of the rolls on the outside. This made it so easy to give each person their roll. Now, upon first impression on the rolls: I was not too impressed. The filling was very scarce for both the basic and specialty roll. Rice looked like a thin layer but ultimately felt like a larger proportion compared to what was inside. Flavors were okay but these rolls honestly reminded me of the crappy cheap rolls you'd find at a grocery store. I've had a variety of sushi at different restaurants, and the quality just wasn't it for this place. You definitely get what you paid, but seemed like we were overcharged since the quality was just so sub par. It's a shame because they had so many fun creations and the service was great. But, when food should be the star of the show, this knocked down the rating.
I usually never review Togo / Delivery food cause you can't really judge off of that . But you have to give credit or credit is due. This is the second time I've ordered for this place and the sushi has came just as fresh as sitting there so I felt like I had to give them a five star we go to this place in person as well. Great service but food can't go wrong. Whether you go in or order for delivery love this place. The ambience there is very cute as well if you go there in person, but the food is even better !!
Wow. This place never fails us. We came for date night and were in and out in under 30 minutes. We were not rushed by any means. There were many couples around us who sat and enjoyed their time. The staff is always so nice. Our server tonight was Phil and was great and also funny with his jokes giving us a good laugh!

I love Sushi Crush! I go once every two weeks or so with my sister and grandparents (my sibling and I are both sophomores in high school) and we love it. The food is great, never takes too long, and tastes amazing. The service overall is very good and we've been going long enough for one of the servers to be able to say, "There's my regulars! It's been a while, guys!"-- this always makes my day. The music they play is always catchy and trendy (not always a song I like, but then again, I can get down to anything). Sushi Crush's overall vibe is comfortable and welcoming, and I'd recommend it to anyone in Phoenix who is craving amazing sushi! read more

In the neighborhood, so I stopped by one of my favs. The bento box lunch special still is a great deal. Soup, California rolls and the bento box lunch special. Great food, awesome service, and the price is right. Love the consistency over the years. read more

Went here for dinner and I loved the decor inside but the menu was a hit or miss. For drinks I ordered the yuzu pop from the crush cocktails and it was not very good that I didn't even finish it. I ordered the sweet thang roll and the tonkatsu ramen and I really enjoyed both! I would definitely come back for ramen or to try more of the sushi on the menu. My partner ordered the chicken katsu which I got to try and I enjoyed the sauce but the chicken texture was not good to me so I personally would not order that again. read more

I got ramen and spicy edamame. Honestly the ramen was just really expensive cup of noodles which was very disappointing but the edamame was really good. I'll go back but definitely not for ramen read more
We got to this place and seems cool . Got some cool art work . The location is cool. Just want to say we are old and we are blind and we can't see. Putting us in a table that's hard to see our menu is kinda a let down there are other place in this establishment that is well lit for us to be seated there. The table you sat us is not really clean? Because of the table being dark maybe it's hard for workers to wipe the table down. As for the food we started out with the edamame garlic. The ell roll , the rainbow roll and the shrimp tempura. All were good and great to eat! And from the looks of it the place is starting to close up. The ginger is fresh. Workers/waiter seem to forgot about us not refilling the water .... $45 is not bad for what we ate. Would I go back maybe and next time I'm seated at this restaurant I will ask to be in a more lit area so I can see what I'm eating. I'm too old lol Do I recommend the place why not I'm just disappointed on that table but I'm sure it's can be worked on. read more

Everything we had was sooooo good!!!! Our server was so kind looking at the receipt her name is YANA L literally such a kind person give her a raise and the whole food was 70$ for so much food it's a perfect price and WAYYY worth it. Overall this place is great! The Tuna hand rolls were my favorite. The baked mussels were very tasty and I like that they had scallops on it too. The crispy tuna appetizer was also very good. The deep fried rice ball was a great touch. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. I also like that you can pay with a QR code. The lobster roll was not good, the sauce they used has this old cheese taste. I'm not sure what it was, other than that this is a really good sushi spot. read more

Yellowtail belly nigiri - not as fatty as we expected Yellowtail ponzu - very tasty, jalapeño was so spicy Tres manos - micro greens were appetizing. Overall tasty Rock shrimp & takoyaki - crispy and tasty, though the rock shrimp was too saucy - Rainbow roll - fish were okay but too much imitation crab with a creamy sweet mayo that makes the roll taste like a pastry - Second orgasm roll - the unagi and other sauces were too sweet and a bit off putting and too - Godzilla roll - big bites, generally tasty, but also too sweet unagi sauce Jjambbong - tasty! They have a great lunch special until 2pm. My favorite roll is the climax roll which is only $9.95 until 2pm. The climax roll has shrimp tempura, and cream cheese on the inside and spicy tuna, sliced jalapeno, garlic, tobiko and 3 sauces on the top. My server, Alan, had a great tip for me. Last time I was there I remembered him telling me that I can ask them to cut the tail off my shrimp tempura ends of my sushi roll. I made sure to order my sushi roll with tails off since I don't like eating sushi tails. Thanks! read more
Came here on a Tuesday night for a fun dinner and loved it. Service was fantastic and food was as well. Had a few rolls and lots of nigiri. Everything was phenomenal. My favorite was the Ono nigiri and tataki! Can't wait to come back and try more. read more

What time is the lunch special?
I am not 💯 sure about lunch but their happy hour is basically all day from what I remember! It's super clean and good sushi either way!
