The sake I had was the Omikaze cold and unfiltered: delicious!, we also had the coconut cold sake. The ambiance is very pleasant, relaxed, the sushi preparation is done facing towards the tables, while the fried items are cooked in the kitchen. The staff in general are helpful and polite, our server especially was attentive, made sure there was no chile in what I ordered - and she took care that any spicy sauces were on the side, so we could share the various sushi orders. We ordered the Super Crunch Shrimp Roll, deep-fried, wrapped in soy paper, with shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, crab stick and eel sauce. My favorite but all are so good it's hard to choose. A nice sashimi of yellowtail and albacore that was fresh, delicious, could've had more: the seaweed garnish was fresh and crunchy. Then the Rainbow roll came looking perfect but it was spicy so I admired it and my friends ate it all.
