Great food! We had a great time. Service was amazing! Cevicho pescado- best we've had in Houston. The 1/2 chicken was delicious, Not a fan of the tamale although it was good - personal taste. Roasted corn and flan (delicious) to finish our meal.

Nice small spot with terrific Peruvian dishes. Quiet with very friendly service. The Peruvian chicken is delicious,. I also especially enjoyed the frijoles and yucca fries. Table service, plenty of free parking, several beers and wines available.

Inka Brass brings unique Peruvian flavors to Spring, Texas--a refreshing change from the usual Tex-Mex . We ordered the half chicken and the clams; both dishes were fresh and packed with flavor. Next time, I'd ask for a bit more sauce, but overall, everything was delicious. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

The food at Inka Brasas is straight fire--bold, flavorful, and made to impress. I got the Lomo Saltado and it was delicious--the steak was tender, and the fries had that perfect extra-crispy bite. The service was quick, friendly, and kept things flowing like a well-oiled flame. The ambiance has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to kick back and soak it all in. Plus, getting #CashBack just adds fuel to the flavor. IG @ CashBackQuest X @ CashBackQuest

The tostones are soooo good! Yucca didn't even make it to the picture!

I was spoiled in LA with so many great Peruvian places and boy do I miss them. My cravings for chica morada have been met! Definitely recommend washing everything down with the unique and freshly made tasting purple corn drink here! And for you plantain lovers there's sweet ones and the ones I got which were huge and amazing fried ones called tostones. Dipped in the to die for green sauce along with the yucca fries and dare I say I enjoyed the sides more than the main dish! Don't get me wrong the chicken was juicy, moist and flavorful but to me the sides and sauce and drink were the stars. We also got the classic lomo saltado which tasted exactly how it should. Portion sizes were fine for the price! So glad to have this restaurant in my radius for good Peruvian eats!

The Peruvian food here is great. We had Lomo Saltado and Chaufa de Pollo. The corn nuts were a pleasant discovery we've never had in the scores of Peruvian restaurants we've visited. The place is very clean and well situated. Nicely decorated and quaint. Service is enthusiastic though refills are hit or miss.

Loved how decorated the inside was and I would be lying if I didn't say how excited I was to try this place out. The lady at the front was nice and friendly but I found the menu to be rather small on options. Seemed to be more catered to a family dining single large order, opposed to an individual meal. My interpretation. I got the 1/4 chicken, rice, beans. Got home and tried it. Very average. Chicken tasted like it was a rotisserie from HEB or Costco; cooked well but nothing special, rice was bland and flavorless; and beans I did not enjoy either.

Good food and very good service! We loved the pollo brasas, ceviche, and the purple drink (I can't remember the name of it) Alberto was such a great server. He was working alone that day and it got busy but he took such good care of us. They had some people picking up orders also. I loved the aji sauce!

Great Peruvian option in the area. They were very patient with my 2 year old and made accommodations for him which I appreciate. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the fried corn and the Tallarin Saltado was also very good. My son enjoyed his rice. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Lomo Saltado and I must say it was underwhelming. The best one I tried is on 249 called Pollo El Rancho!

I highly recommend the spicy flavor. Everything is fresh, tasty, and well-seasoned. The restaurant has a lively and casual atmosphere that makes it a great spot for family dinners. It's always packed, but we never have to wait too long to get seated. The service is great, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were seated at immediately, but after sitting for a few minutes with no greeting, I realized something wasn't right. I had to walk back to the hostess stand to let them know we hadn't been assigned a server. Turns out, we were seated in a section that didn't even have a server until 5:00 PM. That's not a small oversight--that's a breakdown in communication at the front. Now, to their credit, once our server stepped in, things started to turn around. Drinks came out quickly. I ordered my usual Long Island, and I loved that it was served in a branded mason jar--cute touch, definitely added to the vibe. (Still wondering if I was supposed to keep it or not ) We started with appetizers: The crawfish pistolet was the standout. Flavorful, rich, and honestly the best thing we had. My only complaint is they needed a little more bread to balance all that filling. The fried green tomatoes were cooked well and the portion was generous (almost two whole tomatoes), but they were under-seasoned. I had to add salt and rely on the sauce to bring them to life. Now let's talk about the menu--it's huge. We're talking seafood, burgers, fried chicken, boils, ceviche... everything but the kitchen sink. And while options are nice, it does make you question how fresh everything really is when a restaurant is trying to do that much. Overall, this place felt like it was trying to recover from a rough start--and partially succeeded. There are definitely some highlights (that pistolet!), but also some inconsistency that keeps it from being a full win. Final verdict: 3.5-4 stars. Come for the seafood favorites, but they've got some tightening up to do on service flow and seasoning.

While walking in we were greeted today. Employees seemed highly concerned as they were all discussing they have not been paid and the owner was dodging them. Which is unfair to work for free. We ordered the #1 seafood platter and a fish plate. I also ordered extra corn and eggs but did not receive the extra items that were paid for. The foil pan was full of a lot of butter and oil! It was a family reunion of potatoes and not enough seafood in the platter. Very low on the shrimp! It's supposed to come with 20 but it wasn't. We chose Garlic Jalapeño for the seasoning but we did not taste any of it on the food. It was like butter mixed with salt, pepper, and sugar. The butter as well with a sprinkle of garlic seasoning. For the price and size of the pan the quality should be way better. The environment of the restaurant is ok. It's kind of dark on the inside you would think it's closed. I think opening the windows and taking care of employees can do the job. Will I be retuning? To be honest not sure.

We ordered Fried shrimp, with creamed spinach and onion rings. The flavor of the food was good, well-seasoned, and it was new to me to have leaf spinach served in a cheese sauce and I decided I like it! If you like your food spicy, then order the Shrimo Cocktail. It was a little spicy for me, but the flavors were good. We ordered a stuffed baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives. The potatoes skin tasted great, not sure how it was seasoned, but we liked it and the prosaic boring stuffed baked potato was really delicious when I poured the remainder of my spinach's cheese sauce over it. Desserts are homemade, and today's offerings were crème brûlée and Key lime pie. They weren't bad. The owner was welcoming and I liked our nice chat, particularly as they were short-staffed as somebody had not turned up for work. Overall, we had no real expectations going in and thought the food tasted much better than we had anticipated. Try it.

The owner who answered the phone told me that actually the employees of one of the companies in the area reserved like the whole cow. I think he said 64 lbs or something like that. Savages. But he did say they could save a piece for us if I told him when I wanted to come in. I asked him for a good time to come. He said usually they're done cooking it by 12:30 pm and then it needs time to cool down. So he suggested mid-afternoon like around 2 pm. Ok. Well what the heck. A late lunch it is then. I've always been a whore for a good cut of meat. When we got there I told the host/waiter that we had a reservation and he just replied ok and didn't bother asking our name or checking us off a list or anything. Understandable I suppose since the place was empty. When we got the menus my first observation was that a number of the prices were higher by several dollars than as listed on their website, including the prime rib. The waiter replied it's just a few bucks, and then noted it's actually been like that for a few months. When I talked to the owner later he said they're waiting for the lady who handles their website to make the update. I've posted pics of their current in store menu so you can know the current prices. I think the waiter was new. Because he didn't ask how we wanted our prime rib cooked (I had to ask him later if we have a choice). Also when I asked for more horseradish (it doesn't come with the prime rib automatically) he took my plastic thimble looking cup and just refilled it, which seemed a bit unsanitary and odd. Also I had to ask for ketchup for the onion rings. When I was signing the bill he just hovered and immediately took it. It just felt weird. I dunno. Maybe his shift was ending or something. I know this sounds weird to comment on but the water tasted off. It's the first time I've ever said that. But it just tasted weird. I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe like it already had some lemon in it? Yet there was a lemon slice on the rim of the glass. So I'm not sure. Anyway onto the prime rib. I thought it was ok. My kid absolutely loves prime rib and that's the real reason we came. But she just didn't like it here. However it is one of their most popular dishes and the way they sell out obviously folks in the area are ga ga for it. So definitely come give it a try for yourself. It comes 2 sides but not a baked potato which is $5 extra. I love baked potatoes but the extra cost made me not want to get it. The waiter said the mashed potatoes do not come with gravy but actually the sauce that comes with the prime rib is pretty thick and could easily be used for this. I thought the cream spinach was good as well as the fries and onion rings. Note the QR codes on the bill didn't work to pay. I'm not sure why. I think the waiter said something was wrong with their computers. When we asked for a to go box the lid on my gravy container didn't securely close. The waiter said that actually all of the containers have that problem. Yikes. Well just be careful you don't spill it in your car. I guess the waiter told the owner my kid didn't like the prime rib and when we were boxing it up the owner came to our table and was apologetic and super nice about it and offered to comp her plate. Now that's old school class. I've been to some of these newer places where they couldn't give a crap. But the owner here actually cares that people have a good time. So kudos to him. Their menu is extensive. And they have something for everyone. They also have a kids menu with reasonable prices. The monte cristo and pork knuckle were catching my eye. Maybe another day.
