Tried this restaurant over my trip to phoenix. They serve buffet during lunch hours. We enjoyed the variety served here. Vegetarian section had 6 curries/vegetables to try from. Non vegetarian section was awesome as well serving different dishes of chicken. We loved the authentic North Indian food served here. Food was just exceptionally delicious. The ambiance was great and restaurant was super clean. As it's located in the plaza hence there are plenty of parking spots. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this place! MUST TRY!! read more

Truly fantastic experience here at India's Flame. They've updated their dining room so it looks very clean and modern. The service is immaculate, the employees are extremely attentive to the guests. I don't know how I never tried India's Flame before the other night, but they were open later on a Sunday evening and I had a hankering for Indian food. They definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the Dal Tadka, my partner got the chicken biryani and we shared garlic naan. My partner felt it was some of the best biryani he'd ever had, and I thought the Dal Tadka was to die for. The spice level we both ordered was medium- which was perfect. The naan came with Raita and it was... amazing. I ordered takeout from here- the paneer masala, malai kofta and garlic naan and I think it came with a good amount of rice. I did wish I had the option to pick the spice level when ordering takeout like other Indian places but it was good, I just wish it was spicier. We arrived at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated promptly and served waters. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Booths along the wall and tables in the center. A Bar with 4 chairs was set up nicely. The buffet is set up along one wall. We had hoped to try their buffet but discovered that the buffet was only served until 2:30. My wife ordered the Butter Chicken and I ordered the Goat Curry. We added the Garlic Naan. Our orders came out promptly. We were both very happy with our meal. The spice level was right and the food tasted very good. The Goat Curry was very good but you have to contend with a lot of bones making it messy to eat. A great place for Indian food. My favorite Indian restaurant is in Glendale and because I live in Mesa, I don't get to go very often. Since moving to the east side I haven't been able to get really great Indian food. Tonight, we tried India's Flame and I am seriously regretting not ordering more!!! The food was wildly good!!! I ordered the Tiki Masala and Naan with rice. The portions were generous and the one meal was enough to split with my husband. This place is vegetarian-friendly and the food is so flavorful. The staff is prompt with their service and know how to manage peak customer times. My go-to order is Vegetable Korma with Garlic Naan. The portions are very generous and there is plenty for leftovers the next day. If you do plan to dine in, the is plenty of parking so that's always a bonus. read more

I'm not as familiar with Indian food so I can't review for authenticity. Taste wise, it's pretty good but a bit spicy! We got the tandoori dinner combo which had 3 different meats. The chicken was great and my husband enjoyed the lamb. The cheese naan wasn't as cheesy as I thought it'd be, I had to take a couple bites and look at it before I realized it was the cheese naan! Fish tikka curry was yummy and great for dipping but the fish was dry. Paratha just ok. Chicken biryani was good but slightly too spicy for me! The food was incredible! I went with my mother and we both couldn't stop talking about how delectable all of the different curries in the buffet and the naan were. Plus, it was about $15 per person for all you can eat which is a great price for excellent food compared to a $7 coffee. On top of that, the place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing.
