You can't go wrong with In and Out. Another great experience in this location. Five star customer service. Drive thru line can be really long on Friday afternoon, but it is so worth it. I waited for about 30 minutes to get my order , but it was so worth it. I got the yummiest cheeseburger and fries ever. Since it was hot, this time I ordered Vanilla milkshake which did not disappoint. It was a perfect drink for a hot summer afternoon. I would suggest walking in to order the food to avoid the long wait of drive thru. read more

It's a SoCal staple. If you are driving by an In-N-Out and not considering stopping then you will regret it. Don't ever be deterred by the long drive thru line just wait. It's a simple menu that's posted but then you have so many other "secret" (not so secret) options: animals style, 3x3, grilled cheese, protein style, black and white shake. Yes prices went up a bit recently but it's still cheaper than most other fast food places and what's even better is the food! I placed my order at 9:58 and didn't receive my order until 10:32. It wasn't even that busy inside. I ordered an animal fry and a shake. My number was 60. They got up to 88 and I had to go up to the counter to tell them to make my order. I've never had an experience this bad at an In-N-Out. read more

First time at this location for me on my way home from an appointment. I went around 11am and told myself I would keep driving if there was a long line, but excitingly the line was not long at all and I speedily made my order and went through the drive through! I had a larger than average order, 4 double-doubles and 4 cheese burgers. Having a restaurant background, operation of a venue is quite interesting to me. Watching In-N-Out in action is very much like watching a musical band or an Opera. Everyone know exactly what to do and everyone know what everyone else is doing. At the busiest time the person at the fry station would hold up the basket until every drop of excess oils is spilled. The training is incredible. read more

Any time I go to In -N-Out I expect to see all of them the same inside and out....except for this one...the fries are not that good...the burger is ok....it's super cold inside and the floor is disgusting...i hope someone does read my review and does something about it. They were starting to get back on track and now again they have gone back to sub par experience and food. This location gives in n out a bad name. Wet soggy bread, wilted lettuce and raw meat is not the standard anyone would expect from in n out. Needs new managment. read more

InO is difficult to write a review on. Experience is pretty on point from location to location. You'll most likely to experience high volume traffic and if you're lucky you just went at an off time. People are crazy enough to queue up in their cars causing traffic just to get their order of these delicious burgers and shakes. Now my take on this location. I feel that InO needs their own dedicated area within shopping centers. There is no good place to incorporate InO with other establishments until InO has their own drivethru and parking situation settled. With that said anytime I visit this location I never enter through the main drive way for the shopping center. (Blythe st.) I always enter through the drive way just south of the Starbucks. This gives you an easy entrance and able to get into the parking area closest to the establishment. Another option is to stay on the driveway and park in the next parking area and avoid all of the mess. Either way both options are very helpful. Either way, anyone that really wants an InO burger is crazy and willing to put in the effort and wait. it is pretty worth it IMO. Parking: Huge private lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat read more

My fave location for late night fast food in the heart of the ghetto. This review is strictly for the drive-thru as I'm not crazy enough to have a sit down meal late at night in this neck of the woods. Never had a bad experience ordering at the drive-thru here. The workers are always professional, the line moves rather quickly, my order is always correct, and the food is always just right. Hands down the only location you can go to order well done fries and actually get them crunchy in your bag. Full discretion for anyone not familiar with this part of Van Nuys... don't come here expecting too much. There's quite a bit of unhinged/high people and homeless so come at your own discretion specially later in the evening when the shopping complex is quiet and not as busy. read more

Located at The Plant, this In-N-Out shares the same quality/consistency as their other locations so we've never had a problem with the food. The employees are nice and patient (got to have a lot here in the hood lol). Because it's the hood, the customers can get sporty/testy so keep your head on a swivel. Like every other In-N-Out, parking is absolute buns so don't even attempt to park in their dedicated lot. Since it's located in a shopping center, if you have to park do so further away so that you don't get blocked in. Otherwise, be prepared to wait in the drive-thru line. read more

It was a treat going to In-N-Out Burger last night because it was the first time for the hubby and my son. Neither were thrilled because of the wait but I suggested we dine in. I think that was the better option than the drive thru plus I didn't want my car smelling like onions lol. They both loved their meals and I loved my strawberry shake. My order would have been sooo much better if my bottom bun was COLD! This is why I only could give 3 STARS. The taste was great. Honestly this isn't the first time half my burger was cold. Hard to give In-N-Out anything short of 5 stars. Burgers have been tasting the same since they opened. That drive thru line always worth the wait. It goes by quick. Service is great and always fast. She took my money out of my hand with her two fingers as if she was racist or she had a problem with African-American people when I walked up she never said hi. She never was attentive at all she just was rude when it came to giving me my change, she put it on the counter and when I told her that that wasn't OK she began to overtake me and then her and the next employee begin to laugh about it as I walked away. The food is always good, no complains there, but the place itself needs work, the restrooms are always dirty and I've seen homeless men walk into the restrooms to clean up. The service is ok but they talk a lot and mess around too much since it's a bunch of teens really they need to actually work a lot faster because people can tell they take their sweet time. read more

Honestly the hype I don't understand it. The sandwiches are very dry and not much flavor goes around. The fries are stale even with the slight salt. Animal styles is only good because of the onions and cheese. The sauce is whatever. Besides the food the employees are always welcoming and very friendly. Fast service and good attitude all around. So the only thing that made sense was to get a fast and delicious meal: In N Out *HELLO* Parking was easy at this location. The drive thru was long so we decided to just eat inside. I love how this location doesn't waste time, not that the other locations do. But to me this location was faster and got the orders out quicker than other locations. But maybe because it was rush hour time. Not sure. But regardless it was fast and delicious, exactly what we were looking for. Nothing like some classic In N Out on a Saturday night after hitting the bars! The service was great, food was amazing, and overall we really enjoyed ourselves.
