    Pork belly Benedict
    Roger G.

This place has been one of my favorites since I was a kid, I just wish it had more parking. The food is top notch, the pork belly Benedict is one of my favorites, followed by a the beagle and salmon. We have made it a couple of times for dinner, also awesome! The fresh squeezed orange juice and in house made pies are so delicious. The service is always great and attentive, the decor makes you feel like you're on a movie set. Never disappointed, ok maybe when they are out of cherry pie! Always fresh coffee.

The staff here is always warm and friendly, and the service continues to be outstanding. The servers checked in regularly, made sure everything was okay, and kept our coffee and water topped off, which I always appreciate. The restaurant has a fun retro diner vibe, and everything feels immaculately clean and well maintained. I ordered the Pork Belly Eggs Benedict, and my partner got the Chicken and Waffles. He really enjoyed his dish. Mine was a little more mixed. The benedict wasn't bad, but the pork belly was very chewy and the hollandaise could have used more acidity to balance it out. On the plus side, the hash browns were perfect. Even with that, I'd definitely go back.

Another delicious meal! Stopped in for Valentines dinner and was not disappointed. Steak and lobster was exactly what I wanted. I had asked for the rice pilaf side, but they didn't have it. Wait staff should have been made aware, but it seemed a surprise to her as well. Mashed potatoes were good, but I was expecting the pilaf, which I don't make at home. But the lobster and steak were so good, the potatoes were an afterthought. Hubs enjoyed his spaghetti with garlic toast and we were happy. Cheers! "CC"

This place is great. I love coming here and has a unique plates in history. The service is really good, but the menu is very very very large so there are so many great things to try, but I had to have the meat lovers omelette now it's called the meat lovers Sriracha, but I wasn't in the mood for that. I just did it with ketchup and I had to have cottage cheese on the side with some good coffee. I was not disappointed. I had my order in less than 10 minutes and I was ready to enjoy it. The seating is incredible and the music is great. This place is super fun to visit but make sure you get here early because Parking is a challenge.

The Horsless Carriage has been on my girlfriends hit list for a few years and we are rarely in the valley but today we felt like a nice drive to come here and get our Wanderluster diner fix. This place also came up on a ChatGPT query for the best diners in LA so we decided to make the drive to see what all they hype is about. If you don't know this diner is what it is, you might miss it being connected to the Galpin dealership. We also really love the vibe of old skool diners and this one definitely hit that mark right down to the thick padded, vinyl stools at the counter and 70s/ 80s music playing. This is officially a diner but their menu takes it to the next level. Most menu items range from $20-$30 with a few outliers ($40 NY strip, $48 prime rib, $69 lobster tail) Another side note: They make fresh squeezed orange juice incase you are here for breakfast (or any other time) Elizabeth our waitress was great! She said the owner of Galpin eats here every day, knows the menu like back of his hand & usually gets the daily specials. He also gets the buffalo chili & chicken fajitas. (side note: The buffalo they use here comes from his ranch down in San Diego) The food here is good and the reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. I got the Reuben ($21) and I don't mind mind paying $21 dollars for a Reuben sandwich & fries but I better get a LOT of food and it has to be one of the best Reuben s I've ever had. The portion size was a little small for me at that price point and the Reuben was good, not great. The seasoned fries were good and there was an okay amount. My girlfriend got the Belgian waffle combo ($16) which was 2 smaller waffles with 2 eggs and bacon or sausage. Her meal also was good, not great and she did leave a bit hungry. Again it is very important to me to get enough food with what you order. She also got a gingerbread latte ($6) and it was really good. (Their coffee that they serve is standard coffee and is not that great- but the self-serve coffee station they have for the dealership customers & salesmen is great though) They also make all their own desserts here, in-house and our waitress said that the banana cream pie is the most popular. We were in a chocolate kinda mood tho so we got the German chocolate cake ($12) and it was pretty good. I'd probably try the carrot cake or something else next time. We will definitely be back but we'll need some time to decide what to get next. Our waitress says the burgers are really good so maybe those...

Went to the used ford dealership across the street and staff suggested the diner. From the look of it, it felt outdated in decor but staff was friendly and attentive. We were sat quickly in a booth and (I felt) waiting to order wasn't TOO long...(my husband & I were hungry...and when you're hungry...waiting feels like forever). I ordered the lobster tail & my husband ordered the prime rib. For a diner, ordering seafood...isn't a go for but the lobster tail was REALLY tasty (butter? Can't go wrong). My husbands prime rib was cooked to his liking and seasoned well. Would suggest the place, even if you're not going to the dealership!

Been around the area for years but this is our first time trying out Horseless Carriage. Its a diner in the middle of all the car dealerships. They have also have an outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas. The parking lot is small but you can park on the street. It has a very locals feel to it. Everyone seems to know each other and I could even feel that home town vibe. So don't be shy to flag someone down if you need something lol. I did that for my check cause they were so busy. Todays special was the fish and chips so I had to try it. The fish they used is cod. It comes with cole slaw, actual potato chips and shredded lettuce. I recommend it! Flaky and easy to eat lol. Our server Margarita was friendly and awesome.

2/06/2026: Came to Galpin to have a vehicle serviced, and our nice service advisor gave us comps for Horseless Carriage while we wait! Their portions are generous and it's early for lunch, so we opted to share the Angus Club House Burger with fries and a slice of Carrot Cake. The burger is tasty.. the bacon is cooked perfectly and is nice and smoky. The seasoned fries are nice and crisp.. perfection! The carrot cake is so moist! Pineapple.. I don't detect coconut but that's ok. Could use more cinnamon and nutmeg but I'm not mad. It's still delicious! Our server was so sweet and personable... and her level of tolerance for the dude at the next table who is basically sexually harassing her is above and beyond! I'd have smacked him already and she's maintaining her composure.

Service was amazing. They're attentive and kind. Service dog friendly. The menu is big and they're patient, plenty of time to look it over. Cesar salad was crisp with a great dressing. Portion is small for the price; slightly larger than a small side salad for $16. Patty melt was cooked well. Slightly dry as was the tuna melt. Both sandwiches and fries were under seasoned. Great place if you're watching your sodium levels. Quaint interior and it's fun to eat at a car dealership. Worth checking out at least once.

    Cheers to Sunday Funday.

4.5 stars It has become tradition to attend Galpin's Annual Car Show with friends. This year we decided to have breakfast at Horseless Carriage first, which was great because I've been wanting to check this place out. Incorporating a restaurant into a dealership is a brilliant idea and Galpin is the first to do so. (It's great to have a place to take a break during lengthy negotiations or grab a bite while your car is being serviced.) This establishment has the looks and feel of a classic diner but servers up quality restaurant food. A lot of thought was put into the interior design, and there's even a charming little patio area where you can ponder your next purchase. It was unusually busy due to the event, so there was a short wait. We were a group of seven and Executive Chef Geovanni Euceda personally came over to us and mentioned that we could be seated right away if we didn't mind dining in the conference room. Talk about VIP service. The conference room was very nice, and it felt like we were having a family meal at home. Our server Elizabeth was very friendly. In fact, everyone on staff that day were all genuinely nice. They were serving a limited menu for the event. Our order consisted of Huevos Rancheros, Steak & Eggs, H.C. Cheeseburger, & Caesar Salad. I really enjoyed my Caesar Salad and the house made dressing was exceptionally good. The seasoned fries that came with the burger were addicting. The portions were generous and everyone was satisfied. There were some minor mishaps due to them being unusually busy but the ambience, food, & service made up for it all. I'd come back. *Small parking lot or street parking. *Live music every other Friday 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Fantastic Diner inside of Galpin Ford. We had a group of 6 so we had the private room that's on the way to the bathroom. I got the Bison burger with an 805 in the bottle. This hit the spot!

We came here after watching the LA dining scam influencer on Instagram (you know the one). This place was a verified Slam, so we had some time on our hands one day and said, "let's go!" We ordered a Cajun shrimp omelet, waffles, pancakes and the pork belly eggs Benedict. Everything was gigantic and filling. I loved the crispy take on the Belgian waffle. Just very homey, solid comfort diner food. Service was quick and my coffee cup was regularly refilled. It's pretty strong and not watered down. I would go back to try their dinner offerings. They also have a happy hour menu and loads of pies we didn't get to try. Pace yourself, and enjoy.

What a cool diner styled restaurant. Located in between dealerships and attached to the Ford dealer. The food was pretty good. Presentation was great and portions were generous. No complaints at all. The standout was our waitress. She was so friendly and helpful with everything and even gave us recommendations on what she usually would get. It was a little confusing at check in as you seat yourself anywhere but there are no signs indicating that. Other than that, a must try if youre waiting for your car or just driving by.

I placed the order Saturday morning for 5 sandwiches via Doordash and they were delivered very quickly. On the Doordash app, you can only choose large size for most of the sandwiches. Only the Italian had the small option. That sucks as I was planning to order mostly small sandwiches, but this forced me to order mostly large sizes. All of the large sandwiches were $15.95, and the small Italian was $12.50. I also ordered two small cannolis for $2.95 each. The meatball sub was still hot when it arrived, and I was seriously impressed by the ginormous size of the meatballs. The bread was barely visible next to the meatballs! See my picture for reference. Most of my friends liked their sandwiches, but the person who got the hot pastrami commented that the pastrami was super bland. I tried a bite and I have to agree. Wouldn't recommend getting this. We each tried a bite of the cannoli afterwards. It was good as well, but I think I'm not a huge fan of cannolis in general. Would probably pass on them next time and stick to the meatball sub.

We grabbed two breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one without, and both were standout in their own way. The first thing you notice? These sandwiches come out piping hot, wrapped tight and ready to go. Crack them open and you're hit with perfectly cooked eggs and an almost ridiculous amount of gooey, melted cheese. Not skimpy, not balanced, loaded in the best possible way. The Kaiser roll deserves its own shoutout: lightly toasted with just enough crunch on the outside while staying soft and pillowy inside. It holds everything together without getting soggy, even with all that cheese. * The meat version had crispy, flavorful bacon layered just right, salty, smoky, and not overdone. * The meatless one didn't feel like a compromise at all, still rich, filling, and honestly just as indulgent thanks to the cheese and eggs. The Dillinger (which is what I ordered) has Pastrami, Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Mozz Cheese, Garlic Butter and Marinara Sauce. If there's a better (big back) sandwich, I'll wait for your reply. This was soooooo gooood. In every bite you could taste each ingredient separately and it was an explosion of flavors. I ordered a small cup of their marinara sauce to dip/drizzle on each bite.....couldn't have been a better decision. Worth it. The 3 ladies that were working the front counter (around noon on 4/23) were the best. Just an all around great experience and fantastic food. I'll be back soon FOR SURE!!!!
