WTF!!!! I don't even know where to start with this Sloppy Joe. I've had a lot of sandwiches in my life, but this might be the best thing I've ever eaten on a bun. There's a burst of flavor in there that I genuinely can't explain -- whoever's back there cooking needs a statue erected in their honor. Absolutely epic. The beef tallow tater tots are the perfect sidekick -- crispy, rich, exactly what you want alongside that sandwich. Don't sleep on the banana pudding either. It's on a whole 'nother level of delicious. On top of the food, the two guys working the booth were outgoing, friendly, and clearly happy to be there. You can tell this crew puts genuine love and care into every meal they serve -- that's what makes a pop-up special. Only complaint: I wish they had a location in Arcadia so I didn't have to travel for it. Until then, I'll keep coming back. Highly recommend. read more

Firstly the service was amazing Alex made some amazing recommendations and the food was 10/10, my favorite burger joint from now on and using wagyu beef is a massive plus. Sloppy Buns has a fun, laid-back pop-up feel with a lot of personality from the mustache man and his chef partner. The Western Bacon Big Joe is loaded with two cheesy smash burgers, beef bacon, crispy onion rings, fresh sloppy joe, and honey BBQ sauce. Even with all those ingredients, it worked surprisingly well together, packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy, and the quality of the ingredients stood out. Omg got a full feast here! I had to try everything it looked so delicious, first of all if you have never had a Sloppy Joe this is the spot to have one, the flavors were so yummy and you can really taste the quality. They use 100% Australian Wagyu beef. The Smashburger was one of the best I've had the patties had a perfect sear on them. Flavor town all the way. The guys working there had excellent service, very friendly and sanitary, you can really see they care about what they are serving to their customers. All were absolutely solid. The big Joe had great flavor and was a unique twist on a traditional sloppy Joe. The tots were out of this world. Best tots I've had. My wife got the sloppy dog and that was perfectly balanced with tots! The icing on the cake is that they are fired in beef tallow which i haven't had before and it was amazing.
