I just had one of the BEST mac and rib bowls ever, and here's why.... Arby's has always been my favorite fast food chain going way back. I don't come here all the time since they're not exactly around every corner, but when I saw this steak nugget bowl on the menu board, I knew I had to try it. This thing is loaded. You get a bowl of creamy white cheddar mac and cheese that's hot and cheesy in every bite. On top of that, you get these big chunks of smoky beef rib nuggets that are tender and full of flavor. They're not dry at all. Then they add crispy fried onion rings for that extra crunch. I asked for a side of barbecue sauce and that pulled everything together. Sweet, smoky, and just messy enough in the best way! Wow! This was one of those fast food moments that actually felt like more than fast food. If you live close enough to have an Arby's near you and they've got this on the menu, don't wait. Go try it! read more

Ordered a Fish Sandwich and Roast Beef with french fries, the last time I was here. Roast Beej was good. My girl had the Filet fish sandwiches. Fries are good, particularly the curly fries. Not so much room to park. But service was ok, and food was good. Nice to visit again. read more

Can't believe this is my first time trying? Welp, it was LOL. I'm not a fan of sandwiches and sliced meat but I tried a bit from my bf's order and didn't care for it. I ended up ordering curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and nuggets and loved all of it! They were actually really good and you rarely have fast food places out here that have mozzarella sticks on their menu. I really wish more spots had them but this place makes it good! The batter they use is better than your standard mozzarella stick. We went through the drive thru to order and the guy who took our order was very nice. He was super sweet, an older man who I didn't catch the name of, who made sure to take care of our needs. He even gave us extra sauce when we were leaving. He might've been new because one of the other works had to show him how to run the credit card machine because our card wasn't working when the chip was entered. Came to this location for lunch, one of the most polite and welcoming staff you will encounter in food service, very comfortable to dine in and they also have a drive thru, came about 1pm lunch time a little busy inside busy a lot of room and space to dine in, fast service too. I had the Turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich which is not on the menu board anymore. It's one of the best sandwiches out there. Order it you will love it. Manager and staff were efficient and friendly. Put it back on the menu board. It's not discontinued thank goodness. $8.29 which was good compared to everywhere you go everything is $14.00 without a drink. And it's filling. They don't cheat you like Subway does. I dropped subway. Everything is sliced so thin and it's all bread. Too bad subway is not a drive through so when they go out of business Arby's can move in. read more

Rarely on Yelp do fast food places get above a 2.5-3 star average, but this Arby's deserves their 4.5 star average. As other reviewers indicated, the service here was excellent on our visit. We were not sure, but we think the manager helped us, but we observed the other employees were also helpful, hardworking, and friendly. We got the classic roast beef and chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches with crinkle fries as well as a Jamoca shake and jalapeño poppers. We had tried everything except the shake and poppers before and so we know compared to other Arby's they were made correctly here. The jamoca shake was like the jamoca almond fudge flavor and 31 flavors/Baskin Robbins and while we don't get shakes often we would get this one again wherever we splurged for that. The poppers had good flavor and were not too hot for us but we didn't like the amount of cream cheese in them--too much. Those who like their poppers poppn' won't find them hot enough. The restaurant was medium crowded at lunch time on a weekday and the ambiance was a little noisy. They had ample parking and we took our food to go to eat in the car. Tips: (1) get Arby's sauce and horsey sauce for your sandwich. You only need about 1 each per sandwich. The sandwiches typically won't hold more sauce than that. (2) ask for ranch dressing for fries and/or poppers. 2 ranches is good for a large fry. We definitely would come back to this location again when in the area and recommend trying them. read more

I drive through after work and they are always efficient. The food is always tasty. And there's always a smile at the window.

My son went to go get a coupon so we could use it at the drive thru and as soon as we get to the drive through the lady with terrible light pink crusted lips and her falsies barely hanging on was telling us that she was not able to take coupons today because she had seen my kid grab the coupons which is really comfortable that she was observing my child the whole entire time and didn't make since why she couldn't accept the coupon mind you they expire this month of the 31st. It was my first rewards member order so I received 25% off which made the meal reasonably priced. The update for this location hadn't been done in a very long time. The vinyl booths were suffering cracks but no holes. I ordered a beef and cheddar with crinkle fries and a jamocha shake. The fries were warm but had lost most of their moisture making them taste a bit flavorless and stale. The sandwich was fine but the cheddar was very oily, the sandwich got too greasy and wet to finish. The flavor was nice but the consistency suffered at the end since the bun was overwhelmed by the oil. The shake was great! I want to start by saying Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places, I wish there was one closer to me so I could go there more often. This location specifically is the best location. They always have the best quality, freshest taste, best customer service, and they're the cleanest. Today, I grabbed lunch from the drive-thru, Daniel took my order, and he did a great job providing great customer service while making me laugh. He also made multiple upsell attempts to increase the order total, got to give him props for that. His tactics were good for the business, and his approach was good for the customer experience because he was funny. It made me want to spend more and come back. There was no opportunity to leave gratuity, so the least I can do is write a review to give Daniel and this location the recognition they deserve. Keep up the great work guys. I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the Staff was so friendly and upbeat the entire time. They treated each guest personally and genuinely with a smile. They delivered all the eat-in orders to the tables themselves. It was a very clean facility. Employees and frequent guests were chatting and joking, which was nice to see. Very welcoming atmosphere. One of the first things I learned in my business is that your employees can make you grow or they can put you out of business. Well, THIS is the best Arby's we have ever been to! Every time we come here I comment with my wife how nice and efficient everyone is. The first person I ran into today was Johnny and then Haley, Joel, Carlos, Mark & Elizabeth (thank goodness for name tags). We live 15 miles away in Santa Clarita and EVERY time we are near here we go in and have a Fantabulous sandwich and great service. Hadn't had Arby's in years and this particular Arby's was on the way to where I was going. So we went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for $7 roast w/cheese, 2 roast beef sliders & 1 small fry & 1 large fry. Got home in North Hollywood (about 7 miles from this location) & half the order was missing. The fries were burned & were definitely not fresh, they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.
