This was my first time trying 5 Guys. I was not impressed. My son recommended the fries with the cajun seasoning. Although they were hot and fresh, the seasoning for me was just ok. My burger was soggy and nothing special to me. The food is cooked to order and the service is good. Ample parking the ambiance gives a hamburger diner type of vibe.

This is a place that you should never go because the people are rude

OK, so I follow a complete carnivore diet. I stopped by here to grab a couple of burger patties while my car charges at the charger across the parking lot. I explained to the young lady at the cash register that I wanted two burger patties with cheese. nothing else she comes back with $28 and change for two hamburgers. I said no I would like two hamburger patties she scuffed and turned and walked away so needless to say I wish there was less than one star because five guys burgers aren't that good to begin with the convenience was gonna help me, but with that attitude, I would much rather be hungry

Just what I needed! After a long day of work I stop by my favorite pick me up. Julian on the right is always so energetic and helpful! Always the best recommendations and hacks to make my burger even more delicious. Don't even get me started on his milkshake skills, out of this world. Raymond on the left is always a delight to see and even knows how much I love the cajun fries! I just had to get a pic of this dynamic duo! I can always count on these two to make my experience at Five Guys a 10/10!

Best five guys ever! Quality service, the manager Valerie really has great leadership and a great crew!

I've always been to the other location down the street by the Costco on Tampa. Wish they had more locations. Not sure why they decided to have both just down the street from each other lol. Love love love everything about Five Guys. I love how soft their buns are and how customizable their burgers are! I always get a Little Hamburger "all the way" without tomatoes. Their little is just a regular, singly patty. The Cajun fries are a must and might want to size down because they toss in extra into the bag anyway and it's plenty. I love their Cajun fries and what you consider "soggy" fries. Absolutely love them despite how itchy it makes my mouth because of my peanut allergy LOL. It's tolerable though and my allergy isn't crazy, thankfully. The staff at this location are friendly and welcoming too. Lots of open seating and it's in a really nicely lit spot so all the sunlight comes into the restaurant! Great location and awesome food. Five Guys will always be one of my top fast food spots. Well, second time here. Didn't key into the prices until today; wow. $9.50 for a "little" bacon cheeseburger, $8.50 for a hotdog with cheese, $4.40 for a "little " fry, and 2 regular drinks at $2.60 ea. $33 for two people?? This place is excessive for a hamburger fast food restaurant and nothing exotic. In-N-Out has the double-double combo @ $8.35 or The Habit double char combo is $9.79. Both combos are the same price as a "little" bacon cheeseburger. A purchase of two combos at either establishment doesn't exceed even $20! I might as well go to Red Robin where I can get a cocktail with my burger.

Receipt for two burgers, two fries, a shake, and a soda. Astronomical and insulting pricing: $60 for TWO people.

I ate here on Friday 10/4/2024 around 7:30 p.m. It is average quality fast food that is no different from Wendy's or Jack in the Box. The company tries to market it as if the food quality is better than the other chains, but it is not. I got two greasy burgers with sloppy preparation and presentation. I got soggy, greasy fries that were loaded with salt. The ambiance is sterile and depressing under the boring fluorescent lights. On top of that, the prices were astronomical and insulting for an average-quality fast food restaurant. I ordered two regular cheeseburgers, two fries, a shake, and a soda. With just a $5 tip, it came out to $60 for TWO people. What? This is what is wrong with American businesses such as this one: poor quality product, lazy business strategies, and lack of value for the customer. A total ripoff. I will NEVER eat at Five Guys again!

Burgers here is second to innout sadly. But it's still worth 5 stars! The peanuts are there for free but the fries are insanely fresh and good. I think they use peanut oil so it's fairly healthy! Make sure to try it out!

And it was written on the receipt.

The person at register was very nice. I'd never been so he explained the menu. He even threw in a drink. Unfortunately, my 1 request was no pickles. I even heard him repeat order to kitchen. They even wrote it in the receipt . It was tasty but ones I bite into the pickle that's all I could taste.

Decent burgers and great salty cajun fries. The $14 combo is perfect! This place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Lunch time and it's empty. Why? Maybe over priced for a burger and fries. And the burger is just average at best.

The dog still has the pop in the bite. Chili is like a sauce, on the runny side which I like. Mustard adds a nice sourness. Hit the spot! The guys that helped me were friendly. I'm actually glad I didn't go out of my way for it, as we only stopped by because we happened to be nearby at Lake Balboa Park. The shop itself is a tiny shack with fewer than six seats at the counter. While they have picnic benches out back, you have to head inside to order, which can get pretty cramped. To their credit, they do a good job of limiting the number of people inside at once, but I would recommend ordering to-go to avoid the tight squeeze. I tried their most popular items--the Italian and the Pastrami--and honestly, both were a bit underwhelming. I enjoyed the chopped onions, pickles, and tomatoes, which reminded me of the sandwich shops back home in Boston, but there are definitely better Pastrami and Italian-style sandwiches available in the greater LA area. I'm happy I finally crossed this off my list, but I likely won't be making a special trip back.

Our order was simple: three breakfast burritos, one hot dog, cheese fries, and onion strings. There was no reason for such a long wait. The food was even more disappointing than the service. The $15.99 Cajun breakfast burrito was one of the worst breakfast burritos I've had. It was wrapped in an extremely thick tortilla that overwhelmed the filling. There was very little meat, making it feel mostly like bread rather than a breakfast burrito. It was also extremely salty, and parts of the filling were cold, making it seem as though it hadn't been heated evenly. For nearly $16, it was completely not worth the price. The other breakfast burritos had the same issue with the thick tortilla, making them dense and unbalanced. The cheese fries were average at best, and the $9.99 onion strings were overpriced for both the portion and the quality. In total, we spent almost $80 before tip, and the meal was simply not worth it. Between the 45-minute wait, disappointing food quality, poor value, and inconsistent preparation, this was one of the most underwhelming fast-casual dining experiences I've had. I won't be coming back, and I cannot recommend this location.

We're so glad we did. We got lucky that when we came for dinner the parking lot was empty. Within about 20 minutes it was completely full with people just double parked waiting for someone to leave. This is a place that I think would best serve being able to walk to or get things to go to enjoy elsewhere. However, if you were to not dine in, you wouldn't be able to experience the very friendly and helpful staff. They're all running around taking orders, prepping parts of meals, and calling out finished orders, yet they do it with such a seamless rhythm and ease. Even when they were in full blown dinner rush mode the moved with a calmness yet urgency that I wish other restaurant employees could study. The customer service was fantastic. the interior is small, but fun. It's got the feel of a 50s diner with a mural of classic Hollywood figures. Booths and tables are a bit small, but clean and look well maintained. In all, it's a great, inviting place to eat. The food was very good. It's your classic diner fair. Nothing special but they offer everything from breakfast to sandwiches to burgers and Mexican food. Breakfast is also served all day (except for waffles much to my kids' disappointment isn't served during dinner hours). My kids tried the cheeseburger and loved it. My youngest devoured his hot dog and I really enjoyed my Ruben sandwich (though I wish I could've had it on rye bread). Honestly, my only real complaint about the food was that the fries were somewhat bland and everything felt about a dollar or two too much. Though, I will admit that is just the state of restaurants these days. I am no knocking them for that, just pointing out that this isn't really going to be a cheap meal. A tasty & filling one for sure, but not cheap. In all, you can tell why Beeps has been around for decades. It knows what it is and does it well. This is a place that can become a family staple restaurant. And with their huge menu, it would take a long time to get through everything which I love.
