Not their fault that I ignored their ads for a grilled steak burrito available only for a limited w, and also not their fault that I'm not familiar enough with their menu but I get there only to find out the limited time has expired and there were cars behind me in the drive thru line so I felt a little pressure to order something w. Huge shoutout to Cameron at Taco Bell. We had genuinely one of the best customer service experiences thus far. We were that group... changing our order like 20 times, completely indecisive, and overall super chaotic But Cameron handled it with so much patience and kindness. Not once did he rush us or make us feel awkward or annoying. He stayed calm, helpful, and genuinely nice the entire time. What really stood out was how he went beyond just taking our order. He actually talked with us while we waited and showed genuine interest in us as people. That kind of energy is rare and makes a big difference. This has been our go to since it's the closest one to us and they're usually pretty good about our orders. We always go through the drive thru and since I'm the driver, I usually have my passenger maker sure the order is all there. We went the other night to try the Enchirito finally and it was amazing! Unfortunately they messed out my other item. It was actually the first thing I ordered and it wasn't the right one. I ordered a Mexican pizza which I don't normally order but wanted to give it a try again and they gave us nachos instead. Luckily the nachos were good but wish I could've gotten the Mexican pizza. I stopped by this Taco Bell location today to take advantage of their happy hour freezes. I never been to this location before but I was in the area since I went to buy girls scout cookies from my niece who was selling nearby. This taco bell location was on the way back so I figure I would come here to try it. The lot that this Taco Bell is in is small like the other locations. When I walked in, I was going to order from the kiosk but I was confuse on the price because it was still happy hour but the prices were different. I haven't been to a Taco bell in a while so I think the prices just went up so I ordered at the cashier. I got the Blue Raspberry Electric Strawberry freeze because I never had this flavor. I thought it was pretty good so I got 2 of it. This location seem pretty cleaned and they can fit a decent size of people inside for dining. read more

Was feeling a bit hungry since it's lunch time. I have two children in the car, both under the age of two and didn't want to get them out of the car just to order food so I decided drive-thru it was and Taco Bell was the closest option I could think of near home. I've been here before previously, and I typically don't write reviews on fast food chains, but today hit differently. In a good way. I enjoy Taco Bell's food in general, but I just want to say to whoever it was that made my order today, THANK YOU!! It was stuffed like never before. It got me thinking, "now this is a TACO" (and a burrito, because I ordered that too). Drive-thru is always quick at this location and service is very quick as well. The team members I've interacted with were friendly even if it was for a short moment. As for the ambiance, unfortunately I haven't dined in since I always have children in the car and it's usually around their nap time so I can't say, but by far this location is the best I've visited/come across. I have been coming to this Taco Bell a long time. Right near Woodley and San Fernando Mission. My mom and pop live down the street from here. I stopped here last time at night and they close up at 9pm. I drive through and order some Taco Supreme and seceral tostada meals. Got my order right finally. Great staff. After numerous attempts of giving this location a chance, they never fail to disappoint me. Mistakes ranging from missing items, completely incorrect order, poor food quality including but not limited to: cold, improper mix/application of the ingredients, soggy lettuce. I am a local and live nearby, which makes this location fantastic for the family, however, I will never return to this location ever again especially after our last visit. We received our food right from the drive-thru window and all of our food and potatoes were cold ~50 degrees Fahrenheit. The food quality was of course poor as usual, but our Mexican pizza was extremely dissatisfying: missing ingredients, beans and ground beef completely separated and not blended, poor application of tomatoes and sauce, and the food was cold. You're not doing yourself any favors by ordering a salad here because it's not very good and it's not very healthy, either. Might as well have ordered the crunch wrap supreme, which I have not tried before, but the pictures look at least more palatable. They basically threw all the crap in and slammed a glop of sour cream OUTSIDE the tostada. And if you can't even get it into the thing, imagine their aim with a toilet, trash can, anything else round. I've gone into the place itself, and the workers are nice. It just would've been nice if they actually made things right. If you want a real salad, skip this place or McDonald's (also gross) and I'd suggest Del Taco's (open 24 hours) - theirs has avocado and is pretty solid. This Taco Bell beats all the Taco Bells in the San Fernando and Sylmar area. The service I receive is the same if not better than all the Taco Bells previously mentioned. But that is where the similarities end. The food is served quick, even if the drive-thru is full. The closest you will ever get to the picture is served here when were talking about food. If you're a restroom person it is good and clean. If you enjoy eating Taco Bell but you hate the service and food from the other places, this is the place for you. Make the trip.
