I know Wingstop is popular, because it is growing steadily with numerous new outlets. Clearly, you see more of them than you see its competitors. Whenever I have felt the pull for wings, it was always the place on Reseda, in Northridge. Problems there were annoyingly two-fold. For one, you have to battle the choking traffic to get there and get back. Secondly, after calling the order in, you have to once again stand in line, with the people placing walk in orders, to get what is already ready and waiting for you. Overall, the whole process was too time consuming, and irritating, to say the least. Recently, it was revealed to me that there was a Wingstop location on Chatsworth, in Granada Hills. This Wingstop is a small space, no sit down tables, only carry out. But the difference here was immediately apparent and inviting. Warm greetings, very friendly staff, lots of smiles and accommodating customer service. I was a walk-in customer for carry out, just 10 wings only. Half Spicy Korean the other half, Original Hot. That came to over $17 with one complimentary ranch dressing. All the wings for any Wingstop look very similar, if not identical. As such, in my experience, they are sometimes hard in texture and feel, with the meat dry and/or chewy to eat. But in the portions that are softer and moist, there is a density of taste. The wings are not meaty, but they are flavorful, because they are close to the bone. That is key. In summary, the Wingstop at Granada Hills, will now be my to go spot, if and when, I once again long, for wings. read more

Decided to drop by this new location since it's on the way home and semi closer than our usual location. Parking is pretty awful since it's basically located by residential/apartments so all of the street parking are basically taken up by residents. We managed to find parking on a small street nearby and just walking over so that alone was already a hassle. We walked in and were greeted by a nice young man. I was surprised they didn't have any tables or dine in as an option, only a bench to wait for your food to take out. Food took about the same time as usual. We only got their 5 piece tenders during our visit and a side of fries and a drink. Drink options were alright, not a fancy machine but slightly more options than usual. The tenders were delicious! Super flavorful and the fries were perfectly cooked. We added our own Cajun seasoning to the fries at home and it was perfect! I was happy to see the new location close to my home. There is parking available in the back of the building beside the street parking on Chatsworth Street. The free 5 piece code (5FREEGHC) was too tricky to use. I ended up giving up after trying it many different ways. The worker showed me the 5 pcs chicken was under "add more chicken" in the combo menu. The fries were overcooked with many burned ones and the chicken pieces were hard too. I wouldn't eat these, but my son likes the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper flavors. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered through the uber app to pick up. He showed up 30 minutes after the app said it was ready and come to find out someone else had picked up our order. They refused to remake our food for us even showing proof that it wasn't us that picked it up. Then my boyfriend asked to see the video footage and they once again refused. After I FaceTimed them and shared my screen showing that it was not yet confirmed on the app that I picked it up they finally started making the food. 30 minutes later and he's currently still waiting for them to finish making the food. read more

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of parking. Other than that, the best I've had so far. I have two locations near me, one is walking distance, and I drive to this location each time. They season the food so well. And the staff is so friendly! read more

Very disappointed with the customer service. I placed an order and specifically asked for extra sauce on my wings. The employee even confirmed my order with me, but when I got home and opened it, it was completely wrong. I called the store to explain the issue, and instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, I was asked if I wanted to drive all the way back. I was already home, so that wasn't convenient. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service or empathy even a simple sincere apology would've gone a long way. If you order from here, definitely double-check your food before leaving to make sure you actually got what you asked for. read more

The food was great, but I was disappointed with the customer service. I picked up my order at 1:15 p.m. and asked at the front counter if I could purchase a side of wing sauce. The cashier looked over to a coworker, who responded in an annoyed tone that they were too busy and not taking any orders. I completely understand that it was Super Bowl Sunday and likely very hectic, but the response could have been delivered more politely. Got my order wrong, missing ranch. Called the store spoke to Rosario she said she was the manager. she did nothing to remediate the issue and was not helpful. She ended up putting me on hold and never came back after long hold time. Had to hang up, very unprofessional. On top of thats wings barely had any sauce and super dryhard.
