All tasted good, but if you come to fire wings I highly recommend to try the peanut butter wings! They are amazing! The blend of flavors makes it delicious! The crusts on the wings were not crusty, they were soft and just warm. - They were nowhere near Buffalo Wild Wings' level. (Especially the Mango Habanero - BWW definitely won this!! Hands down!!). - The Thai Chili ones were not spicy at all to me (I had no other wings place to compare this on). - The Garlic Parmesan ones were the most disappointing ones the coating / the crust was just "okay" or so so (Garlic Parmesan wings from Marco's Pizza won this one!!). I called in to place an order for pick up. They advised they don't take orders over the phone and that I had to place an order online. I did so. I placed an order at 2 pm for a pickup at 430 pm for a 100 wing package. When I arrived at 430 pm , they advised me they did not have my order. I showed them a screen grab of my confirmation and they magically the found my order. I'm standing at the counter and they say they can now place the order and that it will be over an hour wait. So I'm standing there looking at them and I let them know the words "I'm sorry," has yet to be uttered. I advised them that is what thy should lead off with. The manager (Asian guy) says well they placed the order and that it will be over an hour. No "sorry" , no "we screwed up." So I offered them some life and business advice. I told him that in the hospitality business you might want to apologize if you mess up. I thought at this point he would get it and simply say that he was sorry. Instead he said he wanted make sure the order was in and that everything was finished before he apologized. Then he just looked at me, not apologizing . At this point I decided that I would no longer do business here and asked for a refund. They claim they cancelled my order but could not print anything out to prove they did so. We originally stopped by the shopping complex for a different food location, saw this place and decided to try a small portion of wings. We picked the 10 piece , bone in wing, in California rub and the Korean sauce wings. The order took about 15/20 to be ready but I believe it was worth the wait. My favorite flavor was the California dry rub flavor, but that does not mean the Korean sauced wings weren't also delicious. The wings themselves had a good amount of meat and they were fried up extremely well. We don't get to try any of the other sides but the garlic fries and the garlic noodles will be next on our list to order. I also found the amount of wing flavors they had was vast and very unique. The restaurant is quite large inside. Lots of seating and really nice ambiance. Very modern and clean. The food is amazing. We have had the 5-6 flavors and they all have been outstanding. It's a very nice selection. My daughter loves wings and this has surpassed Wing Stop as her favorite place to go. The wings here are always crispy. This is a pet peeve of mine.
