It's the kind of place you can drop by after running errands or after a long day at work. It has a more relaxed and much less rowdy vibe compared to bigger chain sports bars. As an added bonus, there's plenty of parking available! The service here has been exceptional on my last two visits. The cashiers and servers have been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They constantly checked in and made sure everything was okay. I truly appreciate service like what I have received here. The food has also arrived within a reasonable amount of time. This restaurant offers over 20 different sauces and dry rubs to choose from. They offer flavors like Sriracha, Salt & Pepper, Malaysian Dry Rub, Jamaican Jerk, Teriyaki, Fire, and even Peanut Butter (I'm not brave enough to try this flavor!). I usually stick with their Fire sauce. This flavor is the spiciest one on their menu. I'm a huge fan of spicy foods, so I kick it up a notch by ordering my wings extra wet. When you ask for your wings to be extra wet, they take the request very seriously. You'll have a puddle of sauce underneath all your wings. I love to dip my fries in all that spicy goodness. The wings here are cooked to absolute perfection. They are bursting with flavor in every single bite. The Fire sauce has a heat level that builds slowly but lingers for a considerable amount of time after you finish eating. I like to pair my wings with fries. They offer two choices for combos: seasoned fries and regular plain fries. The seasoned fries are lightly seasoned with spices, crispy, and perfect for dipping. The regular plain fries are classic fries with the same crispiness as the seasoned fries, but they are only seasoned with salt. Those are also perfect for dipping. Overall, this restaurant offers exceptional service, a nice variety of sauces to choose from, and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other sports bars. I called in to place an order for pick up. They advised they don't take orders over the phone and that I had to place an order online. I did so. I placed an order at 2 pm for a pickup at 430 pm for a 100 wing package. When I arrived at 430 pm , they advised me they did not have my order. I showed them a screen grab of my confirmation and they magically the found my order. I'm standing at the counter and they say they can now place the order and that it will be over an hour wait. So I'm standing there looking at them and I let them know the words "I'm sorry," has yet to be uttered. I advised them that is what thy should lead off with. The manager (Asian guy) says well they placed the order and that it will be over an hour. No "sorry" , no "we screwed up." So I offered them some life and business advice. I told him that in the hospitality business you might want to apologize if you mess up. I thought at this point he would get it and simply say that he was sorry. Instead he said he wanted make sure the order was in and that everything was finished before he apologized. Then he just looked at me, not apologizing . At this point I decided that I would no longer do business here and asked for a refund. They claim they cancelled my order but could not print anything out to prove they did so. Fire wings has moderate space inside with ordering counter when you first walk in and seating and bar on the far left side of restaurant! It's has a large variety of wing and side options! My favorites are hot wings and Thai chili flavor. The service is great the price is reasonable and flavors and cook on chicken is great! The ranch is really good which elevates the chicken. The crusts on the wings were not crusty, they were soft and just warm. - They were nowhere near Buffalo Wild Wings' level. (Especially the Mango Habanero - BWW definitely won this!! Hands down!!). - The Thai Chili ones were not spicy at all to me (I had no other wings place to compare this on). - The Garlic Parmesan ones were the most disappointing ones the coating / the crust was just "okay" or so so (Garlic Parmesan wings from Marco's Pizza won this one!!). The chicken inside was lack seasoning. Being the dryer rubbed wings.. it lacked some taste. The wet / sauced wings were definitely helped by the sauces flavor. I ordered the Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper. Absolutely delicious and flavorful! They also have multiple TVs inside and a bar that serves a variety of beer. We originally stopped by the shopping complex for a different food location, saw this place and decided to try a small portion of wings. We picked the 10 piece , bone in wing, in California rub and the Korean sauce wings. The order took about 15/20 to be ready but I believe it was worth the wait. My favorite flavor was the California dry rub flavor, but that does not mean the Korean sauced wings weren't also delicious. The wings themselves had a good amount of meat and they were fried up extremely well. We don't get to try any of the other sides but the garlic fries and the garlic noodles will be next on our list to order. I also found the amount of wing flavors they had was vast and very unique. I've seen the sign for this place for a few years and always wanted to stop by. I recently bought a Tesla and decided to stop by because of the new charging station in the parking lot. The restaurant is quite large inside. Lots of seating and really nice ambiance. Very modern and clean. The food is amazing. We have had the 5-6 flavors and they all have been outstanding. It's a very nice selection. My daughter loves wings and this has surpassed Wing Stop as her favorite place to go. The wings here are always crispy. This is a pet peeve of mine. As the food is amazing, I've never had many issues with it. My only complaint is online orders. I placed an order online for my food to be ready by 11:45 and it was ready at 11am. By time I received my food it was cold. I understand some people might be happy their food is ready earlier than expected & I dont mind the extra few minutes. However 45 minutes is unacceptable & makes me question why there is an option to order ahead when my food will be served whenever the staff feels like it. 3 stars for many flavors. No five stars because like everyone else they are just not consistent. The have a billion flavors and no cajun. That's a sin. I can come one day get a nice batch and the next get a soft gummy batch that I have to reheat at home. It seems nobody knows how to fry chicken consistently and in their defense all wings spots are like this. It boggles the mind how people cook wings every day and cant be consistent. Undercooked, overcooked, too dry or too wet. Also they dont travel well. You almost have to eat them there otherwise you get home and you got cold inconsistent wings or warm dry gummy wings or next time sweaty wings. For the price they have to be consistent every time. You cant let just anybody cook wings. The main problem is they dont want to pay real wages so they hire young kids and the kids haven't lived long enough to know how to cook wings and many dont even care what they serve you. I can only imagine how sanitary they are or not. I'm now just over it. I buy my own and cook them at home and they are torch every time. I see where this is going pretty soon wings are just going to faze out. Lastly, they are not full wings all these places break wings down and sell wing pieces. Fire wings are good when they are and undercooked with minimal sauce other times. Catch them on a good day. I now look to see who's cooking when they are good, when I come back if that person isn't there I go somewhere else. Fire wings could be something if they really tried. I've been here the last 2 Wednesdays for their 88 cents/wing (10 wing minimum) and each time I was hella hooked up with an extra 2-5 wings. Ordering online is easy, otherwise ordering in person around 6-7pm means a 20-25 minute wait. So far I've tried the following: - Korean Kick - this was actually one of the first flavors I tried and it wasn't memorable lol - Lemon Pepper - also one of the first flavors and I preferred Wingstop - Peanut Butter - very subtle flavor. Wish it was more prominent, but it reminded me of thai chicken satay but more light. - Malaysian Rub - not memorable - Garlic Fries - light garlicky taste. Sizeable portion. - Dragon - light heat.
