Had our first experience with Fire Wings at Rancho Cucamonga a year ago. We were amazed by their flavors of seasonings and delicious wings. We craved those wings for a long time after that first time, but couldn't travel that far just for wings... And we found this location by Yelp. Yay!! Only 26 miles away from our place. Chatsworth location had great wings as well. Juicy wings with full of flavors. Not overpowering, just right amount of spicy and sweetness on Thai Chili wings, and so savory aroma and flavors on Jamaican Jerk wings. I came to fire wings three days in a row and today on my third day I received oversized boneless wings and oversized bone in wings. I requested for my order to be extra crispy and they were not. I called the store to address this concern and let them know of my unsatisfactory. The initial representative told me that I did not order my wings extra crispy when my receipt confirms I did. She then put me on with the manager named Chayse, who then told me they apologize for this, however to contact DoorDash as they are not able to refund or give me even store credit which shows me they don't care. I ordered my meal directly on the website of fire wings and don't even have a DoorDash account. Sad that I won't be coming back here especially when my son enjoyed them it and I live three minutes away. I use to literally swear by this place. The first 5-6 experiences I had were always great. One thing recently I'm noticing the last few times I've had it is each time the wings are getting worse & worse in quality. A bunch of deformed looking massive drumsicks. The service was decent first off. My red flags usually go off when I see only teenagers running the spot, but it was a very clean in there and they seem to be doing a good job. My order was ready when I arrived due to the online order that I made. So when I got to my car I had to verify my order was good as always. I can actually see that the chicken was lacking seasoning. We came here excited about the reviews and the varied menu options but were shocked when we noticed that the boneless chicken wings were actually made of fake / processed / foamy chicken. Their regular wings are fine, but the fact that they sell their boneless wings off as chicken is misleading. They're more similar to McDonald's style chicken nuggets. Ironically, I was looking at Fire Wings this week in another location so I wanted to try this. When you walk in, it's a simple fast food order counter with menus. There are a lot of choices. I wanted wings but the flavor choices are overwhelming. Chose buffalo and bbq. My son had the original sandwich. We each had fries but could have split them. After you order, you see a full bar. No one was working there but it said there's beer on tap. This place has tons of promise. There are a lot of TVs turned to sports all over the seating area. Food is really good. Really liked the wings and fries. My son liked his sandwich better than Chick-fil-A. I think this place is way better than the full service wing place in Northridge. My son agreed. Ordered delivery from this place the other night and got the 20 piece-family pack. We got 2 orders of lemon pepper and buffalo stampede (all boneless). I agree with the other reviews regarding the lemon pepper seasoning, it's good but subtle and it could have had more seasoning/flavor. The buffalo stampede was great. If I had to compare it to anything I would say it reminded me of original hot from wingstop but with 1.5X more heat; which is perfect for someone who likes a good flavor + heat combo. Additionally, the sauce is slightly thicker than what I've seen at other places, so each piece was fully coated (which is pretty important to me, especially if I'm getting boneless). If other flavors are as bold as the stampede, I would probably not get the lemon pepper next time and try some new menu items. Other items I got with the family Pack: - Large Fries were good; no complaints. - Veggies: sorta small ; like 6 pieces of vegetables. I ordered a 10 piece with Salt and pepper and Saigon street flavors as they seemed popular on Yelp. I really enjoyed the salt and pepper wings (8.6/10). Most of the wings were perfectly crispy and seasoned perfectly. I loved the onions and peppers. I liked the Saigon wings too (7.9/10) but I'll be back for the salt and pepper. I was craving wings and BWW was packed with a one hour wait! Fire Wings was playing the same football game! I looked up wings nearby and found Fire Wings and we decided to give it a try. I called in to see if they were packed and got a quick answer (not even 2 rings) saying they weren't packed at all, I'm not sure why because their wings are pretty good! We just ordered food from fire wings in Chatsworth. The food is fire! We ordered three different kinds of wings. We got the lemon pepper, the traditional buffalo and the Saigon Street wings. The gentleman Michael that runs the restaurant did such fantastic job, delivering our food on time and hot, we really appreciate it! We also got delicious fried zucchini, and just because we wanted to be a little healthy. We got sides of carrots and celery because we felt a little guilty. A tall skinny man but when he had to talk to a customer about picking up a item she ordered. He made no effect in having a conversation with her due to her not really being able to speak English. His vibes were rude and if I didn't already pay, I'd walk out. I don't want a refund but I won't recommend this place to anyone I know of. They are so small the order of 10 wings no longer gets a full box - it's a 1/2 size box. The previous owner used the full box and it hardly fit. The sauce has been thinned out. I ordered both the buffalo & Louisiana rub both have been diluted. I am very disappointed because this was the ONLY good wing spot in my opinion in SFV. Chatworth. The lemon pepper was pretty sour, Buffalo was pretty hot despite it being only two s on their menu, Saigon (I would recommend only if you enjoy Vietnamese fish sauce), peanut butter (not sure how I felt about this but it wasn't terrible) and the fire wings. Personally, didn't think the fire wings were especially hot. I thought the Buffalo ones were around the same spice level. Service is extremely friendly and they have a full bar! We got 3 different flavors but my fav was the honey chili I believe and my husband loved the lemon garlic- very good meaty wings! No nasty fatty pieces - so yuck I can't stand that feeling. The fries were at the right crisp levels as well. The restaurant was very clean and very nicely roomy between people plenty of space which I appreciated. The service was good but I think the cashier was new - I asked a few questions and got batting on the eyelashes. This is my new favorite wings spot, hands down. There are so many options for flavors, but you can really customize how you want the wings prepared. There is nothing worse than a soggy wing, so I love the option to get them crispy! This spot is located where the old Bally's and a bowling alley were in Canoga Park/Chatsworth. Plenty of parking and fast service make this place worth the stop. Do yourself a favor and if you need wings for super bowl, place the order well in advance because they shut down orders after a certain time and you can't walk in.
