Yesterday I was craving wings and wanted to find a place that wasn't commercialized. I wanted something that tasted home-cooked. And I found Chic Wings! I called in a pick up order and the lovely lady over the phone was Liana. I called in an order and called again 2 times after adding more to my order. And of course I felt bad for having to call over and over again, but Liana made me feel like it wasn't a problem at all. She was kind and felt genuine. To me that was already a good sign. I came in and my food was HOT AND READY. Liana was such a joy to speak too. She was kind and generous and it's rare to come up on that. This was the type of connection I wanted to get from a food that was my favorite. THEY HAVE THE BEST DEALS ON BONE IN CHICKEN I SWEAR. I can't find anywhere with a better deal than them! And when I finally tasted the food, WOW. They definitely are no wingstop, and dare I say it surpasses it completely! Wings are big in size and cooked perfectly with crispy skin and juicy meat. And not to mention the flavors! I got the classic favorites: Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper and Orginal Hot. And wow, you can taste the differences in sauces they make compared to other places I've tasted. It's saucy and not dry. Each wing is covered in flavor. Walked in to order for Togo on Saturday around 8pm. No wait and only took 10-15 min for my order. The man taking order was very sweet, he was kind, patient, and very nice. There's no restroom and there's a couple of tables to sit down and eat. There's a small shared parking lot with the other businesses in the lot. The food was very affordable and delicious!! We ordered Uber Eats - 2 Jumbo tenders and 20 wings for $20. Some of the worst fried chicken I've had. Slimy sauce, stale fries. The order was for 2 jumbo tenders that looked smaller than any tenders I've had at any other fried chicken place. The fries were packed in bags, literally bags. Terrible value for 2 jumbo tenders that were not jumbo and did not taste good, especially for a $20 meal. Fries were not even a bit crispy probably because they were packed in those bags. We ordered, lemon pepper, buffalo, mango habanero, chicken tenders, curly fries, Parmesan fries, and regular fries. I will give credit where it's due. The mango habanero was delicious and very saucy. Lemon pepper was too salty, mild buffalo was juicy and taste was good too. Curly fries, burned. Tenders, overcooked and burned. "Regular fries" had a bunch of cracked pepper which is the opposite of the picture they advertise as their "regular seasoned fries" so for spending 100 and only eating one or two things, it was not worth it for me. read more

First time trying Chic Wings and I was very impressed. I ordered to-go and they were timely with their preparation and made sure there were enough plates, utensils, ranch, etc. The selection was great and the chicken was great quality. I am very sensitive to chicken smells and food in general, but this place has my vote. My favorites were the lemon pepper and the buffalo but they have a huge selection. Great wings! We grabbed takeout for regular wings and boneless wings. Everyone enjoyed it and it actually traveled well. The dry lemon pepper was pretty good. I'm torn about this place. It used to be a wing spot I loved, but then they changed ownership, and now I'm not so sure. One major downside is their early closing time; they shut down by 9 PM, which is a letdown since I often crave wings after a night out. I tried their wings during the Wednesday special--80 cents each, which is rare in this market. However, they have strict limits: you can only choose one sauce, even for a large order of let's say 20 wings, and you can only place one special order. So if you're ordering for two people, only one of you get's the deal. The wings were tasty and well-cooked, but they were smaller than what I'm used to with boneless wings. As a huge wing lover, I was left feeling like I barely ate anything after ten wings. I might go back to try different flavors, but it could be a while. I usually prefer local spots over chains like Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings, as those don't compare to what a good wing should be. I have never seen such a variety of mouth-watering flavors. And I can say that although I haven't tried every single flavor yet, I have tried most of them and each one surprises me every time. The wings are crispy on the outside, tender and cooked to perfection on the inside, and absolutely PACKED with flavor. Mild, spicy, umami, sweet, there's something for everyone and they're all delicious. I'm not a major wing fanatic but this place made me one. Also!! they have delicious side sauces. Nice little wing shop. I was not sure what to get but ended up with the salt & pepper ones and the Cajun spicy ones. They were both very good and still hot & crunchy even after I took them back to the hotel I was staying in. The blue cheese and spicy ranch sauces were good, although I do wish the regular ranch would have been the really good restaurant/homemade taste and not the bottled Hidden Valley Ranch kind.
