Food is fine, just like any other Jersey Mikes but customer service is terrible. I ordered a sandwich which was a cheese steak, then a guy comes in after me and orders 2 cheese steaks and he gets his order before me. He was obviously a regular because they all greeted him by name, but you still shouldn't take care of someone who came in after another customer. I have had a couple of quick and delicious lunches at this Jersey Mikes and have been pretty satisfied with the quality of my food and overall service whenever I have stopped by. It has a standard sandwich shop vibe and while I typically place my orders online, the staff has been very quick and efficient during my pickups. I do appreciate that they always include napkins with my orders as I have gone to other locations that don't provide napkins and I always tend to forget to grab some. OMG I've fallen in love with this sandwiches place by way of my son. He was at a track meet and I was in route and I was looking for a sandwich to buy him from Subway. There was no subway nearby so I thought about this place. I found one close to where I was. I purchased a turkey sandwich on white bread with the lettuce, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Very basic. I was a little nervous that he wasn't gonna like the sandwich because he's been used to eating Subway nonetheless from the Track field. He yelled out I want more of that sandwich. It was delicious. When we got in the car, he expressed more about how delicious it was the bread, the freshness of the meat, the freshness of the shredded lettuce, and the ingredients. we raved about this place he wanted a morning, noon and night. The service was wonderful and polite and the store was nice and clean. I really like the wood decor and ambience. They also give a free chocolate chip cookie to Kids. I don't usually write reviews but after a few hours and thinking about the customer service I need to write a review. They were so welcoming from greeting us at the door to smiling and explaining the menu to giving us his name and writing his managers name on the receipt. I came here for lunch since my sons' school was having a fundraiser. I came in a minute after opening and was surprised to see all of the workers already hard at work fulfilling what I assumed was a catering order. They were at least a dozen subs in which meant these guys were here before the listed opening time working on sandwiches. I appreciate the dedication. I also think they appreciated an excuse to take a break as I had 2 employees working in tandem to make my order. They did it quickly and with a smile all while chatting with me in a way that didn't feel like small talk. It really felt like the appreciated me being there & were happy to make my sandwich. Even if that's not true, I appreciated them making it seem that way. My sandwich (tuna sandwich) was delicious. The portions were great and the large size was big enough that I was able to get both a lunch and dinner out of it. So it's a great way to stretch your dollar (though, I will say if you get it Mike's Way, there's a good chance all that oil will get your bread soggy over the day). In all, I had a wonderful, albeit short, visit to Mike's but I was able to get 2 wonderful meals out of it across the whole day. I will certainly be back. read more

Very rude service by an employee working the afternoon shift today. This employee seemed visibly annoyed by everything that I said which was evident via the employee's facial expressions, rude tone, and remarks. This employee was also rude to the person who came in after me. Surely, we aren't the only customers who have encountered this employee's wrath for no reason. Definitely will not be returning to this location and I advise others not to either unless you want to be met with rude behavior for doing nothing but ordering a sandwich. read more

Hi there, everyone I wanted to share this with either management corporate and customers I've never ever encountered the type of service that I received from one of the employees from this specific location today I work around the area I go to all these places in this plaza to eat lunch, today was the worst Day to eat lunch at this establishment this person which is a worker for Jersey Mike's has given me horrible service I've never encountered so much negativity from a person. I have no idea if it's because of my race or gender or the type of way that I was not at the right place at the right time so to speak I went in today about 3:30 PM today to get a mini sandwich a turkey sandwich which I love from Jersey Mike's I considered Jersey Mike's a wonderful eating restaurant to go by your favorite sub. I would consider a 10+ on the food service with with this specific person that gave service for me today I'll give them a minus one I've never ever in my life have felt so humiliated by this employee I asked for my sandwich a turkey sandwich, a mini turkey sandwich on a rosemary bun. I got a plain bun aside from that. She was very rude. I asked her and told her that I wanted cheese on the sandwich and in response she says what kind of cheese or what? What what do you mean by cheese? Also, I encountered that at the same time her asking me these questions about my sandwich that I was going to go ahead and eat She was at the same time felt trolling me. I came in to this location where the staff that was closing was non caring did not want to help take the order. The guy that was working was wearing black gauge earrings and he looked like he was more interested in drinking his drink than caring about what I wanted to order. This location is literally a block away from me. Spacious, bright and clean. Easy, convenient and freshly made sandwiches that are made right when you place an order. This place is HORRIBLE. The first time I ordered online. I specifically put on the description to add tomato onion pickles and lettuce. After I picked up my sandwich the only thing it had was lettuce. So I called the shop and complained to the manager. He said the next time I go in they'll give me a free sandwich. I decide to give them a second chance and go in again to order 2 sandwiches. When I told them about my situation the last time they said the manager wasn't there and couldn't give me a free sandwich like the manager said. Since I was there I still ordered the sandwiches. They made one hot sandwich and took 10 min to make the other one. By the time I got the second sandwich the first one was cold already. This is supposed to be a fast food place. Today is 10/13/22 8:15pm. The guy with the glasses and pony tail wasn't helpful or cared about sanitary issues. The sanitizer at the door entrance was not working, I asked him do you have any sanitizer and he replied no, then I asked him do you have a bathroom so I can wash my hands before I eat? He said the bathroom did not work. He didn't even attempt to help me or fix the issue but wanted me to eat my sandwich unsanitarily. I had to get to napkins and hold my sandwich with a napkin because of this negligence. If anyone sees this please fix this problem. If you don't have sanitizer at least the bathroom has to be open! One or the other! you cannot lose both or you're going to bring disease to the whole San Fernando valley again and we got to go through this covid BS again. read more

I stop in here relatively often, and while the staff is always nice and the sandwiches are consistent there is one issue that comes up time and time again that lead to me wanting to write this review. The card reader/register is held together with rubber bands and bubblegum. The system is ALWAYS down or barely limping along, leaving the poor employees to apologize for something that ownership is clearly too cheap to fix. Last time I was in I had to manually input my card info. The time before, a long line of people was stuck waiting an additional 20 minutes because the system just wouldn't work at all. Other times I've had to swipe/chip/tap about 15 times for it to work. For a large national chain this is unacceptable. Jersey Mike's corporate should be appalled that the owners of this franchise refuse to fix this issue. read more

Went in to get two giant sandwiches for my kids after picking them up from school... putting my order in a (female) employee seemed like she hated her job and was forcefully taking my order. So, I just ignored her attitude and put in my order since my kids were hungry. Another female associate wrapped my first giant sandwich where I asked her nicely if she could please rewrap the sandwich because it was not aligned in the middle and was kind of falling to the side, she took the sandwich and rewrapped it again with additional paper. I was very happy and told her thank you. For my next giant sandwich... I kept over looking at the hot grill area where they make the hot sandwiches to see if the "rude employee" was not going to do anything funny with my food because I'm a bit worried at this point; because of her attitude. So, while she was putting the ingredients in the hot sandwich; it too didn't fit on the wrapper just like the first sandwich; so again... I asked her nicely can you rewrap it with extra paper you use... she said no it's fine, while doing so, she spilled out the whole half sandwich and started to tuck it in with her fingers; which looked gross because she touched everywhere else with the gloves she was wearing. So, I told her that looks disgusting... why would you stuff it in and squish the whole side of my sandwich?!?! (my whole sandwich fell out and she just wrapped it with barely any paper and stuffed it in the brown bag. When I asked for her name; she threw a fit and didn't want to tell me her name. I said I wanted to contact corporate regarding this matter... she said na... nope nope... and walked away. Another associate told me he would take my name and number and give it to their manager... sir... I don't need to speak to your manager, I want to report this to corporate. So, since she looked like she was ignoring me and not giving me her name, I started recording her to tell corporate who it was going to be that I was indicating. She charges me from across the back counter and is about to hit me!!!!! Who does this employee think she is?! You charging me in front of my kids all because I asked for your name and for you to re-wrap my sandwich? The other employees barge in front of me to block her from hitting me! The guy employee touches my phone and blocks me from recording her actions, when their clearly not taking the phone away from her from recording me or trying to hit me... it's COVID times, your not allowed to be more then 6 feet close to me by CDC requirements. By the way... they were not wearing any masks which is required to prep any food contents by CDC. Horrible experience, disgusting manners and she had no decency in any manners as an employee. Customer is always right! Don't stuff my food with your dirty fingers, yell over my food and the food prep table or charge me acting like your about to hurt a customer that just wanted you to get a rewrap on the sandwich they ordered. I spoke to the co-owner or the jersey mikes location and he says he's in a headache with the other owner of the location and is in a law suit already. Sir, I don't need to hear your problems with management or ownership of a location. I needed you to fix my issue not tell me I'm the aggressor.
