What a big surprise! I was in the area replacing my windshield on my Range Rover and I was told it was going to take an hour. Since I'm not familiar with this area and I was hungry, I asked for a recommendation for a quick bite to eat, they suggested BEEPS FAST FOOD. I went there and the 1st thing I noticed was how crowded they were....that's a good sign. I ordered a hot pastrami and fries. The pastrami was super lean the way I like it and the fries were really good. They have a great menu and the people there were really nice. i would recommend this place to anyone in the area. You won't be disappointed.!!!

If you are looking for a classic old school fast food joint that isn't one of those franchises, come try Beep's. A great little shop serving up amazing food from a friendly and helpful staff. Beep's has a nice outdoor seating area which is perfect to enjoy their delicious food. I tried their Bacon Cheeseburger which was a delight. The bacon was crispy and went well with the fresh lettuce, beef patty, and cheese. Overall a great burger. Their Curly fries are also seasoned well and taste amazing.

where do I start? this....place....f@cks!!! Yes, perhaps the outside is not the best and parking is super limited, but all of that pales in comparison to the price, service, and taste. the burger special was fresh and like $10 (came with fries and a drink) and tasted great! the hot dog had a hot link and was a danger dog style without the bacon and put me in a coma after.

I had a tasty cheeseburger special that comes with fries and a drink of your choice. I had to pay an additional fee for an extra patty on the cheeseburger since the special was a single patty. Service was average since I had to pick up at the register when it was ready. The atmosphere you are here for what we have, get the service food, then eat it, or take it and go out. Parking is okay, small but available, with a short wait. Other customers rave about the pastrami sandwich and breakfast burrito. I might try these someday.

Delicious food, great service, love the atmosphere inside. They have the best shakes, my personal favorite is their banana. Everything I've had has been delicious but my favorite so far is the Reuben. I also highly recommend the onion rings.

Such a mad lunch rush at 12:50pm! We walked in right before the crazy walk in rush for their delicious classic burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. We got their classic single cheeseburger with everything except pickles and fries. It's a definitely order quick and take it to go or sit in their mini 50's vibe diner booths inside. I got to come back to try their "world famous steak and cheese sandwich."

I don't usually leave these because it's not worth my time but this has got to be the worst breakfast Ordered the biscuits and gravy an it was the most bland sauce ever, no sausage bacon was rubbery and the eggs were still pretty raw. I had to add so much of my own stuff to give it some flavor. I ordered my little girl some strawberry pancakes, and the pancakes were so sour and the whipped cream was so lumpy. we got horchata and it was the most watered down one we've ever tried. I got a hot dog that was like they just got it out the fridge and put it on bun that straight out of the bag with the biggest onions chunks Iv always been excited about this place since I was born and raised in the valley and Iv always seen this place and I love dinners but probably the biggest let down I think one star was pretty generous, and I will let everyone that asks about this place about this experience.

This is a vintage valley gem with the best milkshakes in town - especially the butterscotch! I've been coming here since a kid in the 80s so it gives me nostalgic feels but it's also a classic burger joint with its neon lights and good 50s bebop tunes. The service is always friendly but expect a wait since food is made fresh and is pretty busy. But it's worth the wait! The quarter pound angus cheese burger is my staple here with crinkle cut fries and very creamy buttermilk ranch. Breakfast is also served all day so that's a score! Parking can be tough since there's a tiny parking lot on a busy street.

What a legendary place. Sooooo many different options from subs, burgers, sides, shake, malts etc. something for everyone! It sounds overwhelming but i feel like you can't go wrong with what you choose. Go with your first instinct and initial craving. My go to is always the shakes here. You can't beat the pricing - handmade and such rich creamy flavors. Service is always amazing and they do a great job of bringing that 70s old school dinner vibe.

Chili cheese fries but they forgot the cheese

I have never left a bad review but my experience here on 03/22 12:30pm was just horrible. I just spent $50 and I Am so disappointed in the service. I've came to this location plenty of times. I ordered ahead online and when I got to the window I waited about 8 min and not once was I acknowledged. I figured they were busy so I stepped inside and of course I waited another 10 min. The two workers were to busy talking and flirting with each other not once did I get acknowledged or told "we will be with you in just a second." So after waiting 10 minutes the guy nudged the girl and she looked over and came to take my order. I informed her it was a pick up order and of course my order was there the entire time. Once I arrived home my order was wrong. The chili cheese fries didn't even have cheese! HORRIBLE experience after spending $50!

I don't find myself in Van Nuys very often and when I do, I look to Yelp to find great places to eat and tonight I was craving a great pastrami burger and Yelp steered me to Beep's. First off, this place has an old skool 50's burger joint vibe to it. With the neon, 50's actors & singers on the wall inside set to 50's background music, the vibe was great. But better than the vibe, was the food - and prices! I got the Pastrami Burger ($7.69) which is a great tasting beef patty topped with grilled pastrami, lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle. I couldn't believe it was only $7.69 - but it was a nice big burger and tasted great! I got the meal deal which gives you fries and a drink for $4.59. I upgraded to onion rings for an additional $1.15 and the onion rings were great! On a side note, they charged me $.50 for a side of homemade ranch. My meal total before tip came out to $15.76 and I was definitely satisfied with the quality, taste and portion size. I'll definitely be back next time I find myself deep in the valley!

I usually order this same meal and genuinely love it, but today just felt like a miss. The toast was extremely thin and hard--almost more like a crisp than bread. I asked if there was another option or even just a different slice, but was told that all the bread was like that, which was surprising since that hasn't been my experience here before. The house-made jam was also off today--it was much more watery than usual and didn't have that same rich texture I'm used to. The potatoes were underwhelming as well--lacking seasoning and slightly burnt. I will say, the server was kind and did bring out a vegan date pastry after I had already received my bill, which I appreciated. It just wasn't something I would typically choose, and nothing was adjusted on the bill. For the price, I just expected more consistency and care, especially from a place I usually really enjoy. I don't mind paying for a good meal, but today it just wasn't up to par. I'm hoping this was just an off day because I've had much better experiences here in the past and would love to see them get back to that.

Both of the flavors are just so well crafted, plus you get so much avocado with each of your dishes. We were really excited for the tiramisu French toast though. While two kind waiters originally came to our group to just offer coffee and water, a hostess randomly came up to our group and rudely said "well, your group has been here for 40 minutes now and still haven't ordered and we need the tables". First and foremost, our group had not been there for 40 minutes yet, and if we had been, that would have showed how delayed their service was. Secondly, the hostess came off very rude and aggressive, she could have asked if we were just ready to order. Finally, we had been waiting for someone to take our order the entire time! We kindly advised we had been waiting to order. She ruined the vibes for the entire group, and we did not feel welcome for the rest of the experience. The waiters were extremely kind, just not whoever the hostess was on 5/9/26. Waffles came out first, would have made more sense to have them after the main meal. Eggs Benedict were very traditional, seasoned well but nothing to rave for. They definitely have a different take on chilaquiles, not what I was expecting but decently seasoned. Food is around 6.5-7/10. Well seasoned, flavorful but not unique. Not coming back to this location to due the experience unfortunately.

Weekends will be busy and there will be a wait for a table, but I ventured in with some friends on a Wednesday, and we were quickly seated. On this occasion, our server took a fairly long time to come to our table, and was very low energy. One got the sense that she may have been preoccupied with some things, but she was still professional and did everything that needed to be done, so let's just chalk up the lack of enthusiasm to a Wednesday blues. I ordered the Hash Benedict, which replaces the traditional Canadian bacon with Corned Beef Hash but otherwise has all the usual Benedict elements. The eggs were poached nicely, with just the right amount of "runniness" to them, and the Hollandaise sauce had a pleasingly acidic bite and an enjoyably light consistency. The corned beef hash, however, was unmemorable. Not much flavor and perhaps a bit too heavy for adding so little taste to the dish. One friend ordered the Fort Lox, which is the Nook's take on the Jewish deli staple, Lox, Eggs and Onions. It was a generous portion, expertly scrambled, and served with properly browned breakfast potatoes. He ate every bite, and enjoyed it. His wife ordered the Big Mamma Omelette: eggs whites folded over spinach, veggie sausage, garlic, jalapenos and mushrooms, then topped with melted mozzarella. This was also a very generous portion, again served with nicely browned potatoes. Lots of ingredients, lots of flavor, and lots of satisfaction. All in all, this was a good, mid-week breakfast, though I'd not order the hash again (that's a personal thing), and I hope our server finds some bliss in the coming days.

The Lox Benedict is just phenomenal-- eggs runny to perfection, English muffin nicely toasted, the lox is very good quality and their Hollandaise sauce that's topping Benedicts is just out of this world. Perfect in smooth texture and consistency, and with flavor notes of lemon juice, egg yolk, some salt and cayenne pepper, their sauce is the true headliner and completes this amazing breakfast dish. All ingredients work so well together and as you take your first bite, you know you're now in the territory of a very pleasant morning. My Benedict was accompanied by super tasty freshly made breakfast potatoes. I like to order mine slightly well done, with a bit of char on them. I normally finish out my breakfast with that cup of coffee and their home made strawberry and apricot jams that they serve you complimentary at the table. Nat's has vibes of an old school diner with waiters who are still genuinely smiling, which is pleasing and rare.
