Shout out to the sweet two nail techs who stayed and closed up shop for my friend and I! Came here on a Wednesday evening, right before close. My friend and I got mani/pedis. We walked-in and did not have an appointment. The nail techs were very friendly. I love how clean and welcoming the space is. The massage chairs were also lovely and comfortable. They offer you a beverage while getting your service done as well. I got a cute pink gel pedicure and I am very happy with the results. I'm not posting feet pics because y'all are weirdos sometimes. Very rude owner as well as a number of other women that work there, except for Mai. I've been coming in for nail acrylic back fills (not cheap) and pedicures for over a year now, and never has anyone working there said hello,"welcome in", goodbye, or thank you. I always pay with cash and tip 20%. My last pedicure was okay (as were others) but tech didn't use correct color for french pedicure, and didn't even offer to remove toe spacers, or offer to help me on with shoes which ruined the pedicure. Kindness goes a long way! I don't "get" why so difficult to be kind and do a good job? I won't be returning and won't recommend this salon. read more

Kim is my favorite nail tech (but I've had several of the other girls and they're good too), she is friendly and consistently does a nice job. They're efficient but produce quality work, and even when they are busy they still get me out of there in the right amount of time. They also offer free beverages (soda, coffee), if they get busy and forget just ask! read more

I really wanted to love this place again and it's with great sadness that I don't. I do want to say that the ladies are all very nice and personable. I have been here 3 times in the past two weeks. I got a new set I was looking for almond shape short. I ended up with more a point almond long, I had the tech file them down twice before I finally thought I'll just try it. The following week I went in to get them cut down. The shape was choppy because she didn't wanna file too much to re-do the gel paint. She also made a comment about how the previous tech didn't get close enough to the cuticle. I informed her my set was put on at the same salon! Fast forward to today, I needed to fix the past two weeks, asked to shape them square round and short. I have 3 different sizes and shapes! They are also sooooo thick, I multiple correction requests and they still are entry level work. I'm currently trying to get an opening to have them shaped at my regular salon that's far from my home. Let's set the tone... I have a baby shower at 12, and it's 9 am on Halloween weekend and I am desperate need of a new set and design. I was waiting all morning to try to find something locally that didn't open at 10, but luckily this place opened at 9am. I called at 9:08 and they said they could take me in. By 9:18 I was there, and placed with Momo. Momo was phenomenal, she had intricate designs on her own Hand and I was looking for someone who could do a design. She did an amazing job, and for me out by 10:45. She was kind and personable. Definitely would recommend if you like someone doing designs. So what I got was a new acrylic set, with a kit and designs. Everything including 20% tip came to 98.40. More pricey than what I am used too, but Momo was able to accept the challenge of doing a design. It was well worth it. read more

By far the best nail salon I've visited in Beaverton / Tigard area. Great service. Be aware that they can upsell u on pricing. I had originally asked for a nail polish change and she offered to do gel instead of regular For a toenail color change to gel was $34 vs a regular full pedi which cost $31-$32 She sold me the nail file and buffer for $2 which I did not want. The worst most racist nails salon I've ever been in my life. First I'm from Texas where nail art is very exotic and unique.I've been getting my nails done for a long time and I like to get a specific style. So this is my first nails shop I've even been to in Oregon. There is no hospitality whatsoever and they pushy about service, don t have a lot of option to pick from & do whatever they wanted to my nails just to get some money out of me($80+$2 for nail file etc), The other part is the chemicals are very toxic for my nails. I only say that because I have very healthy nails & I haven't had my nails done in five years. I just wanted to get them done, but this this location ruined my nails. Booked an appointment for a Saturday, they got us in pretty quick but started my date and I at different time for our manicures, so we ended at different times. Near the end of my manicure a lump of polish clumped on my right thumb (pictured) and the manicurist had me UV seal it dry so she could buff it off, which left scratches. They didn't get super close to the cuticles either. Other wise the salon seems clean and mostly professional, they were pretty busy when I came in so I hope this is the reasoning for the rush of my appt. read more

I wanted white nails and she was kind enough to let me know that white nails usually get stained easily. I took my 14 year old to get her nails done for school. She wanted a long almond nail. The nail tech didn't even give my daughter a chance to tell her what she wanted. She just started, cut without asking the length or shape. My daughter doesn't do well with confrontation so she didn't really speak out. The people are really nice but I will not be going back. i couldn't believe what she came out with. Even if it wasn't what she specifically wanted, they were done so poorly. Extremely thick, glue everywhere and she didn't even get a mani that we requested. Who puts thick squares on a 14 year old anymore? Vinnie was AMAZING!!!! As a guy this was my first time ever getting a manicure and pedI cure. I chose this place for there stellar reviews and Vinnie did not disappoint! She was professional, friendly, and surprisingly informative about foot and hand health. I will admit I haven't taken the best care of my hands and feet, but she trimmed them back to a healthy and appealing length, to where now I want to take the best care of them I can. The workers here make you feel horrible if you even ask for the slightest change to any service you are doing. I got the worst reactions when asking them to change my toe nail color after she showed me on one finger if I liked the color and then AGAIN when I asked for my nails to be filed down a bit more. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. But I got a shellac pedicure a week ago and they have already peeled off. The nail tech was on her phone half the time. I didn't realize how poorly she painted my nails until I got home. They were blotchy and there was shellac on the sides next to my nails. I don't think she prepped my nails well. She barely pushed the cuticles back and maybe swiped the nail once with a buffer. My friend got a shellac pedicure at the same time and hers was 100% better than mine. got the cutest gel nail manicure by the sweet young gal kim, no appointment but they sat me right away with no complaints and didn't make me feel rushed at all. very gentle but got the job done, huge color selection and really clean and pretty inside. good hygiene too, they don't reuse tools on people unless they can't be thrown away, in which the tools are properly sanitized and taken care of. definitely recommend this place! they are super nice and friendly too!! read more

I've done price comparisons & although they are slightly higher than other nearby places, the quality & care they put into a manicure & pedicures surpasses any other place. Their shellac lasts for months. The regular manicure lasted me almost 3 weeks. They are all also very friendly. I don't feel pressured by anyone to upgrade my service. It's a clean & remodeled modern facility. My only complaint is I hate the parking lot. A little narrow & uneven pavement. This location is also not open on Sunday's. I got a gel manicure for an upcoming special event. The atmosphere is nice; clean with pretty decor and light music. The staff are also very friendly! However, I continually had to request that the filing issues be remedied. My nails are still jagged on the ends and not smooth how they should be. I felt like I had to beg for the bare minimum. Additionally, the service was rushed and my nails are slightly matte but should be shiny. There are also tiny flecks of dirt or hair or whatever that were allowed to dry on my nails. I am disappointed to say the least, and especially with the way my index finger (pictured) looks around the cuticle edge. At a quick glance, my nails look fine, but it is not a quality manicure. I like that they are linked to yelp so you can request appointments and send photos of nail art you want to confirm they have a nail artist that can do the job, owner responds very fast and very punctual.
