Got a full set of acrylics here last night and they are so ugly I canceled the date I had planned right after. Pics included. I've been to this nail salon before and had a beautiful set done by one tech, I think she is the owner or the manager. That one was great! No idea how this one came out so bad, the tech was nice but I kept asking her to file my nails more, to add more red and told her I didn't like them in the end. I should have taken the file into my own hands lol it's not hard to get them to a pointy shape ( not even full stiletto!) Charged $72 + tip for nails that are ugly, uneven, and she left acrylic and gel all over my fingers ( she tried to clean up the red on my fingers but clearly not enough). They are so bad I went home and immediately re filed and repainted them. Waste of my money and my time. read more

would give zero stars if i could...idk if it was just the lady who did my nails or what but she did do what I asked for sorta I wanted a wider square with French tip I showed her a picture exactly how I wanted it. The French tip is very thick and the acrylic is a little chunky. They look really big. The nails, and I am bleeding in multiple spots I don't know if she could tell if I was pulling my hand away... if it's not shaped very well on the edges at all vibe was off. There were a lot of I could tell regular customer is coming in for mainly pedicures. And they charge me $72! Pretty much forced me to buy the nail file that I didn't even take because I told them I didn't need it and apparently it was requirement for me to buy it even though it was my first time being there and I said I wasn't gonna be back which to me is crazy but whatever I would've spoken up about the Nails but they were already making a fuss about the nail files. They brought it up during the service anyways I don't recommend this place. Maybe I'm overreacting but just look at my pictures. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. The quality of this place has gone completely down hill and prices have gone up!! How could you let someone who is visibly upset leave your shop with nails looking like this!? I sat in a chair for 2.5 hours while this lady repeatedly messed up on my nails and nobody did anything to help. I was so close to leaving mid nail job, I didn't know what to do! I left with paint all under my nails and on my cuticles, as you can see in these photos. This is AFTER I washed my hands!! I'm so upset that this was $45. For this!? I repeat $45 dollars FOR THIS!!! and the owner, kimmie, was so unkind and rude after Iv been consistent coming to this place. The lady who did my nails even tried to use rubbing alcohol and it would not come off. Even after I was upset and asked the owner how to get this stuff off my skin she said "just use soap and water" which I DID and I went home and used nail polish remover by the way and it has not come off. AVOID THIS PLACE! There prices are absurd for the poor quality and unfriendliness. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. I have been going there for years and given them over 10 people that have become clientele. The staff was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in and this time around there was no proper greeting. I always enjoyed going here and I was always patient even when I was left waiting far beyond my appointment time. Katie, "my" technician decided she no longer wanted to do my nails because my designs were getting too complicated and said I was too picky and that it made her get frustrated. She could've easily communicated this to me but chose a cowardly approach. She sent the owner to tell me she no longer wanted to do my nails even though I had already set my things down. I was taken out of the salon to have a "conversation" about it with Kim, the owner!! I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, this place failed on both. place is incredibly unprofessional!! nail designers are lazy and never want to do designs that you ask of correctly. how do you only have 1 person who knows how to do designs??? clearly not a very good atmosphere amongst the employees. owner of company constantly overbooks and makes customers wait despite asking for an appointment time. unsure what's going on with the owner but she needs to get better at hiring employees who know how to do their job and don't complain. they will criticize you in a diff language make sure to use google translate!!! read more

My experience was amazing. I took my 10 year old for a mommy daughter date and we had the best time. The staff was so cute with her. They are very patient with kids and even have smaller chairs for little ones. My vampire inspired nails get compliments wherever I go. I definitely recommend a spa day for anyone. I brought my daughter too come get acrylic nails done, a lady im unsure of her name did her nails, they looked nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. The nails were chunky, not the right shape and not the same colors. She kept asking my daughter about if the products she was using were right. You are the "professional" here you should know what products too use to make the nails look like the picture. My daughter then told her to stop mid session and that she did not like the nails and told them to just take it off. Then Kimmie came and tried to fix the nails. I admit she did make them look somewhat better, she apologized for the bad job the other lady had done and told us she would give us a "discount" for that. She charged us $120 for the set with "discount" included. I payed her 100 cash and 20 on card. Later that evening I checked my bank account. They charged me $42 on my card without telling me so technically there was no discount. I came back the next day too ask them why they charged me $42 when it was supposed to just be $20. Kimmie said she didn't say it was $120 and that they spent alot of time on the nails. I clearly remember she said $120. I was not going to argue so i just let her keep those extra $22 they charged me and left. i will not be coming back. read more

I returned yesterday and scheduled an appointment with Theena again and she did a great job! I had a Dip done on my mani and I LOVE it! I bled twice. Is it impossible to get acrylic fills without the sander making you bleed? The finished job looked okay, but it took 4 days to heal, and I worried the entire time about infection. You know, I felt bad for the lady, I don't think she spoke much english, and she quickly tried to put some sort of solution on the finger to make it stop bleeding (which stung like crazy), but she nicked the finger next to it, so i don't think I will go back. She apologized as best she could but now I am scared....and infections in these places are real. read more
