The people who work here are so kind and do a great job. This is a gem of a find, the shop is clean, the people are so accommodating! They have all the updated pedicure and manicure products and nail colors. I was in a rush once and wasn't doing great managing my time, they totally understood and had two people - one on each hand to help me get to an appointment that I WOULD have been late for. So kind, don't recommend doing that but boy were they helpful. I think if you book that in advance they can get your nails done fairly quickly and not compromise in quality to help you get to where you want to go if you have time constraints! Walked in and was able to get a pedicure. No need to bring a kit because it's all included as well as a bottle of water. Picked the Naile Pedicure @ $53, which was the "most popular" according to the menu. Comes with all the regular things in addition to scented water and lotion, callus removal, hot stone massage, extended massage, anhot towel This was my second time here and I happened to drive by it after another appointment. Salon is very clean, there's no acrylic power flying in the air and all the table tops are cleaned off with no product cluttering the areas. I had Hannah today and she was very detail oriented and she was in it to win it. They actually cut cuticles here which I'm glad to see because the salons I've been going to lately have only been pushing it up and buffing it off! Yes, I am Vietnamese so I was able to understand everything that was said amongst them. They were not gossiping or talking amongst each other just to fill up the room with noise. I called for a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The shop is nice and clean and everyone seemed pretty friendly. They did a great job on my pedicure and I even got a free gift, since it was my first time there. The only negative points would be that there was a terrible sewage waste smell that was permeating within the whole shop. Not sure what it was but it was very unpleasant. Second negative point would be that there was one person (not sure if she was the owner or a staff member) just sat at the little table and played with her phone with headphones on the whole time I was there. This is a small shop with a limited staff but if you have patience it's one of the best pedicure experiences I've had in this area. Where do I even start. I feel so incredibly lucky to live just across the street from such a top tier nail salon. There are many salons in the area with similar price points, but I've never had someone take such time and care to ensure my nails and overall experience were perfect. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with a smile, given a beverage, and they assisted me with the massage chair. I got a manicure and pedicure, which took about two hours because they spent SO much time on the massages and attention to detail. They didn't try to upsell me a single time and trimmed my cuticles without charging me extra. I felt like I just got a $130 Russian manicure for a third of the price. As if that wasn't already a 10/10 experience, they topped it off by giving me a thank you gift on the way out. I can't recommend this salon enough! They weren't very busy when I came in but if they keep up this level of service, I imagine soon they will be booked out at least a week in advance. I was very happy and will definitely return and book with her. I recommend Naile if you are looking for a spot with good people and fantastic massage chairs. I got the deluxe pedicure at an extremely reasonable price and my feet have never felt better. I had my feet scrubbed with orange slices and that is something I've never experienced before.
