The people who work here are so kind and do a great job. This is a gem of a find, the shop is clean, the people are so accommodating! They have all the updated pedicure and manicure products and nail colors. I was in a rush once and wasn't doing great managing my time, they totally understood and had two people - one on each hand to help me get to an appointment that I WOULD have been late for. So kind, don't recommend doing that but boy were they helpful. I think if you book that in advance they can get your nails done fairly quickly and not compromise in quality to help you get to where you want to go if you have time constraints! Thank you guys so much for doing what you do! They really care about their customers !!!! Excellent 10 stars if I could post that! read more

They accommodated me for a same-day gel mani and pedi. I had an idea of what color I wanted but couldn't find it in the color swatches. The woman who did my mani suggested a combo of colors (2 coats of one color and one coat of another) and it was perfect! I had a second woman for my pedi and she gave me an amazing massage (which is my favorite part!). read more

Great place! My friend, her boyfriend and my husband went and they accommodated us well! We got pedicures and the massage was perfect. They have very good quality massage chairs! This studio doesn't smell like chemical which is great too. Very friendly and professional! My toes and nails are perfect and the dry time was very quick for regular polish! read more

First time here, but definitely not the last! I came in for a gel manicure and left on a cloud of pure joy. It was hands-down the cleanest, most meticulous and precise manicure I've ever had, like every little cuticle prep work was treated like art. The vibe in the salon is cozy and relaxing. Everyone here was so kind, warm, and friendly. My nail tech is an absolute angel with a brush! She's so talented, gentle, and patient. She checked in with me every step of the way, making sure I loved how everything looked before moving on. I felt heard, pampered, and honestly spoiled in the best way. Already counting down the days 'till my next appointment! read more

Went in as a first time customer and was blown away. I wanted a gel manicure for my natural nails and I chose "dragon blood" as my color I love glitter nail polish. I was greeted at the door and my manicure started. She was so gentle and sweet, I like to relax and not talk a lot so I am glad she was quiet too, taking small talk is hard for me. I told her I loved the shape and the polish and she did a perfect job very thorough and attention to detail. I will be back, I loved the treatment there. read more

The service used to be good. They are rushing even when don't have clients. It's sad, I really liked this place.

Naile Nail Salon is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. When you arrive for an appointment you are taken care of right away. Its clean and the nail techs are very good at their craft. Its my go to place for manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend - Its my favorite! read more

Walked in and was able to get a pedicure. No need to bring a kit because it's all included as well as a bottle of water. Picked the Naile Pedicure @ $53, which was the "most popular" according to the menu. Comes with all the regular things in addition to scented water and lotion, callus removal, hot stone massage, extended massage, anhot towel This was my second time here and I happened to drive by it after another appointment. Salon is very clean, there's no acrylic power flying in the air and all the table tops are cleaned off with no product cluttering the areas. I had Hannah today and she was very detail oriented and she was in it to win it. They actually cut cuticles here which I'm glad to see because the salons I've been going to lately have only been pushing it up and buffing it off! Yes, I am Vietnamese so I was able to understand everything that was said amongst them. They were not gossiping or talking amongst each other just to fill up the room with noise. They were actually helping each other out and/or translating what the customer wanted. It was a nice change and didn't give off mean girl vibes. I've also had Tammy in the past and she too was really detail oriented! Def coming back! read more

I was a walk in on a Friday and they accommodated me to do a manicure which was spot on. I returned the next day to get my pedicure, and for just the basic service was given quality spa treatment. The shop is clean, well organized, and the staff clearly know what they are doing. I wish I lived in the area so they could become my regular spot! I will see them whenever I visit. read more

My sister and I started visiting this salon in July. Wonderful clean and quiet salon. Always get wonderful, healthy nails. Today we asked for some nail designs, and everything is top tier as always. We come every 3-4 weeks and are always happy. Very fair pricing, lovely workers, great vibes. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

I've been in the market for a quality mani-pedi place for a year or so and I think I stumbled onto one when I stepped in here for my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure at an extremely reasonable price and my feet have never felt better. I had my feet scrubbed with orange slices and that is something I've never experienced before. I had an appointment at 5 and they stayed late to finish up and made sure I didn't feel rushed. I absolutely recommend this place - and definitely will be going there for all my mani pedi needs. read more

Friendly and great service! The salon was clean and relaxing. I'm a first-time client and was able to do a walk-in on a Friday morning for a deluxe pedicure package. It was $67 and so worth it! My nail tech took her time with the massage and she was very gentle with the cuticle trimming and callus removal. My feet feel great! I'll be coming back again :) read more

Price gouging over charged me twice. Then looked surprised when I did not tip . so do not recommend to friends.

I called for a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The shop is nice and clean and everyone seemed pretty friendly. They did a great job on my pedicure and I even got a free gift, since it was my first time there. The only negative points would be that there was a terrible sewage waste smell that was permeating within the whole shop. Not sure what it was but it was very unpleasant. Second negative point would be that there was one person (not sure if she was the owner or a staff member) just sat at the little table and played with her phone with headphones on the whole time I was there. I kept wondering why she wasn't helping out but to each their own I guess. read more

I feel like the only reason this place doesn't have more reviews is because they want to keep it a secret. This is a small shop with a limited staff but if you have patience it's one of the best pedicure experiences I've had in this area. I think their attention to detail and the care they take in making the experience feel like a pampered self care hour really is luxurious. You don't feel rushed but taken care of and they have really great options for tiers and products for their pedicure. I definitely will be coming back - tipping and paying in cash is always appreciated. read more

Had an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. They got busy and the quality seemed to fall from that. Pedicure turned out great, but my gel manicure was rushed and the edges of my nail were not painted. I think I just came at a bad time. Other wise, the salon was very clean and relaxing. read more

I have been going to naile nails for over 2 years. I've been getting manicures for 15 years across multiple cities in the Portland Metro area and this place is the best. Their attention to detail and friendly service standout to me. They also care deeply for your experience and satisfaction. Don't come here if you are in a big rush. Plenty other places nearby who do a crappy fast job but not naile. Personally I will enjoy my time to get one of the best manicures I have ever had! read more

Where do I even start. I feel so incredibly lucky to live just across the street from such a top tier nail salon. There are many salons in the area with similar price points, but I've never had someone take such time and care to ensure my nails and overall experience were perfect. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with a smile, given a beverage, and they assisted me with the massage chair. I got a manicure and pedicure, which took about two hours because they spent SO much time on the massages and attention to detail. They didn't try to upsell me a single time and trimmed my cuticles without charging me extra. I felt like I just got a $130 Russian manicure for a third of the price. As if that wasn't already a 10/10 experience, they topped it off by giving me a thank you gift on the way out. I can't recommend this salon enough! They weren't very busy when I came in but if they keep up this level of service, I imagine soon they will be booked out at least a week in advance. Thank you for providing me with such a pampering experience before I left on my vacation! read more

We were able to call for a same day appointment for 2 mani pedis. When we got there, we were seated in our chairs immediately. Very fast! The deluxe pedicure is worth every penny. I've been here a few times and always receive a solid pedicure experience - I'm not usually into the leg massage/exfoliating stuff but they do a good job with it. Also one of the best color selections for gel/shellac on the west side which makes them worth the trip alone. read more

I tried this salon today for a manicure and pedicure. My nail tech, Hoai, was just great, careful, precise, a perfectionist. She also helped me choose colors. I was very happy and will definitely return and book with her. I recommend Naile if you are looking for a spot with good people and fantastic massage chairs. Although I did not choose gel nails, the selection is vast for those as well. It is a relaxed atmosphere and was not crowded. read more

I will NEVER come back to your salon. My 1st pedicure was great... but the 2nd pedicure caused damage to my toes! Very Disappointed @ the Manager... Yes! I will take a REFUND!
