I received an excellent eyelash tint service today from the practitioner at Be' spot, lash and brow. She was very friendly, efficient and made sure not to get any tint in my eyes which has been a challenge every time I've had it done at other places. I also really appreciated the fact that she cleaned my lashes before applying the tint, which is also something unique. I have seen Rachel for several months now for Lash extension refills and she is the absolute best. I am new to the area and came to her with extensions from another salon, which weren't irritating me but I could definitely feel them. I can't even feel the extensions with Rachel - I forget they are there. They look great in between fills. Her work is flawless! I keep regular appointments, and if I've maintained them particularly well she doesn't charge me for a refill, but instead a less expensive touchup. Rachel is THE BEST. I absolutely love the way she does your lashes. If you have specific requests, she meets or exceeds your expectations, if you don't - she makes sure the lashes you receive fit your face and look great. For some reason, it always seems like her lashes last longer but it doesn't look or feel like she uses more glue than needed. I've referred so many of my friends to her and they've been happy as well. Not to mention, her space is very clean and nicely decorated. I went in here on a whim today because I got my first eyelash extensions done last week and they just didn't feel right or Tailored to my particular lashes. I ended up getting my old ones removed and a new set and they are beautiful, and comfortable and they don't feel too heavy, as a matter of fact I can't feel them at all. The staff is also extremely friendly and the technician herself is a pro and very charming. She consulted me, tested the product on my arm in case of an allergic reaction and notated what she did so it can be referenced for next time. I will definitely be back. I didn't realize how important this was until I went to another lash artist who wasn't (it was painful). - She uses Nova Lash which not a lot of salons do. I don't have to worry about getting my lashes wet or using oil-free products. - She listens to what you want and gives you feedback on what she thinks will look good based on her experiences. I came to Rachel on a whim and am sooo glad I found her! I went to her for my first Brazilian wax, ever! Originally I asked for sugaring but once she found out I was a first timer she suggested that I go through with normal waxing. She did a test strip of sugaring and a test of regular and sure enough! Super impressed this was my first time so I honestly found this place looking for a new client deal had no idea what to expect or what to ask for besides me wearing fakes on weekends it was something I had never done and Rachel was amazing we did a quick consult while I had some test glue on me making sure I wasn't sensitive to it. I can't say enough positive feedback about Rachel!! She has the most gentle touch and truly takes pride in her work. The entire process is SOOOO relaxing! The lashes themselves are so light that they truly feel like your own lashes (and I have very short/thin lashes). I have not had ANY issues with the NovaLash glue adhesive, I was previously getting my lash extensions at a high-end Eye Lash salon in the Pearl; Unfortunately I always seemed to have issues, especially with the adhesive (severe burning and red eyes for days). The lashes also fell out prematurely [7-12 days] despite immaculate care and following their after-care instructions to a tee. The owner and staff were wonderful and I'm sure meant well, but several of my lashes ached, found to be twisted in one-another, attached to other lashes, and touched the base of my eyelid causing irritation. When I saw Rachel at BeSpot, it was a COMPLETELY different experience. The lash application itself is unbelievably relaxing, I fall asleep nearly every time. Rachel has such a gentle touch and very caring demeanor, her customer service is superior and I couldn't recommend her enough! At the end of each session she goes through each lash with the tweezers to ensure nothing is stuck together. Another bonus with the NovaLash is you don't have to wait 24-48 hours to get wet!! My lashes have lasted 3+ weeks and still look fine! I could honestly go 4 weeks but prefer a fuller look. Thank you Rachel!! read more

I had eyelash extensions once before and it was such a bad experience I swore I'd never try them again, but I read all the rave reviews for Rachel and thought maybe I'd give it one more shot and I am so glad I did!! She is so cute and the quality of my lashes now is infinitely better than when they were put on initially.
