Rachel is awesome...professional and a very clean service area. She is meticulous and I would highly recommend her services!!

I received an excellent eyelash tint service today from the practitioner at Be' spot, lash and brow. She was very friendly, efficient and made sure not to get any tint in my eyes which has been a challenge every time I've had it done at other places. I also really appreciated the fact that she cleaned my lashes before applying the tint, which is also something unique. My eyes looked great afterwards, and there was no remaining tint left on my skin. I highly recommend Be' spot, lash and brow! read more

Rachel was excellent for my very first lash tint and lift. One of my L lashes went wonky totally bothering me, especially wearing contacts, within a few days and she had me in after hours fixing it the day I mentioned it. ‍ read more

THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR!! I've never had eyelash extensions before and I was scared that it would either look fake or the price to get them done scared me off. 1. I tried calling other places and they wouldn't answer, so 1 point already for Rachel calling me and getting me in within an hour of my inquiry 2. Rachel is the sweetest woman ever! She made me feel so comfortable, got me water, a contacts case etc., 3. She completely goes step by step in helping design and customize a lash set according to your goals (I showed her pictures, and went with her recommendations) 4. She does a free lash glue test in case you have any allergies 5. She guides you through the step by step process and makes it so comfortable and relaxing the 2 hours just flys by 6. Her refills are inexpensive and I was shocked to see how great she did. I had to give her a hug afterwards. She is amazing and I wouldn't go to anyone else ever again! read more

I have seen Rachel for several months now for Lash extension refills and she is the absolute best. I am new to the area and came to her with extensions from another salon, which weren't irritating me but I could definitely feel them. I can't even feel the extensions with Rachel - I forget they are there. They look great in between fills. Her work is flawless! I keep regular appointments, and if I've maintained them particularly well she doesn't charge me for a refill, but instead a less expensive touchup. She is very accessible through texts to book and confirm appointments. I can't say enough great things about her work or the way she runs her business - she is fantastic. I highly recommend her! read more

Rachel is THE BEST. I absolutely love the way she does your lashes. If you have specific requests, she meets or exceeds your expectations, if you don't - she makes sure the lashes you receive fit your face and look great. For some reason, it always seems like her lashes last longer but it doesn't look or feel like she uses more glue than needed. I've referred so many of my friends to her and they've been happy as well. Not to mention, her space is very clean and nicely decorated. Might be kind of nice to have light music in the background to prevent accidentally falling asleep, ha. read more

I went in here on a whim today because I got my first eyelash extensions done last week and they just didn't feel right or Tailored to my particular lashes. I ended up getting my old ones removed and a new set and they are beautiful, and comfortable and they don't feel too heavy, as a matter of fact I can't feel them at all. The staff is also extremely friendly and the technician herself is a pro and very charming. She consulted me, tested the product on my arm in case of an allergic reaction and notated what she did so it can be referenced for next time. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Be'Spot! read more

Rachel did an amazing job! This is only my second time getting lash extensions and I'm much happier than the last place I went. During the consultation she showed me a diagram of different links of lashes and thicknesses to choose from and showed me the samples that she was going to apply. This helped me get the look I was going for. I will definitely be returning for more! read more

Be'Spot Lash & Brow - Seriously love them so so much! - Waxing Near Me - Portland, Oregon

This shop is located in the Vancouver Mall behind a small jewelry boutique, and it's a hidden gem! Rachel is probably the sweetest person I have ever met, and she takes the time to consult with you, give you her experienced advice, and work with you to achieve your perfect look. I chose this place due to the reviews, and the reviews were right! My lashes are full, weightless, natural looking, and beautiful. It's super relaxing, and I drifted off a few times. Her attention to detail is phenomenal-none of my lashes are stuck together. Very precise. Highly recommended! I'll be back for fills regularly. read more

Be'Spot Lash & Brow - Before and after - Waxing Near Me - Portland, Oregon

I've been going to Rachel for almost 8 months now and she is an amazing lash artist in so many ways: - First off, her facilities are super nice and clean, her table is so comfy and soft; I fall asleep every single lash fill. I honestly look forward to these naps. - She is gentle with your lashes and really knows what she's doing. I didn't realize how important this was until I went to another lash artist who wasn't (it was painful). - She uses Nova Lash which not a lot of salons do. I don't have to worry about getting my lashes wet or using oil-free products. - She listens to what you want and gives you feedback on what she thinks will look good based on her experiences. I receive tons of compliments about my lashes and they always look natural, which is what I prefer. - Her prices are reasonable. If you look at other salons that use Nova Lash, they are much more expensive. - Easy to book appointments and easy to contact. Just text her and she'll respond ASAP. Plus, she always sends reminder texts a day before the appointment. So useful for my forgetful mind. All in all the best lash artist around!!! read more

I'm so glad I came to see Rachel! She operates within the Lush Salon (right next to Orange Theory), location and parking are great. I no longer will need to venture to Portland for quality, as Rachel is a gem! She's experienced, professional, thorough, fine attention to detail and she's so nice! I will continue to come see Rachel for the upkeep/maintenance of my new lashes! I heavily rely on Yelp reviews before I try out a place and she's amazing! read more

Best eyelash experience ever! I actually fell asleep while getting my lashes done. That was a first! Rachel is so nice and patient, and the process was smooth and calming. And best thing about it, I don't feel the weight of my lashes, and, two weeks later, my lashes are still on and hanging out! Happy customer here! read more

I had a great waxing experience with Rachel! She has a cute little room inside the Lush salon and everything is clean and organized. She was very sweet and must use great products because it barely hurt. She has many years of experience and I am definitely going back next time! read more

I came to Rachel on a whim and am sooo glad I found her! I went to her for my first Brazilian wax, ever! Originally I asked for sugaring but once she found out I was a first timer she suggested that I go through with normal waxing. She did a test strip of sugaring and a test of regular and sure enough! I was extremely nervous but she was talking me through it and made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend her! I would love to try her for my lashes too! read more

We went over sizes and styles and it came out just like I wanted . Definitely go in not Hungary it's a two hour deal but well worth it. Heads up its in back of a jewelry shop but I promise she is good read more

I am visiting from Arizona, and needed a eyelash extension fill. I found Rachel on Yelp, and made an appt. with her, because of her 5 star reviews. She did the best job ever, and is so precise , and also educates you on what exactly she is doing and how to take care of your own lashes and extensions . I saw her twice while visiting , and will definitely go to her again when I am back in Vancouver. read more

I can't say enough positive feedback about Rachel!! She has the most gentle touch and truly takes pride in her work. The entire process is SOOOO relaxing! The lashes themselves are so light that they truly feel like your own lashes (and I have very short/thin lashes). I have not had ANY issues with the NovaLash glue adhesive, I was previously getting my lash extensions at a high-end Eye Lash salon in the Pearl; Unfortunately I always seemed to have issues, especially with the adhesive (severe burning and red eyes for days). The lashes also fell out prematurely [7-12 days] despite immaculate care and following their after-care instructions to a tee. The owner and staff were wonderful and I'm sure meant well, but several of my lashes ached, found to be twisted in one-another, attached to other lashes, and touched the base of my eyelid causing irritation. When I saw Rachel at BeSpot, it was a COMPLETELY different experience. The lash application itself is unbelievably relaxing, I fall asleep nearly every time. Rachel has such a gentle touch and very caring demeanor, her customer service is superior and I couldn't recommend her enough! At the end of each session she goes through each lash with the tweezers to ensure nothing is stuck together. Another bonus with the NovaLash is you don't have to wait 24-48 hours to get wet!! My lashes have lasted 3+ weeks and still look fine! I could honestly go 4 weeks but prefer a fuller look. Thank you Rachel!! read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Rachel is phenomenal at what she does!! I had eyelash extensions once before and it was such a bad experience I swore I'd never try them again, but I read all the rave reviews for Rachel and thought maybe I'd give it one more shot and I am so glad I did!! She was so sweet and immediately upon starting the initial consult with her, I could tell she was very knowledgeable. She listened to exactly what I wanted, recommended the best options and she got to work. She made sure I was completely comfortable as she prepped my eyes for the extensions and I became so comfortable, I actually fell asleep during the application. When she was done, I sat up and she handed me a mirror and I was so nervous to look after my first experience, but when I did, I couldn't believe it - they were so beautiful!!! She did them exactly how I had envisioned them and they were stunning!! I giddily paid her the incredibly reasonable price for these gorgeous new lashes and have been on cloud nine since!! This is the third day after their application and I have only lost one eyelash so far. They are light as a feather and I can't even feel that I have extensions at all! I am sooooo happy to have found Rachel and will definitely be back every couple weeks to keep up these stunning lashes!!! Book your appointment with Rachel without any hesitation Ladies!! She is amazing at what she does!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! read more

I got my first full set (from someone else) about 2.5 weeks before I started going to Rachel - and I'm so glad I did! She is so cute and the quality of my lashes now is infinitely better than when they were put on initially. Rachel was surprised at how badly my lashes had been applied (way too much glue and more than one natural lash attached to the extension) but she was able to make them look great by the time I left. I have gotten about 3 fills with her since and I am always thrilled with the final result!!! read more
