I had my nails done by one of the lady there, she was super kind and when I showed her my references she immediately get her hands on and started prepping for the dip and everything. The color was sorted out pretty quick and even tho I didn't get my nails exactly like my inspo pic, the result still very impressive and resembling what I originally had in mind. It was not hurt and super fast!! Only took me like 45mins or something.... Also their store was pretty neat and cozy, its giving home like vibe!! Oh most importantly!! She said yes and immediately got to work even though it was very busy in the shop. I came here right after work to get my nails done and I had call to let them know that I will be running a few minutes late. The lady on the other end of the call made that a big deal. As a Vietnamese client I could understand everything they're saying and I tried to be polite as possible but the lady who did my nails took the time to listen to what I wanted but once I told them the design I wanted they made a fuss about it like if I'm too complicated. The original price for the full set was close to $70 but I ended up not getting what I wanted since the lady made a big deal so it was a bit cheaper. The nail lady was so relieved when I told her that I don't want her to duplicate the picture so I ended up leaving with a different style of nails from the picture than I was hoping and I got shiny instead of matte nails.... Worst nail experience ever. My daughter gifted me with a pedicure for Mother's day and we went together. First off, we made a 1:30 appt. and they didn't start us until 2:00. Then the nail technician cut into both sides of my big toe at the top corner of the nail. OUCH!! My nail bled throughout the whole pedicure. The salon didn't even address the situation. I was not wanting my daughter to feel bad, so I didn't make a scene. We should have walked out. I hate drama. The salon didn't even try to compensate or even address the serious situation. I have never had that happen in a salon. I just hope I don't end up with an ingrown toenail. Terrible salon, with horrible customer service, and very unprofessional. I'll never go back. i have been going to Pam for over a year because I have been consistently happy with my nails. My acrylics NEVER break or chip between appointments. Though I prefer to have them done every 2 weeks, they still look good if I go longer. Good manicure, fine pedicure. Horrible booking. They double book, so they are aways late. If you need to be in and out in 1.5 hours (45 minutes for pedi and 45 minutes for a mani which is what many nail people do, don't count on it here.....3 hours the last time and 2.5 the previous time. I can't give that much time and feel relaxed because it's rather irritating! I wish they could be realistic about other people's time. read more

Ok ....I gave my score for these two main reasons.... 1. First ....they always available especially when your in a bind. 2. They have tons of colors....and sparkles... love there selection. There place is clean and staff are super nice. Down fall they do not know how to do ombre nails . I usually have a picture of what I want done and they are pretty darn close to getting what I ask for. They are super fast and really care how there nail appearance. I have gone 3 month now and never seen a miss spot ,or uneven, had them them fall off, chip, or blemish. read more

Great experience! I had a gel manicure and my aunt and daughter had a pedicure. We had an appointment and One of their techs left early for the day but they still got us in and I did not feel rushed. The place is spacious and clean. It's a unique bar for the manicures. Very cool! I'm very particular about the details on my nails, and if the gel polish goes all the way to the sides. I got a shellac pedicure and was very pleased with the service! They have a menu which most places don't have so you know exactly what you're getting and how much it will cost beforehand. The pedicure chairs also have a UV sanitizing light which is excellent for additional cleanliness, especially now. I will definitely be back! read more
