For my main, I had the pan-seared Colorado striped bass, which was delicious and light. It was served over a sweet corn risotto with baby zucchini and a tomato jam, and the combination of flavors was fantastic. The sweet corn risotto was great, the zucchini was solid, and the tomato jam was quite interesting and added a fun element to the dish. For dessert, we were debating between the carrot cake and the chocolate mousse. We were eating with a vegetarian and noticed the carrot cake had something that was fried in beef tallow (indicated on the menu), so we happily went with the chocolate mousse on our waiter's recommendation, and it was elite. It was about half a tennis ball in size, with a hard chocolate shell on the outside and an espresso-flavored cream around it, kind of like a whipped cream texture, plus some toasted caramel toppings. My sister said it might be the best chocolate mousse she's had. We also had two glasses of Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley, which paired great with our meal.
