Pink on the inside, not the only one

So I am sitting at the ihop as I am writing this review. We got here and asked for a table for 11. The staff looks nasty, not put together or ready for a work day. My fiancé and I got to the table and it was dirty, we wiped the area ourselves. Our waitress came and took our drinks and we ordered motz sticks for ourselves but specified for it to come with everyone else's food. It came out with everyone's drinks. Then when everyone else's food came out, they gave us raw chicken she asked if my brother still wanted his kid to eat it or if he wanted another chicken strip. Like??? Then my aunt said her waffle stinks and my sister in law didn't have what she asked for on her burger! Don't come here please there is way better options!

Good service, the waitress was nice, clean restaurant but the food was served to us cold. That's not acceptable.

Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo with 3 teaspoons of water based gravy without sausage.

The biscuit & gravy was not "good" There was 3 teaspoons of gravy which was water (not milk) based.

I will said that ordering T-bone at ihop was not the best choice ever. The service was not the best, and when you are going to paid they try to get 22% . Not a good experience

Omelette with spinach & tomato on top. Not cooked inside.

We placed a to-go order online & were told the time that our breakfast would be ready. I got there a few minutes early and parked in a designated pickup order parking space. I called and let the employee know that I was there. He came out a few minutes later with our food. After checking my bag, I noticed that a couple of items were missing. The NY cheesecake pancakes were supposed to come with a strawberry compote but it was missing and the ham was also missing from our bag. I called back and let him know about the strawberries and the ham. He came out a few minutes later with the strawberries and asked if there was anything else. I said yes, the ham. Several minutes later he brought out the missing ham. When I got home, noticed that the cook put cheese on the breakfast sampler eggs. We did not order cheese on the eggs and it seemed like it was extra cheese and not the normal amount. The person that ordered the meal is lactose intolerant so they had to try to scrape the cheese off the eggs to eat them. I ordered the make your own omelet with hash browns. The tomatoes and spinach were not cooked inside of the eggs like I normally see. They were just placed on top of the cooked egg. The eggs were also bland. The hash browns were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. My friend's hash browns were cooked the same way but their had browns were supposed to be crispy and cooked well done as requested when we ordered. I did not enjoy my meal at all and wasted most of it. Def a disappointing experience at this IHOP.

The three stars it has are fitting. We go here every now and then because the selection of food is good and my kids enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes. I'm gluten-free, but last time I ordered, they served me gluten pancakes and when I double checked "gluten free?" They took them back and said "oh, no these are not!" And took forever to bring me some that were. The wait time to sit is often long, so we jumped at the opportunity to go this morning in the cold rain because it was much less busy. This time, they did not have the kid menus with crayons on a Saturday morning. Wow. My kids were so bored and acted badly. Those kid menus are usually the highlight besides the food. I asked my waitress for regular cream, and she brought me 20 disposable little cups of half-and-half. I was thinking maybe a pitcher of heavy cream for my pitcher of coffee rather than spending 5 minutes peeling tops and stacking empty dripping cups of the wrong product anyway. I don't even like that brand (delight). The worst was when the waitress brought us our check 10 minutes in, and tried to sell us a coupon book while we were still eating, hadn't collected any plates or glasses, or offered any refills, and didn't bother to ask if we would like anything else. We were going to order more pancakes but didn't feel like we should after that. The only reason I didn't give it one less star is because our other experiences here have been slightly better. Still not worth 4 or 5 stars however.

Had a great experience here - from the manager that seated us to the very kind service we received at our table. Restaurant and bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus. We asked for a booth, no problem at all. We have some dietary restrictions and our waitress, Lindsay, was extremely understanding and accommodating. Our waitress was in training and was so friendly and did a great job. The food was hot and completely correct, despite some substitutions. I ordered the steak tips with scrambled eggs, so good! The unsweetened tea was excellent, too. Overall, a great breakfast experience. Will definitely return to this location.

This adorable restaurant had such a cozy, small town vibe, but with such a wide range of menu options from basic to refined. We were seated near the kitchen and Carl helped guide us through options, particularly one of the specials which we adored: Double Bacon Parmesan Hash -- so many layers of flavor, enticing and balanced. The waffles and pancakes were a highlight for the kids, my smoked salmon eggs Benedict was decent. For drinks, I appreciated the coffee refills to keep us warm that chilly morning and the kids loved the Tangerine Dream drink with tummy cream foam on top, while the adults tried out the Cinnamon Toast Drink, garnished with a cinnamon stick. Definitely would visit First Watch again! Although we realized it's a chain here, it definitely had small business vibes and did a great job with the food, service, and a lovely environment. Thanks y'all!

I had the pumpkin pancake with chicken sausage and eggs. I was nervous that the chicken sausage wouldn't be as good as pork but it didn't disappoint. It was great! The eggs I got were a little small. More like 1.5 eggs than 2. But overall the dish was terrific

There isn't much I'd say they could improve when it comes to chain steakhouses. I'd never go to outback over Saltgrass either. Their cocktails are nice and flavorful, I try a new one every time we go. My favorite by far is the grilled pineapple marg. My husband says he's never had a bad old fashioned from there either. Steaks are of decent quality (for a chain), not rubbery and have great flavor. I personally haven't ever received bad service from anyone there either. Im sure there are exceptions not to discredit anyone else's experience but ours have always been good. Whenever Im in the mood for a good steak dinner, I'll go here. They do offer call head seating so do it if it's a weekend, they stay pretty busy for that area.

This place was within walking distance of our hotel and it was a beautiful day, so we walked down to have some steaks for dinner. The inside decor is pretty retro - reminds me of the old school Lone Star/Texas Roadhouse style 90s places. We arrived about 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday and the place was already packed. We had to wait an hour at the bar for a table - we sat down about 5:45. I ordered the bacon wrapped filet with grilled shrimp and sweet potato fries. Got a first course of the Caesar salad and bread rolls. The kids menu was reasonably priced and the portions my kids got were pretty sizeable. My oldest got the sirloin, and my youngest got a burger. The food was delicious all around, although my steak was overcooked for what I ordered (medium rare). Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The long wait was really inconvenient with two kids, but the food came reasonably quickly (10 minutes for the first course, mains served 30 minutes after we sat). If we are back for competition in this area again, we'd certainly revisit. I debated between 3 and 4 stars -- I'd say 4 stars for the food at the table service, 3 and less for the long wait time.
