The donuts looked great on display when you walk in, but unfortunately my experience with the service was disappointing. I ordered a crème brûlée donut and noticed one had a visible finger imprint, as though it had been picked up and put back. There were several other fresh donuts available, so I was surprised it wasn't replaced with a better looking donut. The display case was quite full despite it being later in the day, which made the situation even more frustrating. We ordered a glazed donut, crème brûlée donut, and a Dubai chocolate donut. Unfortunately, none of the donuts lived up to expectations. All three were served cold, the crème brûlée tasted less than fresh and the Dubai chocolate was noticeably dry. I also felt like the Dubai chocolate was overpriced at $7 given the quality. Overall I left disappointed. We didn't say we wanted one but she charged us for one anyway. We had no idea, she didn't clarify our receipt with us, she didn't communicate much at all. She said we had forgotten but we didn't even ask to order one. I thought she was coming out to apologize for her attitude. Clearly confused, instead of explaining to us that she thought we had ordered a cinnamon roll, she just extended her arm inside the car and put the box of on the dash of my car, then went back inside without a word. She could've easily remedied the situation by simply saying, "Sorry, I didn't know you didn't want a cinnamon roll." I would've let everything go right there. Instead, she just stared at us as my sister and I were clearly perplexed by what was going on. An apology could've gone a long way and I wouldn't have felt compelled to write a review. The donuts were genuinely not bad at all but the service left such a bad taste in my mouth I can't quite cleanse.
