Very disappointing experience with Crumbl in Holly Springs…read more I placed an order as a birthday surprise, but after it was picked up by the delivery driver, it was never delivered. When I contacted Crumbl, I was told I needed to work directly with DoorDash. I explained that I did not hire or contract with DoorDash--Crumbl did. As the customer, I expected Crumbl to take ownership of resolving the issue. The next morning, I spoke with the manager hoping they would help make things right. She informed me that the DoorDash driver had apparently called in (apparently after he picked up my cookies). There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or empathy for the fact that a birthday surprise had been completely ruined. After getting nowhere, I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere. I ended up ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes, where the customer service experience was far superior. The most frustrating part wasn't even the missing order--it was the complete lack of customer service. No one seemed willing to take responsibility, offer assistance, or show any understanding of the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. What should have been a special celebration turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from Crumbl again.

The event was well organized and staffed appropriately. Several samples of cake including chocolate, chocolate peppermint, lemon, and vanilla were provided. All of the cake was very moist. Out of all the samples, the lemon was our favorite. We also got the opportunity to spin a win for prizes. We got 12 free bundtinis & a cake. We also got free bundlets for a year. Raffles, face painting, & free bundlets were also available. The employees at the business were kind & helpful. There is plenty parking in the shopping plaza where the business is located. There was a display case inside with all of the available favors available for purchase. I'm looking forward for future visits to this location.

The croquette has an Asian flavour not your typical French one. Good little spot to hang out with friends, get a delicious beverage, and work with a little noise. A little suggestion is to add another extra worker because when it gets busy, only one cashier, long line, and the other person is rushing to make the beverages. Also, they cannot oversee and care for the display.
