The Iced Matcha Latte was made by blending milk with a bit of Matcha and the Thai Iced Latte was basically mik with 2 pumps of syrup. I asked the boy ( white with dark hair who was acting like he was doing us a favour) if he can put more Matcha in my drink. He went ahead and sprinkled some on top, and handed me the cup back without the lid. When I asked for a lid, he took the used lid and slide it over the counter to me. Boy if you do not want to serve drinks and Donuts, get another job pls. We are doing you a favour as you are taking our money for goods and services. and do not provide it. I went to Dunkin this morning and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. When I bit into the sandwich it was still frozen in the middle. I took it back and asked for something else in exchange for the frozen sandwich. The manager, John, stood there and said nothing while a young lady at the window tried to help. She offered to give me 6 doughnuts in exchange. Then a young lady, Alicia, walked up and looking away from me as she handed me the box sarcastically said, "have a blessed day". She did not intend to "bless" me she was being rude. Again the manager seemed clueless. I said something about it and he just said, "she just said to have a blessed day." I have never had such poor service nor have I been made to feel like it was my fault for returning a frozen sandwich. Not only was the food awful the service was reprehensible. I received an email from Dunkin DD Perks which was basically a lie. It stated I can receive a free coffee with any purchase. I informed the drive thru of this but was charged when I went to the window. I showed them my email and they stated can't use it. The promotion is only through an application that I do not have. I pulled up my DD Perks account online and was still not able to use the promotion. I was informed DD requires you to use thr application in order to get thr promotion. I get an email and can pull up the promotion online but it will not be honored unless you have an application. Everyone doesn't have an application for every establishment. I know I have used promotions before without out. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

Incompetence takes on a new form at this Dunkin location. After waiting around 6 minutes for someone to take my order *INSIDE* with no one in front of me, the woman at the register gets my order wrong, doesn't give me the receipt, and ends up charging me for 2 bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches, instead of the 2 for $5 bacon, egg & cheese croissants that I asked for. Then, we waited around 10 minutes for our food. Nothing complicated. A wake up wrap, bagel with cream cheese & those sandwiches. There were probably 7 different staff members sitting around, doing what, I have no clue. I wonder if things would have been faster if we'd done the drive-thru, but I would guess no. How about the employees parking on the far side of the lot, instead of right up front? Every time I come here, I see the same set of cars taking up the front spaces, which includes a black Dodge Dart. Seriously? How about saving those spots, guys? Well, until today I had never had a three strikes visit. I ordered a large hot sugar free French vanilla coffee with two shots of cream. It's my normal order. I even ordered a donut today, and it actually came out after the drink. What was even more impressive was the fact that when I drank the drink, I found out that it was a hot chocolate. There was actually no caffeine in this drink. Then I took a look at the order label on the side of the cup and I saw that the order that it was supposed to be was a frozen Dunkaccino, but this was definitely hot. As a paying loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts I am beyond frustrated at the way these employees treated me. I don't know where it stems from but the lousiness of the staff reflects on the quality of their manager. So here's what happened. I place an order in your drive-thru, knowingly I go up to the window with the certainty that my order was placed incorrectly because your employees for whatever reason feel like rushing through every order. I personally do not like being rushed especially when it comes to ordering food. At the window, I was handed one coffee, so I then proceeded to tell her that I had ordered two. Simultaneously I was speaking to my wife expressing my frustration with my order because it is not the first time that it happens at this very establishment. The employee then proceeds to close the windows, turn around and start talking to the rest of the staff about me, when the lousy manager then comes up to the window in an accusatory fashion decides to press me asking me "Did you just curse out my employee?". I then tell her that I was on the phone with my wife and that my conversation was with my wife and not with the employee. I then proceed to tell her that it happens all the time here and she followed with "Ok, so then don't come back here anymore". What kind of lousy managers are you guys hiring at these locations. This is unacceptable to say the least, when the one paying is me. But wait, it doesn't end here. I go back around the drive thru because I was extremely bothered by this remark she made, I pull up to the window again with my notepad at hand and I asked for the store number and employees names including hers (the manager). She blatantly refused to give me that information, and now we're here. I don't know what can be done about this but something has to happen. They should be thankful that I expect nothing less than a1 service from Dunkin as it is one of the best coffee and breakfast franchises. read more

OK, I'm a Yankee and love Dunkin Donuts coffee! However, this location is about the worse one I've visited. I've been three times in the past couple of weeks and the service has been awful. On each occasion, the line has stretched nearly to the door and there was only one clerk assisting customers. The other four folks appeared to be aimlessly wandering around behind the counter doing who knows what... Oh yeah, I've tried the drive through as well and isn't far from a parking lot. I am updating this review because things seem to be better. First of all I use the app to order - which means they have 7-10 mins to get my order ready and that almost always seems to give them enough time. Plus - they are either under new management or the old management read a book on customer service. There are more people behind the counter and it seems better. But I don't really know - if I can't order using the app I just don't go - I just can't face one more disappointment in my life. ************** I don't know about this store. First of all the drive thru should be avoided - because they will screw up an order in a heartbeat and if you have to go inside anyway to fix it just go inside anyway. During the weekday rush (at least recently) they have been mildly under-staffed but seem to be trying. Having said that, from my experience standing there waiting for a sandwich, the bottleneck is clearly sandwich making, so another person working that station would do wonders for their drive thru wait time. Out of rush hour - it's a comedy of errors. At first glance they seem to have the right number of people, but since none of them have a clue it doesn't work out so well. Apparently nobody went over drive thru 101 - because every car that pulls up to the window is a total surprise, despite them having taken the order 2 mins ago. Of course given what a shock the car is the order must be confirmed and THEN they can start fulfilling the order. I don't think it's malicious, they are just really bad at retail. read more
